A stones throw from the village centre and the river yet set in quiet seclusion on a country lane, this breathtaking house is architect designed to maximise its surroundings and majestic flora, and to embrace the best that modern living has to offer. Wally Jane's exudes an instant sense of relaxation and tranquillity. It's ideal location is a five minute walk from the Warburton village centre and mountain bike trails, making for a perfect getaway.

The entrance foyer leads to the main living area with epic windows framing the views from all angles of the stunningly presented living area. The spacious open plan layout affords multiple living/dining options, all flowing through to the massive elevated front deck overlooking the valley.

A luxuriously well-appointed chef's kitchen is a stunning domain to entertain from with its own sweeping views over the valley.

Three bedrooms offer relaxing private spaces; all featuring window garden views. The master bedroom with it’s own private ensuite, the queen size second bedroom, and the third bedroom with king single bunks.

The expansive deck is perfect for outdoor dining, or just taking in the peaceful surrounds and spectacular mountain views. Outdoor lights add a magical charm at night.

Luxury hydronic heating as well as a log fire set the mood, with the 7 star rated house remaining both warm in winter and cool in summer.

Under cover parking is located under the house, with more car spaces at the bottom of the drive.

A very pleasant stay

The property was immaculately cleaned and maintained.The kitchen was well equipped and beds pleasantly comfortable.Location was perfect for us to go for dips several times a day and come back to the property to relax/afternoon siestas :)Will come back for sure in the near future.

Cozy family getaway

We had the best time staying here, whether it was relaxing by the fire place, warming up in the bath tub or playing board games, we didn’t want to leave the house while on holiday which says a lot. The hosts were super friendly and even left us a gift. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Amazing stay

A Perfect Blend of Tranquility and Modern Comfort Our stay was perfect. This is a beautifully appointed modern home, nestled in a serene setting and an amazing aesthetic. From the cosy fireplace to the well-equipped kitchen this is the perfect place to hang out and relax. Our hosts were excellent communicators and the wine and chocolate on arrival was so lovely. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and will definitely book again.

Susan and Rolf’s property was stunning! Well thought out with attention to detail in all aspects of the house. Th kitchen was fully equipped with lots of pots, pans, glasses and crockery. The beds were comfy and the sheets and linen were clean and soft- every night was a wonderful sleep. Bbq was immaculate and fully functional. Highly recommend the property and would stay again. We were 2 families- totaling 6 people. Proximity to river and walking trails was at the end of the street and close to town main strip. Great location!

Amazing stay

The sense of peace and comfort when you open the front door is fantastic... It has a calm and warmth that, unlike other properties, makes you want to stay in, to play cards and board games, and to relax. Susan provided an excellent level of support throughout the stay. We will be coming back again, without a doubt.

Gorgeous house with a beautiful view!

The house was gorgeous and had lovely views from the kitchen, lounge and deck. Wally Jane’s had everything you needed and was spacious, comfortable and warm. The only improvements to the property I would suggest would be to the gardens and entrance to the driveway which was a sharp turn and scrapes the bottom of the car when arriving and departing. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful place on top of a peaceful hill

Driving to the property requires a bit of care as its up on top a hill with very narrow and steep roads. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay in. Spectacular scenery with privacy. The house is well designed and the owners had given a lot of thought to it. The place is also clean, quiet, comfortable, peaceful and well equipped. The river is a walking distance away, albeit some steep slopes.
