Magnifique Loft avec vue sur la mer! Entièrement rénové et meublé de manière moderne. Au coeur de la Cala di Palermo, très proche de tous les plus beaux endroits de la ville! Magnifique terrasse où vous pourrez vous détendre après une journée intense!

L'appartement est très spacieux et lumineux, le salon à double hauteur abrite un grand canapé et depuis les grandes fenêtres, vous pouvez voir la mer et les voiliers amarrés à la Cala. Au même étage se trouvent la salle de bain et la grande cuisine avec un grand garde-manger bien équipé. En montant, la zone de couchage pour deux personnes semble suspendue au salon (vraiment à couper le souffle!) et de là, vous entrez dans la terrasse silencieuse et réservée, où vous pourrez admirer la vue sur un ciel étoilé dans le climat sicilien unique! Wi-Fi gratuit.

L'appartement est bien situé, en face de la Cala, lieu de promenades magnifiques en journée et de vie sociale en soirée. Un jet de pierre de la piazza Marina et du jardin de Basile. En montant, vous vous retrouverez au Corso Vittorio Emanuele, au marché de la Vucciria et à la cathédrale. Parking surveillé à 100 mètres, moyennant un supplément de 12 € / nuit.

La gare centrale est à environ 1 km, le terminus de tous les trains et les bus venant de l'aéroport. De la même gare, prenez plusieurs bus pour des villes comme Mondello ou Monreale! Tous les lieux d'intérêt sont accessibles �� pied.

Overall experience

Location was good. Walking distance to many areas of interest.The shower pressure was next to zero so just be aware when you book. But the space was clean and a great gelato shop one the main level.

In the heart of the street market

The property was excellent. Our only challenges were locating the unit as the street address was not obvious and there were no instructions on how to use the expresso coffee machine. The unit was large and comfortable with a very large terrace. An enjoyable 4 days.

Beautiful Place

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! We were able to walk to the port with amazing new restaurants. Good location. Beautiful place. I would recommend staying here! The only downfall is: my boyfriend wanted to enjoy nightlife with his friend and I wanted to sleep. The key for the electricity does not come off the door key. So I had to stay awake until he came back home so I had electricity and he was able to get into the place. Other than that, it was great!

Great location and overall appeal was nice. Communication with the host proved difficuly as they use a 3rd party who did not have an efficient turn around time.We booked this spot because it had 2 full washrooms. We quickly learned the 1 did not have hot water. When reaching out for support it took 3 days for a response telling us to look for the boiler in the kitchen. There was no such boiler. Took an additonal 24 hours for them to inform us its on the rooftop. We also reached out to inform them of a sour fishy smell from the 1 shower that did work - no response.Oh and the automated message the night before checking out asking us to ensure the dishes are washed was quite comical since there are no dishes in the unit.

Muy buen apartamento, demasiado calor (gestión decepcionante)

El apartamento es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado pero nosotros no tuvimos una buena experiencia porque el calor en el apartamento era demasiado elevado.Los aparatos de aire del salón y de la estancia de arriba, incluso funcionando, casi no enfrían (como ejemplo, después de una noche completa funcionando, a las 7am seguía marcando 28.1 grados en el salón). El de la habitación principal funcionaba un poco mejor y llegaba a bajar la temperatura de la habitación a 24-25 grados, pero como no se permitía dejar el aire funcionando (llave del aire candada a llave de entrada del apartamento), al volver de estar unas horas fuera, todo el apartamento volvía a estar a más de 30 grados.La atención y respuestas ofrecidas por Wonderful Italy no fue para nada satisfactoria.

The apartment is very well located in the old town of Palermo with everything in walking distance. Check-in and communication was great. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Unfortunately the air conditioning is not strong enough to cool down the big space so it was very hot at night time and due to the central location we kept waking up from the street noises. All in all we had a good time but the apartment is quite expensive for what you get in the end.

Great Location and the Apartment was Great but...

Upstairs, where the bed is located is extremely unsafe. Why?? Because of the lack of full flooring and a safety panel at the railing looking down to the main floor. I had to move the bed to keep it better, safety wise. It would be no big deal to put in flooring to the wall and paneling below the railing. I am 77 years old and I know what I am talking about in terms of safety. Other than that, the apartment and its location was fantastic.
