Villa de 6 chambres à quelques minutes de la plage de Moraira. Piscine chauffée, vue mer

La villa est à 15 minutes à pied de Moraira et de toutes ses commodités, y compris une belle plage de sable et de nombreux bars et restaurants. Le supermarché est à seulement 7 minutes à pied, donc la voiture n'est pas indispensable.

La maison est répartie sur 3 niveaux.
Au premier étage, il y a un grand salon et une cuisine ouverte. EntiÚrement équipé avec machine à café, micro-ondes, robot culinaire et plaque à induction et lave-vaisselle.
Une grande baie vitrée offre une vue spectaculaire sur la vallée, la ville de Moraira et la mer au loin.
MeublĂ© Ă  un niveau Ă©levĂ©, il comprend une tĂ©lĂ©vision 4K HD avec toutes les chaĂźnes du ciel, un poĂȘle Ă  bois et des siĂšges confortables, ainsi qu'un bureau avec PC et accĂšs Internet.

Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e il y a 4 grandes chambres, 1 lit king size, avec salle de douche attenante et 3 autres chambres qui peuvent ĂȘtre composĂ©es en jumeaux ou en super rois selon les besoins. Il y a 2 autres salles de bains Ă  ce niveau, une avec salle de bain complĂšte et une salle de douche.

Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e infĂ©rieur, il y a un appartement sĂ©parĂ©, avec son propre coin salon, 55 ”4kHDTV et Xbox one avec FIFA 18. Kitchenette avec machine Ă  cafĂ©, micro-ondes grille-pain et rĂ©frigĂ©rateur ainsi que 2 autres chambres. 1 lit king et 1 petit / double plus petit. Il y a aussi une salle de douche.

Il y a aussi une petite terrasse sur le toit au sommet de la villa qui a une bonne vue sur la mer et les environs.

Dehors, il y a une grande piscine avec espace sĂ©parĂ© pour les tout-petits, qui peut ĂȘtre chauffĂ©e Ă  un coĂ»t supplĂ©mentaire.
Il y a aussi un WC extérieur et une douche. Les serviettes de piscine / plage sont fournies.
Il y a une grande terrasse de la piscine avec 12 chaises longues et une cuisine d'été avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur américain, barbecue à gaz, télévision avec ciel, etc., et dispose d'un four à pizza à bois.

Il y a plusieurs autres coins salons, y compris un espace de détente, une naya ombragée et une terrasse sur le toit qui ont toutes une vue sur la mer.
Une salle de jeux comprend une table de billard, un baby-foot et un jeu de fléchettes et il y a aussi une table de ping-pong et des buts de water-polo pour divertir tout le monde.

Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Le pack de bienvenue fourni à votre arrivée comprend du pain, du jambon à l'eau de lait et la cuisine a des articles de base pour votre garde-manger. Les supermarchés sont tous à proximité et ont beaucoup de choix et de nombreuses marques anglaises et il y a un supermarché anglais dans la ville de Moraira pour tous les must haves.
Le marché du vendredi est excellent pour les fruits et légumes et est facilement accessible à pied depuis la villa.

Wonderful Villa

We have just spent two lovely weeks at this villa, communications both before and during the holiday were great.I don’t think the pictures do it justice, the garden area, out door kitchen and pool area are a wonderful size and very well kept, you get a lovely breeze in the Naya and a super view down to the sea. Moraira is a beautiful town with some wonderful restaurants.The villa it’s self is lovely, just one small thing is you need to walk through one of the two bedrooms with ground floor pool access or you need to go upstairs to then come downstairs to get to the pool, ok if your with family, we were fine.Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean. Never really used the sitting room but it looked lovely.I would recommend the garden spray for the mosquitoes, there was 10 of us and only a few bites in two weeks which we’re probably from going out.Thank you to Tim and the boys for allowing us to share this wonderful place.

Everything you could want!

We had two wonderful weeks at this lovely villa. On arrival the villa was immaculately clean and lived up to all our expectations The pool area is huge and easily accommodated our two large families. The outdoor kitchen and toilet/shower were a real bonus. I would unreservedly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Moraira.

Fantastic Villa

Wonderful property perfect for our large family and with everything needed for a fantastic holiday. Large pool and poolside area with pool games and floatables provided, bbq area beside pool and separate darts, table football, table tennis and pool table. Absolutely spotlessly clean inside and out, everything you need for a relaxing stay is available. Short 15 minute flat walk to the supermarket, town and beach for provisions. Superb hosts and house keeper with a warm welcome making our stay relaxing from the very start.

Amazing family vacation

We stayed for a week with our family of 9 at this villa. We felt very welcome thanks to the kind messages before arrival and the warm welcome by Helen and Rick. Also during the week, they were very attentive and responsive for anything we needed. The house is incredible, perfect location, amazing views and wonderful outdoor space. All amenities are up to high standards, and everything is extremely well maintained. We could easily walk to Moraira, to restaurants and the beach. Overall highly recommend this villa!

Amazing

Had a fantastic holiday in this villa, just perfect. Saving up for another. Villa was ideal for us all with grand kids and sons and daughters. If anything was wrong, which was very rare, it was sorted quickly. We had the pool heated and glad we did, this was cleaned often. Would definitely recommend.

Christmas family break

We spent 2 1/2 weeks at the villa with family and friends , ages ranging from 1 year old - 75 years old ! Fantastic villa , loved the pool , games room and summer kitchen, literally had everything we needed . A short flat walk into town where there is an abundance of cafes / bars / restaurants alongside the beach and the harbour. Excellent communication throughout , easy check in / check out and always very responsive if we had a query . I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if holidaying in a group.

Moraira family holiday

The property can take 12 guests and there is plenty of outdoor space for everyone. The weather was excellent so outside all the time, seating in the lounge would be tight if 12 people wanted to sit down together. Hosts were excellent and we felt we could have contacted them at anytime. The en-suite could do with a deep clean around the tiles and football, darts and pool table could do with an upgrade. Great villa and great location.

Beautiful villa in Moraira at a good location.

This villa is near enough the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool is nice and the villa has space for big group. We would have needed table and chairs inside for early meals with childrens. Especially at the rainy days. The downstairs and apartment moisture was a bit harm especially for the allergic.

Fab location

Overall an absolutely brilliant villa and location. Main villa lovely, well equipped, nice furniture etc. However the lower apartment bedrooms not great, dark and uninviting, too small for king size in our opinion and not the best aroma either. But that was literally the only downside. Would be fabulous for 4 couples.

The property was ideal for our family gathering. The games area was a real bonus. .

This property gave us the opportunity to gather as a family. It was a personal and expensive choice to have the pool heated as we had a couple of 2 yr. old grandchildren with us. My only suggestion would be having to pay each day for an extra cot when renting a villa that sleeps 12 people.

The property and location where very good Only a small remarque regarding the bedrooms in the apartment. One of the rooms is to small to sleep with to adults. This should be a single room. Therefore I would say it is not recommended to stay with 12 couples

Villa was booked for ourfamily of 10 ( 6 adults 4 children)Villa is a beautifully presented 6 bedrrom villa only a 15 minute walk from the beautiful town of Moraira.Unfortunately, we feel it was let down by the company/people that manage it on behalf of the owners.Major issues around the upkeep of the Pool, 5 of us had ear infections due to NO Chlorine in the water.Flooding in main bathroom due to blocked shower.Another shower head not fit for purpose. Bathrooms grubby and in need of deep clean. Barbecue filthy and needs replacing. Side panel of wardobe loose. No mid break cleaning (should be included).The pool issues were addressed during our stay but will continue unless extra visits/treaments are ordered. If everything had been checked during initial 'cleaning' !. Those other issues surrounding Showers etc should have been found and rectified before 'handover'.
