Notre maison est disponible et loin de la zone d'éruption actuelle de Kilauea. Profitez de votre séjour ici.

Entre la route panoramique et l'océan. Bonnes vues sur l'océan dans un cadre agricole. Tous les nouveaux meubles et accessoires. Aménagement paysager formidable. Résidence fermée avec garage fermé pour 2 voitures.

Roi tempurpédique! Pour ceux d'entre vous qui dorment sur l'un, vous savez déjà à quel point ces matelas sont spéciaux. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui n'ont pas eu le privilège, c'est votre chance de ressentir à quoi devrait ressembler une merveilleuse nuit de sommeil. Ce tout nouveau matelas king-size rendra cette expérience paradisiaque encore meilleure.

Pour ceux d'entre vous dérangés par la chaleur. Nous avons la climatisation, une offre rare dans notre région. Nous le gardons éteint la plupart du temps, mais il refroidira rapidement lorsque vous l'allumerez.

Pepeekeo est une merveilleuse petite ville et nous vivons entre la ville et l'océan. Notre maison est juste assez rurale pour se sentir comme à la campagne mais assez urbaine pour être sur l'approvisionnement en eau du comté. Il y a de bons endroits pour marcher ou faire du vélo.

Notre maison est toujours propre et fraîche. Nous avons récemment mis à niveau la cafetière vers une nouvelle cafetière Keurig avec quelques dosettes prêtes à l'emploi.


Low Store et What Shaking Smoothies offrent tous deux une cuisine délicieuse à quelques pas.

La Route panoramique est un spectacle spectaculaire qui doit être apprécié avant 9h00 et après 4h00 lorsque la circulation est faible. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Amateurs d'art? La maison regorge de photographies, de peintures, de céramiques et de sculptures intéressantes. Sculpteur local, Michael Shewmaker habite à côté. Son jardin de sculptures de 3 acres est adjacent et les clients sont invités à se promener et à profiter pendant les heures de clarté. East Hawaii a de nombreux artistes et galeries formidables pour votre plaisir.

La maison donne sur trois hectares de pâturage / jardin de sculptures et sur l'océan.

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! The property was beautiful, peaceful and had more than anyone could want!! The hosts/neighbors were absolutely wonderful as were their cute pups that came to visit once or twice!!! Also there is an amazing sculpture garden that we were able to roam around in!! Wonderful to have a very nice garage to park in cause it rained a lot while we were there!!! Probably the best rental I’ve ever stayed at!!!

This was the perfect home for our week long stay. Val responded immediately to any questions and was very kind. Location was ideal for our day trips to different parts of the island and nearby activities. The home is spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed as a family especially two bathrooms and AC. Area is quiet and safe. The views of the ocean, sunrise and beautiful sculpture garden were lovely. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting!

For sure this is one of the nicest rental properties along the Hilo coast. We stayed for 12 days while we did the cleanse retreat at Angel Farms (about 1/2 mile south). Wonderful property all around and Val was only a text away when we had questions.

Clean, cool and relaxing place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The a/c units in the bedrooms made for nice cool offs after activities. We loved the area, how close it was to the beautiful botanic gardens and walking distance to a snow cone stop for the kids.

Great Get Away from City Living

What impressed us about the property was the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood. It was a very interesting privilege to have an outdoor "museum" of amazing pieces of sculpture in the adjacent property and a herd of black cows across the street!

Delightful!

The biggest surprise was a happy one--the magnificent sculpture garden next door. Oh, and cows across the street. The house itself is clean and modern, beautifully kept, with all the conveniences. It's an easy drive into Hilo and south, and you have a head start if you're heading up Hamakua Coast. Good roads all the way. We're eager to return!

Beautiful house

Everything I’ve ever wanted in a vacation rental. Clean, comfortable, private, yet close to anything I needed. The yard is beautifully landscaped. I didn’t have to contact the owner about anything because it was all there, in good working order. The only downside for me was the roosters crowing early, but because there is an air conditioner in the bedrooms turning those on covered that noise after the first day and since we are from Alaska a little cool air felt great! The bed in the master bedroom is even better than described in the overview. If I ever go to the area again this is where I would want to stay.

The Art of Stillness

Our 9-day stay at this "tropical bungalow" - total bliss. The owners' description was spot on. We enjoyed every moment. Their home was immaculate, decorated with beautiful & comfortable furnishings, and surrounded by a gorgeous landscape of nature's beauty & sprawling garden of stunning sculptures. lovely house!

We had a very comfortable stay. Had all the amenities to meet our needs. Very clean which was a top priority for our family. The house was well maintained. We did have to drive 20-30 minutes to downtown Hilo but we knew that when we booked the house. Worth the travel given the quality of the house.

This house is outstanding! We had the best time enjoying the huge backyard with the breathtaking views and the owners statues. Val and Hana were very responsive with everything we needed. Excellent property!

This place was amazing! Check-in was very easy. The garage was super convenient since it rained a fair amount. The house was very clean and was fully stocked with linens and towels. The bed was very comfortable. It seemed to be challenging to find a high quality property inside Hilo so the 15 minute drive north was WELL worth it. The view of the ocean from the patio was also incredible. I have nothing but positive reviews and highly recommend this property!

Outstanding vacation home

This was the third time we have stayed at this rental. The home is always outstandingly clean and well-kept with every amenity you would need/want. The neighborhood is quiet and spacious with extremely friendly and helpful neighbors. But, even better is the responsiveness, support, and care provided by the owners and property managers.

A house in paradise

This is a well designed house that I wish I owned. The house is located at an artistic neighborhood. Sitting at the lanai, I can see Pacific far away and a vast sculpture garden down the hill. I often sit at lanai enjoying the constant cool breeze. Inside the house, I can feel that it was designed by an artist, not fancy, but practical. The owner is very thoughtful to provide household supplies. We enjoyed very much our 6 days stay here during February. Next time we come back to Hilo area, this will be our first choice.

Comfy House with Cool View

We loved staying at this house, which is located outside Hilo in a little rural town that's not far from several of the waterfall sites and the fabulous Hawaii Tropical Botanical Gardens. The lovely sculpture park in the lawn beside the house is wonderful with gorgeous effects from sunrise and sunset lighting. Outdoor patio table & chairs makes a perfect spot to enjoy an evening cocktail. AC units worked well in the bedrooms, the living room is spacious enough for 4 adults to comfortably relax. Overall we loved our stay.
