Cette cabine de deux étages se trouve sur deux lots avec plus de 90 pieds de cloison. A l'étage a la chambre principale avec un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat et un balcon avec vue sur le lac. Il y a une 2ème chambre avec un lit queen et une télévision. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète. En bas a un plan d'étage à aire ouverte de salon et salle à manger. Il y a une 3ème chambre avec un lit queen et une télévision ainsi qu'une autre salle de bain complète et une buanderie. L'extérieur a un porche enveloppant de 1000 pieds carrés avec une cour clôturée. Le porche a un barbecue et une barre humide. Il y a un 10 pi x 22 pi. quai avec une station de nettoyage du poisson sur l'eau. Venez profiter de votre escapade à Blue Bliss !!!!

Very clean kitchen was stocked with things to cook. The sound system in the living room was amazing and the lit dock at night was great for fishing. We really enjoyed our stay.

I wanted to take my elderly parents away for a short trip, not far from home for low impact activities. My dad enjoyed the lake view and mom enjoyed fishing. The master is downstairs so they did not have to climb stairs, which was exactly what we were looking for with the inside cabin feel. The hosts were responsive to messages and I honestly had the four best nights sleep that I have had in a year. If you love the outdoors, the sounds of nature outside at night will not disappoint!

Relaxing weekend

Nice place. Very relaxing weekend. Canal is very shallow but can walk out to deeper water for swimming and kayaking.

Great Home

The house was great. Needed a little maintenance on the porch steps but let the owner know and she sent a message of thanks and that it would be taken care of. The view is beautiful and has a dock on the water inlet. Unfortunately it is too shallow to catch any fish but it does state in the description that the water is shallow. We had a wonderful time and would defintely stay again.

Nice property, but needs alot of work on the outside

We had a nice short stay at Blue Bliss. The house is comfortable inside, well furnished and kitchen was well equipped. Lots of light bulbs out, light fixtures hadn't been cleaned, no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. The exterior deck is rotting in several places--lots of soft boards. Exterior hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The exterior just needs some TLC.

Thanks for the review. We were unaware of light bulbs being out and fixture that need cleaning.We recently moved back from overseas BUSY BUSY. Yes some wood needs replaceing on porch and that’s something that is to be done durning winter when not as many guest are schedule to stay.

I have reviewed all past messages from Martha and still unable to see any message regarding an issue. Guest had only emailed about early check-in, which I did allow. Besides that I had an email regarding not being able to find attachments for the key code but then was informed she found it. My apologies as I appear to have not received her message. DO NOT BOOK - AVOID THIS PLACE

A simple advice - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. If you decide to go ahead and book this property because of the other 4/5 star reviews of this place (like I did), please read my review for the precautionary things you need to do to be on the safer side. I was charged additional cleaning fee. Now you might think that I am giving bad review because of this. But believe me or not, I am dissatisfied because of the reasons given by the owner for the additional cleaning fee. Wrongful accusations were made by the cleaning company and owner of this house, saying that we left the house in very unclean and unhygienic condition. I do not want to get into the details of the accusations as most of them were false and we did not do all the things that was imposed on us and it hurted me when they accused me, except one thing (i left my son’s single pull-ups in the bathroom thrash bag. I forgot to take that thrash bag out). If the owner would have told in just simple words that “the place is not clean and we are charging fee”, I would not have felt bad this much. The way they accused us of not following the checkout requirements was the main reason I am telling to avoid this place. I have the exact words in my email and I do not want to get in to the details. Things to do/know if you are booking this property: 1) Only one kitchen tissue was provided (buy more if you are planning to stay long). 2) The house is not as clean as it was projected in the pics. 3) IMPORTANT THING - No WIFI. Owner should have mentioned this explicitly as -NO INTERNET in the listing but it was not listed. 4) The upstairs bathroom shower is small. It is difficult for tall people to take bath there. Above all, when you checkout- please please take pictures/videos of the interior of the house because i did not do this and as a result the cleaning company had told that I made the house very untidy. I know that the owner will reply to this review and tell that we only made the house very unclean and unhygienic. To the best of my knowledge, we checked out of the house leaving it clean following all checkout procedures. My humble request to the owner - The remarks and the way that you tell the complaints to your tenants is rude. Please try to change that. Again I am not unhappy because you charged me additional fee for cleaning but I am unhappy because of the accusations that your cleaning company gave on us.

This guest did not leave our lake home clean as he stated. I have been using the same cleaning company for over 5 years and one of the two people that clean is also a pastor of a local church. So I trust their judgement. I was there before these guests arrived and personally placed extra paper towels and toilet paper rolls. I was there to install a new vanity and mirror in upstairs bathroom. I tell guests if they need anything to let me know and I will try and help. This guest messaged me multiple times and I didn’t mind. He wanted information if there was sugar, oil , salt, etc. I politely told him these items weren’t provided but there a cabinet with some things to use if he chooses. He asked about WiFi I said nicely sorry but as stated in the listing there isn't any WiFi. He said he misread and thanks. Later he asked about firewood on the side of house to burn I said sure use if you like. He also asked to check out late and wanted to know if I would honor his request. I had informed him I couldn’t at this time, because of the cleaning company’s schedule so they can prepare for next arrival. He asked for extra paper towels late in evening the day before his check out. I told him I would get someone to drop off if they were in the area. We took the info sent to us by the cleaners and sent to them cut and paste to explain why we charged them an additional cleaning fee. It was very specific and detailed on conditions found. Without going into the details, what this guest has noted is simply not true and the home was not only left very dirty (which I can expect to a degree) but also very unsanitary which required additional cleaning of walls and certain areas and the reason this person was charged the additional cleaning fees.

Property was nice, relaxing and clean. Great for little kids. The host was very accommodating and the neighbors were all nice. Water access was a little tricky but made it work.Thanks so much, we had a great time celebrating the 4th!

Nice property with a cabin feel. My only issue was there is no access to the lake for a boat as the lakeside of the canal/cove is completely sited in. The canal is 1-2 feet, but there were some smaller fish in the canal.

The host was wonderful amd the property was beautiful! Just a quick weekend getaway for a wedding.

I did not receive the reimbursement for the security deposit after the host reported no property damage. I need some insight as to why. Please help!

Relaxing property

Nice property. Not really on lake-can see lake but dock provide no boat or fishing access. Description a little misleading as cannot dock boat during day or fish at property. Sent message to property mgr to inquire about wifi. No wifi and should have read property description more carefully. I agree-read the fine print on this property.

Great Lake Get Away

Blue Bliss was the perfect house and location to meet with family and friends for Memorial Day. So serene and restful and plenty of wildlife to keep us entertained. Great breeze let us fly our kite and enjoyed hike in nearby State Park. The owner was very responsive to our requests. Definitely enjoyed sitting on the porch for sunrise and looking at the stars. Would love to come back soon.

Relaxing lake view

Lovely place with ample room both inside and out. Owners have created a relaxing retreat for family, lots of yard space, canal front with lake view. Basic items all ready for a nice get-away.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a great time staying at this lake cabin! It was very roomy and well decorated. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the kayaks and we weren’t too far from boat launches to spend time in the lake. We really enjoyed our stay!

Love of fishing

This property is a great property for those who love fishing - a real fisherman's cabin. It was extremely clean and the owner was very quick to respond to any of our questions.

Little Blue House

The little blue house was very quaint. The open concept downstairs areas was great for our ladies retreat. The onsite BBQ and firepit were nice however the outside of the house and all the patio furniture were not maintained at all. Lots of spider webs and hornets nests were present. There was bird poop, cob webs and dead bugs all over the patio furniture that I thought could have been cleaned by the cleaning service.

Shantell and Roy are both from Louisiana, now living in Texas. One of our dreams was to own a cabin and be on a lake and we got the best of both worlds when we found our Blue Bliss. We love traveling and decided it was time to share our lake home with others who may need that little getaway from their everyday life .

We love to get out of the city and head to Lake Livingston for some one on one time with family. The cozy cabin feeling is what we really enjoy along with the great views of the lake and that country lifestyle .
