This apartment was perfect for a family with three teenagers. It was modern, spacious, clean, and in such a great location. We could pop to the local supermarket just round the corner , grab a gelato or coffee from the corner shops and then walk over the bridge on an evening to sample the great food and atmosphere of the Trastevere neighbourhood. The host was very helpful and ready to help and answer any questions or requests we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is beautiful and centrally located! Alex and his team were wonderful to work with—having them arrange a ride from the airport and the ability to check in early made all the difference! There are a few bakeries close by for breakfast treats and a restaurant and cooking school in the same building. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome!

The stay was fantastic and Ruel, the property liaison was really helpful and resolved issues for us very quickly. The location is perfect to travel between the center and Trastevere, I would stay in this area again if I had a choice. Only feedback to give was - include locks on bathrooms doors, and a pack of hand towels for the kitchen. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Excellent Location

The location near Campo die Fiori was great! Highly walkable to shops and restaurants. Safe location to stay with family. The unit is amazing - great AC is a must in hot summer months. Small lift is useful to get luggage in the apartment. Communication with property manager was excellent - he pre-booked travel arrangements to/from train station and airport for our group of 6 which was extremely helpful!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! It was beautiful, spotlessly clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. I felt very safe and secure throughout the entire stay. The location is absolutely unbeatable, everything you’d want to visit in Rome was within walking distance. The manager was incredibly communicative, making the entire process seamless, check-in was a breeze! Traveling with my two boys (10 and 12 years old), I found the apartment perfect for a single mom. It was safe, comfortable, and truly felt like a home base. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. It will be my go-to spot in Rome, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Perfect Family trip to Rome

The location was amazing. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main monuments but within short walking distance to them to visit. Very close to Trastevere (just over the river) a cute little village with great shops, cafes and restaurants. Great night atmosphere. Ruel was great. Able to communicate any time with him for recommendations and he handled setting up drivers for us multiple times. Would highly recommend staying here and if ever back would stay again.

This apartment was amazing! We loved the location and it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything! The host was amazing also. She greeted us when we arrived and made sure we knew how to access the front door and apartment. She made sure we knew how to work everything and also made recommendations for dinner. She also scheduled airport transportation for us that was safe and reliable. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Easy check in and welcomeExcellent locationVery cleanExcellent bedding and comfortable bedsCons:Very bad sewage smell in master bathroom, plumbing needs to be fixed (we let the host know)Not enough place to hang wet towelsVery low number of dishes and glasses for the number of guests, for example only 6 wine glasses for 6 guests, one of them in a different shape. What if one of them breaks? Couple extra towels (just in case) would have also been good

Dear Matthias, Thank you very much for your detailed review! We sincerely appreciate you bringing the other points to our attention. The plumbing issue in the master bathroom has already been fixed. As for the kitchen equipment and hanging space for wet towels, thank you for pointing this out. We always provide a drying rack to hang and dry towels and other items, but we will review the kitchen inventory and use your feedback to improve and make the apartment even better for future guests. We also always kindly ask our guests to inform us immediately if anything is missing, damaged, or not fully satisfactory, as this allows us to take care of it right away. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, and we are always available and ready to assist whenever needed.

Great hotel alternative - live like a local

We normally go for a 5 star hotel but with 5 people in our party we wanted to stay all in one space and the kitchen was a bonus. We enjoyed the location - easy access to everything. Property manager was easy to reach and addressed any issues immediately. The apartment was large and roomy. Not something you expect in Europe. Construction going on in the building so sleeping in past 8 am was not possible. Not a huge deal for us.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Rome. The host was incredible to work with and extremely responsive from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free.The apartment itself was fantastic. It was spacious, spotless, and truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt welcoming the moment we arrived and was a great place to come back to after long days of exploring the city. The host went above and beyond by providing a thoughtful list of local recommendations and helping us arrange transportation, which was a huge help and very much appreciated. The person who met us at the apartment to let us in and walk us through everything was also wonderful. They were kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The location could not have been better. It was fantastic and walkable in every direction, with so many great spots easily accessible on foot.We would absolutely stay here again and would give it a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. Highly recommend!

The apartment is so beautiful you might not want to leave. We had everything we needed. I would recommend having them arrange airport transfers for both ways. The host was there to welcome us and orient us to the city. Make a reservation for the wine bar downstairs before your visit! Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were very clean. The host addressed our questions right away when we were leading up to our stay. The host lined up our transportation after presenting a plan and getting our approval. The kitchen was very comfortable. We used the dishwasher several times. We used the washer/dryer for a couple of loads.
