Langbrook immobilière Cottage

Un peu plus une heure de route de Melbourne et entouré de magnifiques vues sur la montagne et des acres de brousse vierge, Langbrook Estate est parfait pour un week-end ou en milieu de semaine évasion. Langbrook se compose de 250 acres de terres agricoles et pittoresque Yarra Valley et est la maison de bovins charolais, Kalinka Langbrook Estate Vineyard et de bouvier sauvages Creek Wines.

Langbrook Cottage propose un hébergement spacieux, privé et confortable dans la haute vallée de Yarra. Les jardins de Langbrook sont magnifiquement entretenus et entourent tous les hébergements. Les enfants sont les bienvenus à Langbrook Farm.

Les installations communes incluent un court de tennis, une piscine extérieure creusée, un espace barbecue / divertissement et des équipements de jeux extérieurs pour enfants. Veuillez noter que le spa n'est pas chauffé.

Langbrook est un excellent point de départ pour explorer les nombreuses attractions de la Yarra Valley a à offrir.

Langbrook Cottage

Idéal pour les familles ou un petit groupe, les caractéristiques spacieuses et confortables Cottage 2 chambres, une grande cuisine, salle de bains et un salon entièrement équipée avec table de billard et feu de bois. Faites une partie de tennis sur notre court de tennis éclairé ou détendez-vous sous la véranda ombragée au bord de la piscine. Un barbecue intégré est également en vedette (s'il vous plaît noter que ce sont des installations partagées). Un petit-déjeuner continental est servi.
Sans doute le plus magnifique hébergement et suroundings on pourrait souhaiter dans la vallée de Yarra.

Beautiful setting, great private villa

We had a great time, so peaceful, beautiful villa. Huge kitchen, cooked up a feast with some of the fresh local produce and steak. Very nice, would recommend it andwill be back again!

Langbrook estate cottage

We stayed at the cottage here, a nice peaceful relaxed week away from the hustle of life. Whether it was sitting by the pool, going for a swim, playing billiards, or just having a cup of tea under the verandah looking toward the mountains - it was just what was needed. Would happily stay there again - thanks to Tonia for a pleasant experience!!!

Cottage with the mountain views

Our stay at The Cottage was absolute serenity with the most peaceful surroundings and amazing mountain views at all sides! A very cool cosy vibe inside this place, it has real character from the brick walls and the decor to the pitched beam ceiling. All rooms are spacious and natural light filled in the day. The living area has both a wood burning fireplace and split heating system and there is a pool table to entertain. The gated outdoor pool area is a few metres from the front door step with a private table area in full view of the pool. There's access to walk the back lanes of the cattle farm and take in all the views too. The hostess was most welcoming, stocked the fridge with a few surprises and happily assisted with any queries during our stay and good local tips. Location is easy being a quick 5 minute drive down the road to the main street of Yarra junction, also where you'll find Woolworths supermarket. Certainly a great central point this stay was with plenty of activities within a short drive and around the surrounding areas from dinning out, trail walks, waterfalls, winery visits, trout farms, snow trips and puffing billy just to name a few. Happy to have found this gem in country Victoria.

Perfect Stay

Wow! We had such a wonderful experience at Langbrook Estate. Serene and peaceful surrounding with a marvellous view of the valley and mountains. Interior is cozy and emits warmth. The pool table, swimming pool and tennis court kept us occupied while we were at the accommodation. Other times we were out exploring the nearby places like the cherry picking, chocolatier and animal sanctuary. Good location. Tonia, the host was also easy to communicate with. She even stocked the fridge with breakfast essentials like cereals, bread and milk. Kitchen was well-equipped with electrical appliances and crockery. Enjoyed myself cooking for my family. My name is Cathy and, along with my husband Greg, we’ve recently made the move to Langbrook Farm — Greg’s family’s beautiful 300-acre property in the Yarra Valley. After careers in Education and Agribusiness, we decided to take the plunge and create a new chapter here on the farm.
I manage our three BnBs while Greg looks after the 13-acre vineyard, Truffiere and helps out with the cattle, although farm life means we’re constantly helping each other out with all the other bits and pieces that come with country living! Our adult children are now off at university and building lives of their own on the other side of Melbourne, so we’ve become “empty nesters” in the process.
We feel incredibly privileged to care for this stunning property and to welcome guests from all over the world to experience it for themselves. From different cultures and age groups to birthdays, anniversaries and long-overdue getaways, every stay brings something special. The kindness and feedback from our guests has been truly humbling.
We also love hosting fellow Melburnians looking to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a true country escape. Langbrook Farm really is the perfect place to switch off, breathe deeply, and simply be. Come and stay — we’d love to share it with you.

It’s not every day you find a private farm stay with facilities like ours. What we notice most is how quickly guests slow down once they arrive — and how little they want to leave.

With a hot tub, tennis court, firepit, swings, cubby house and trikes for the kids, there’s something here for everyone. Cottage guests also enjoy their own private pool, while our long laneway invites peaceful walks amongst nature, birdlife, and some truly spectacular views. We even offer farm tours, with a few surprises along the way — and not just for the city folk!

Our wildlife list is endless! Kangaroos, resident koalas, wedge tails eagles, wallabies, dingos, wild deer, kookaburras, muscovy ducks, wild ducks, moor hens and birdlife galore! We also have beautiful charolais cattle meandering through their paddocks with calves at foot with calving season being in September and if you are lucky you might even experience a birth. Come in Autumn and you will meet our mountain duck couple who return every year to breed on our dam; they are so beautifully colored.

Because all of our accommodations are fully self-contained, guests can truly settle in, switch off, and relax at their own pace. It’s about breathing in the fresh country air, losing track of time, and reconnecting with family, friends, and the simple joy of being together.
