Downstairs:
There is a fully self-contained lower level with kitchenette including a small fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and dining for 6 people and a lounge area with views out onto the large grassed and fenced front yard with fire pit. There is a huge games room with pool table, books & games.
Bedrooms four & five have queen beds, while bedroom six includes two single beds.
The toilet is separate to the bathroom with a shower, vanity & heat lamp.
Laundry with washing machine & dryer.
Upstairs:
A very inviting open plan family, dining table for 8 people, kitchen space including a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, electric cooktop and oven, fridge, coffee machine, tv and cosy lounges. There are sea views from all of the windows across the front or on the full-length balcony of the home.
Reverse Cycle Split system.
Bedroom one includes a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom two has 2 single beds and ceiling fan.
Bedroom Three has a double bed and ceiling fan.

The house was absolutely perfect for our group… plenty of
bedrooms meant we all had our own room. Bathrooms with separate toilets both
upstairs and down was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. All
the little things were there, including extra deckchairs and rugs for relaxing
evenings on the balcony. It was easy to keep clean and tidy. A perfect distance
for a walk to the beach. We will be back for sure! - Kate K

This house was very clean and comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen. Having upstairs and downstairs living areas, meant that the four families staying there had plenty of room to spread out and do their own thing. We came together throughout our stay for meals, movie watching, boardgames and family chats. Just a fantastic and fun long weekend at a great venue.

A Haven to relax
We had a relaxing few days in a very comfortable home with plenty of room for several generations of our family. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to keep clean. The home is close to walking or bike trails and not too far from the beach.

Perfect Property
Whilst I was here with mates, I'd happily return with my family too. A brilliant property for any group, with plenty of living space, 6 bedrooms and having separate toilets is great.

Excellent family getaway
Walk or ride to beach, wonderful comfortable, clean, flexible accommodation for family, view to sea from upper level. Room to play in yard for the children. Easy drive to Goolwa river walkways, playground, barrage, town area. Delightful lunch at Langhorne Creek winery about 40 minutes away.

Ladies golf trip
Fabulous accomodation and perfect location for us being close to golf course. Confusing info with beds and room numbers when supplying own linen. Very spacious and modern with ample parking space.

Beautiful spacious multi-group home
Beautiful home with gorgeous touches. Very spacious and accommodating for a large group of family members. All LOVED the games room! Nice, clean, tidy, good location can see the beach and hear the ocean. Highly recomend this lovely holiday home ❤️

Beachside Retreat
We had a wonderful stay at Ocean View over the weekend.
The house was spacious and comfortable. The space was calm and relaxing which suited our group nicely as we were there to practice yoga together. A relatively easy walk to the beach for our early morning swims was great.
Lovely kitchen and living area upstairs with views out to the ocean. Loved our stay and hope to be back next year.

Goolwa Beach Family Holiday
Very clean and modern home, with lovely furniture. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchens were well equipped with crockery, utensils, glassware etc. BBQ was great. Great position, with sea views and only a 10min walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this house for a family holiday.
Only negative - there is only 1 split system in the living area upstairs and no heating and cooling downstairs.

Great family holiday
Great location.
Excellent size rooms .
Everyone enjoyed the front lawn area. Everything was supplied in the kitchens , bathrooms ,laundry and toilets.
Very new modern appliances.
Check the gas on the bbq before cooking as the gas bottle was empty . Read booklet with instructions to do with the bbq on arrival.
A terrific layout for
three families of all age groups.

Fabulous family house
Property was very well equipped for the large group with plenty of spaces for everyone. A real coffee machine was a lovely addition. The games room was full of a variety of entertainment to suit all ages.
It is in a good location with a view of the ocean from the top lounge area. Walking distance to the beach and short drive to the supermarket.
The downstairs rooms are very cold and only 2 heaters supplied.

70th Birthday
Plenty of bedrooms, nice view, well equipped, good amount of toys and games. BBQ was not clean and no gas, so we couldnt use. Some small damages around that need work. Walk to the beach too long for small children.

For the size of the property, not a big enough hot water unit. Running out of hot water in a few occasions
