Wonderful Lakehouse!

We loved staying at the property. The house is just like the listing says, even better. The last two years we stayed in Seminole, but enjoyed this location much better. We hope to return next year. Thank you Whitney for having us!

Peaceful and Scenic Setting

The property has a great setting on a lake just beyond the pool. It is only 2 mikes from downtown Dunedin and a half mile from the Gulf Coast. It is located in a delightful neighborhood.

From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed. The house was impeccably clean and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The recent updates are fantastic—everything felt new and modern, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We especially loved how peaceful the location was. It was the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The property owner was great to work with, and addressed our questions promptly. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place with beautiful sunsets and close proximity to beautiful beaches.

The home is in a very nice area with extremely friendly neighbors. The home is very well appointed and comfortable. It was very relaxing to sit by the pool and watch the all the different species of birds enjoying the lake. It is a bird's paradise for certain!

Great Place!

We loved our VRBO! It was the perfect fit for our family. Great location, beautiful back yard with the view of the lake. Neighbors were welcoming. Whitney was awesome to work with. Very responsive and caring. Would highly recommend staying there.

Relaxing winter rental

We loved our stay here on a quiet pond filled with so many different Florida species of birds. Perfect location for the Pinellas Bike Trail and Honeymoon State Park. Close to downtown Dunedin, post office, library, rec. center, fine arts museum, grocery store, restaurants. The neighborhood is wonderful. The rental,is so peaceful and relaxing. We have rented 3 different rentals in Florida through the last 10 years. This may be our favorite. We will miss this place.

Wonderful Stay

My six year old and I had a wonderful stay at this property. In person it looks exactly like the pictures - modern and clean. There is a beautiful view of the lake. It’s in a nice, family oriented neighborhood. The only issue we had was that the pool heat wasn’t working while we were there but I’m sure that has likely been resolved.

Thoroughly enjoyable

Had a delightful visit to Whitney's property. It overlooks the lake with great sunrises and especially sunsets. Short bike to the miles long Pinellas Trail, short drive to Dunedin beach and the Dunedin Golf Course is about a half mile away. The home is very comfortable and well maintained. There is a local property manager for any issues and the neighborhood is exceptionally quiet.

This is a very clean and well-maintained home in a very quiet neighborhood. It is situated overlooking a lovely lake and there is a grocery store (Publix) nearby. Loved it so much we extended our stay by an extra month! Whitney is an excellent property owner and Rachel is an excellent property manager.

A fabulous home away from home

We spent four wonderful weeks in this home in Dunedin and cannot praise its quality highly enough. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and is located in a wonderful setting by the lake. In terms of the appliances and furnishings, we wanted for absolutely nothing and everything was in perfect working order. The property is extremely well maintained, with pool and garden services carried out weekly, and was very clean and well presented on our arrival. The owner and their local representative were very helpful and considerate prior to our arrival and during our stay. We would certainly like to return in the future and would not hesitate to provide the highest possible commendation and recommendation for this property.

Absolutely beautiful!

When we walked in the door of this home we were blown away! From the front door --- a look through the living room to the pool to the lake. Gorgeous. It is beautifully renovated and has everything you would ever need to settle in and enjoy your stay. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fabulous - including the lighted cupboards and drawers. And a giant grill in the lanai to cook the perfect steaks!!! It is located on a beautifully treed quiet street not far from downtown Dunedin and not far from white beaches on the Gulf. We really lucked out to find this place!

Better than the Pictures!

Do not get me wrong--The pics are awesome! But I would have to say this place is better in person! If you thought you needed something - it would appear! Fully stocked with all essentials and more! They even had two great bikes!! We spent 11 days here and only went out to eat once! We did NOT want to leave! Between the state of the art kitchen and the awesome Grill out at the pool we had 5 star meals each night by candle light! And the pool--magnificent and clean! All you need is food and clothing! My family and I would go back here in a minute! 3 words--- LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! CarlaH.

Wonderful way to beat the winter blues!

Stayed for 6 weeks and would definitely do it again! Every amenity you could think of is available. Updated with all the bells and whistles one needs for a care free vacation. Picturesque area with unique birds. Our #1 choice!

Wonderful!

Our family of 4 stayed here over the Xmas holidays while visiting relatives in the area and it worked out perfectly. The home is lovely, spotless, and completely updated. There is plenty of space (loved having 3 full baths!) along with being beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The kitchen is especially nice with new EVERYTHING (fanciest microwave I've ever seen). The setting is ideal overlooking a peaceful, small lake/pond with a variety of wildlife that kept me entertained while relaxing on the lanai by the caged pool. Additional perks are the use of two bikes, a gas grill, and close proximity to the golf course. The location met all our wants and needs and the owners and property manager are a delight. I almost hesitate writing such a rave review, because it will probably be booked up the next time we try to rent it.
