Situé dans le coin sud-ouest paisible de Providenciales près de la baie de Sapodilla, cette charmante villa est située au bord de l'eau du pittoresque parc national de Chalk Sound, un sanctuaire de la faune des îles Turques et Caïques.

La Villa Poinciana est constituée de deux structures en bois de style antillais, distinctes mais bien reliées, nichées confortablement dans la flore naturelle et les formations rocheuses du littoral de Chalk Sound. Poinciana est livré avec trois kayaks pour votre plaisir à explorer les îles de Chalk Sound.

Un bâtiment contient le salon, la cuisine, la salle à manger et une salle de bain complète; et l'autre, deux grandes chambres à coucher avec deux salles de bains attenantes créant une atmosphère de cabane dans les arbres qui est renforcée par les allées en bois reliant et les plantes tropicales environnantes. Les nombreux ponts et passerelles de connexion offrent des vues panoramiques d'une eau bleue turquoise brillante dont vous vous souviendrez pour toujours.

Poinciana peut accueillir confortablement une fête de 4 personnes. En outre, il ya un canapé-lit dans le salon approprié pour un enfant supplémentaire ou des adultes et un loft de couchage dans la suite d'hôtes. Malgré l'apparence Swiss Family Robinson de Poinciana, elle offre les commodités modernes des téléviseurs à écran plat, de l'Internet sans fil et des haut-parleurs Bluetooth pour votre plaisir.

What an incredible experience! The location is absolutely STUNNING! The host was so pleasant and answered any questions we had quickly. Everything you need is all in one place. Wonderful accommodations, easy water access, kayaks for the entire family, snorkel gear, super fun floats and beach chairs! We wanted for nothing! The kitchen is nice and big and the views just took our breath away! The walkability to Sapodilla Bay and the delicious La Brisa restaurant was so convenient. The home was clean and exactly as described! We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful location for a beach getaway!!

Booked this property for a getaway with friends having never stayed in Provo. We had the best time, and it was the perfect location! It is a treehouse like atmosphere, but equipped had all the amenities we needed for the week and it was only a short drive away from a number of restaurants and activities. We loved Taylor Beach, which was only a short distance from the property and walkable. We can’t wait to visit Poinciana again!

Awesome stay! The house has an authentic carribean feel and stunning views. We & our bosy (11 & 6) fell in love with Chalk Sound. We swam, snorkeled, kayaked, and saw iguanas. Could not ask for more. There was a closet stocked full of chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, fins, floats, cooler, etc. We didn't kayak far out, as the large island close by was all the adventure we needed. Snorkeling around the island we saw plenty smaller fish & several baraccuda. We saw 12 iguanas on the right side of the island. Hoping we make it back to TCI one day & would absolutely stay here again! The house is well stocked for cooking and plenty towels. A very homy lived in feel. Very private with surrounding garden & private dock. I cannot say enough wonderful things. The only cautions I would give is the stairs might not be great for older guests. Was not a problem for us. Laundry is on the ground level, living area above, then stairs up to the second building with bedrooms. The other thing to note is that each of the two bedrooms are only accessable from the outside, which may not be ideal for small children. Taylor Bay is walkable, or 2 minute drive. Awesome swim beach for the whole family. Calm, shallow, and clear. We enjoyed Chalk Sound & Taylor so much that we did not make it to Sapodilla Bay, but it's also just down the road. Highly recommed Las Brisas restaurant and Omars beach hut, in the area.Grace Bay is about a 20-30 minute drive. Traffic does get heavy late afternoon.

A great family vacation

We had a great time at Colin’s place for our family of four. Absolutely loved paddling out and visiting the iguanas in the kayaks and sitting out on the dock reading. The kitchen had everything we needed to make the majority of our meals.

Perfect for our family

The house is perfect for our family. The kids loved the kayaks and the standup paddleboard, and we generally had just a really lovely time here.

Heaven on Earth!

This our second time staying at Colin’s villa and will not be the last. Nestled on a quiet strip in beautiful Chalk Sound, it’s close to two beautiful beaches and well connected to the rest of the island. You’ll never tire of the sound of waves gently lapping against the shore.

Beautiful home with all the amenities

Our family of 5 loved staying at this property. The views were amazing and we loved having the kayaks and paddleboard to explore Chalk Sound. The kitchen is fully stocked along with plenty of beach towels and bath towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

We so enjoyed our stay at Poinciana! We loved the fresh chill vibes of the house and the location was perfect for us. Sapodilla and Taylor bay were our favorite beaches we visited. We had everything we needed and more for our stay on the island. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Provo!

Beautiful house with everything you need to have fun!

We spent a good time at Collin’s house. Everything was perfect and beautiful. The view was spectacular. Every morning was like a dream. Collin is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this rental to everybody. We rented a car and did not even use it a lot since everything was in the house and the location is perfect. Colin Whyte, President of Martha's Vineyard Construction, left his happy childhood home near Biscayne Bay, FL to start a wonderful and varied journey that would one day lead him to sailboat summers, Martha’s Vineyard mansions and a company built from fortitude and perseverance. “I had enough support and stability at home that I could just go. I never knew that when I left home at age 16, I’d never be back again.” Choosing to go to an all boys boarding school in Tennessee, McCallie School taught hard lessons of discipline and survival. It was there that Colin made life-long friends and began to desire the mysteries that life and experience had to offer.

In hope of avoiding a sojourn in Vietnam Colin took off on his motorcycle, partnered with friends, and threw himself into education and small-time enterprises. Self-taught, he learned how to run a successful business from varied jaunts including: house moving, dictionary selling, surfboard renting, interning in the Senate, and—finally, construction clean up. Graduating from Brown University with a liberal arts degree led him to a winter at Law School, and a stint back at Brown Graduate School in art. “Applying to schools, I was really just a kid trying to stay out of Vietnam; little did I know, it was the motorcycle that would save me. A serious accident taught me the power of the motorcycle. My back was handed a lesson and Martha’s Vineyard became my home.”
