We really loved staying here! Our hosts were extremely welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know to enjoy their apartment. The amenities were top-notch, including a well equipped kitchen, and the location couldn’t be beat. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere in Toulouse. We’d stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent PropertyThe owners were very welcoming and took time to show us around the apartment which is very secure, comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was particularly helpful to be provided with extras such as coffee, tea, laundry and dishwasher products etc. The flat is well located for supermarkets and restaurants and around a 20 minute walk to the centre. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely stay in Toulouse

Our week in Toulouse was made easy and enjoyable because of all the amenities travelers hope for: an easy location for sight-seeing on foot, comfortable beds, a kitchen with high quality appliances, parking, and a host that made certain that we knew how to use and access all the amenities. It is also a lovely home. We often cooked our evening meal and sat on the balcony, a nice end to a busy day.

One of the best rentals we've ever used

We've been regularly using rental apartments for our vacations since 2011 and this is one of the best we've ever seen. Highly recommended. The owner is responsive, the location is excellent, and it is--by far--the best-appointed apartment we've ever had.

Great Apartment

Michel and Josette have a wonderful property. The apartment is just as described and is in a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, public transport, and the beautiful Garrone River. Everything you need is provided and the building is modern and secure. We would definitely stay there again if our travels take us back to Toulouse.

Elegant, modern, comfortable

The proprietor was welcoming, thorough, a wonderful gentleman. We managed the language barrier easily. The place is elegant, well equipped, with plenty of space. It has style. A place to park a car. Access to all of Toulouse. If you were not comfortable and happy staying here, something is wrong with you.

This was by far the best vacation rental experience ever. Not only is the location ideal for a visit to beautiful Toulouse, but the owner takes time to explain, in detail, the ins and outs of the apartment to assure that you have a nice experience. It was very clean. We felt completely at home here. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful Stay in Toulouse

We were very pleased with the apartment. Everything was as described in the vrbo listing. Michel is a gracious and accommodating host who gave clear instructions about entry, parking and appliance use, etc. Beds were comfortable including the pullout. Air conditioning was lovely and my husband enjoyed the complimentary coffee.

Fantastic place

All very secure & safe. Well appointed place the art work was stunning. Lots of hot water, appliances worked well. Beds very comfortable, bedding was superb. Host, Michel spent time with us explaining the property & the apartment. Great location lots of restaurants, bars, easy walk to the river. Would stay here again. Enjoyed Toulouse very much.

The hosts are very responsive. The apartment is one of the, if not THE, best VRBO we've stayed in. The Clamagirands have thought of everything needed for a happy stay -- lots of towels, lots of dishes, lots of bed linens, lots of basics (soaps, TP, washing powders ++). Location is also excellent. We rate this A++. Thank you M & Mme Clamagirand!

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

Amidonniers - Caffarelli is a lovely apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, lovely patio for dining, comfortable bed and linens and good air conditioning. The apartment is easy walking distance to the city center, close to the walkways on either side of the river. The friendly owners met us when we arrived to explain how to work all of the appliances.

Super spacious, with parking and a large terrace. Beautiful 20 min walk along the river to the city center. Blackout shades helped immensely. The hosts were kind and patient with our poor French. Overall would recommend! FYI toiletries like shampoo are not provided, so be sure to bring your own

Highly Recommended Apartment Close to Downtown Toulouse

The apartment was exactly as it looked in the listing, had every amenity needed, was very clean, comfortable, secure, and peaceful. The owners were helpful and all checkin and checkout procedures were simple. Located in the northwest corner of the city it was an easy and beautiful walk along the Garonne River to explore this lovely city. Bus and metro systems were close and easy to negotiate, as well. I would not hesitate to rebook this spacious and comfortable apartment with friends or family in the future.

Wonderful apartment in a great area

We stayed for a week and the apartment had everything we needed and more! The terrace is large and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and functional, and it was also very quiet. Mr et Mme Clamagirand pay particular attention to details which is reflective throughout the apartment. The location was great, only a 15 minute walk to the old city. Groceries and pastries were a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely go back. Highly recommended!!

A nice property in a great location

Michel met me outside the building and directed me to my parking space. He then guided me to the apartment and walked me through all the things I would need to know. He's very helpful and was accommodating when I arrived early. I've stayed at this apartment twice now and I hope to do it again next year. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the river and walking distance to everything you would want to see in the city. There's a new Tunisian restaurant downstairs that is very good as well.

Perfect!

This was my second stay at this wonderful apartment. The apartment is equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts seem to have thought of everything. Upon your arrival they are there to answer your questions and to go over how things work (detailed written instructions are also provided). Furthermore the apartment is ideally located. It is close to the city center (for restaurants, stores and entertainment), as well as the river and canals (for walking or cycling). I have loved my two visits to Toulouse. I look forward to coming back and hope to be able to stay here again.

Home away from home

Beautifully appointed, clean & well located apartment. Short walk to important sites in Toulouse. So close to supermarket for easy grocery pick up or just water & wine! Our only disappointment, which has nothing to do with the host, was that nearby apartments had smokers. We couldn't enjoy the lovely terrace due to that. There were also two evenings that cigarette smoke filled the living room area. Again, this is no fault of the hosts! And if cigarette smoke is no bother, then we 100% recommend this beautiful VRBO property.

Traduction. we are surprised by this remark. We are non-smokers and live in this apartment when it is not rented. We guarantee non-smoking comfort in the apartment. The observation made by these tenants in the logia is exceptional. The only fact in 12 years of rental. It benefits from light, ventilation and a soothing green island for relaxation. ======== nous sommes surpris par cette remarque. Nous sommes non fumeurs et vivons dans cet appartement quand il n'est pas loué. Nous garantissons le confort non fumeur dans l'appartement. Le constat fait par ces locataires dans la logia est exceptionnel. Le seul fait en 12 ans de location. Elle bénéficie de clarté, d'aération et d'un îlot de verdure apaisant pour la détente.

Simply a perfect apartment and wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located apartment in Toulouse, which is just a few steps from the River Garonne. Michel was a fantastic host and explained every aspect of the apartment, building security, waste disposal and recycling plus local amenities, supermarkets and restaurants. We have never stayed in such a well equipped apartment with hand soap, cleaning products, toilet tissue, kitchen roll, cling film, aluminium foil, washing powder and dishwasher powder. There was also a good supply of cooking oil, salt and pepper, vinegar and herbs as well as pods for the coffee machine. The apartment itself was immaculately clean with fresh bed linen (plus spare sheets) and sets of towels for 6 guests. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware all of which were very high quality. TV and WiFi worked well. The spacious balcony was a real bonus for al fresco dining. Overall we felt very lucky to have found such a wonderful apartment and host and are hoping to stay again next year!

Wonderful Stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is wonderfully clean (cleaner than any hotels!), and it was very convenient to be able to cook while in Toulouse. The owners have very thoughtfully provided for every need. There are lots of dishes to use, luxurious towels, and even bags for shopping and an umbrella (discovered in the closet after a rainy day!). It’s nicely decorated, and there are inside and outside options for eating. It was helpful to do laundry, although the dryer is pretty slow. We usually dried items some and then air dried them. The hot water was fantastic! Four of us took showers at night and never ran out of hot water. If we return to Toulouse, we would love to stay here again. Thank you for providing such a lovely place to be a home-away-from home.
