Summary:
Beautifully designed studio perfect for up to two adults and two children (imagine a nice hotel room with attached bathroom). Queen Murphy bed with desk, bunk bed couch, kitchenette with small oven, bacon press, coffee maker, fridge, dining table, and more. Enjoy the patio with BBQ, community kids corner, ping pong table, outdoor bar area, fire pit, laundry room, business center, beach chairs, towels, and games.
The Space:
This one acre centrally located property close to the beach has four separate units. This is the executive studio apartment attached to the main house has a private gated entrance. You also have your own outdoor area to BBQ and eat as well as a community bar and eating area w/ TV. Common areas also feature ping ping & outdoor games. You also have a large community laundry room with business center/desk and printer for guest use, plus beach towels, chairs, an ice chest and family games for your enjoyment to check out for free.
Guest Access:
You will have access to your own private unit with private outdoor eating area with your own BBQ. You will also have use of the community bar area with dining and a TV next to the kids corner that has play kitchen, connect four and more. There is an area gated for guest with dogs which need to be on a leash when on the grounds. We have extra leashes and dog water dishes on site if you need to use them. Plenty of on site free parking
The Neighborhood:
Great area and close to the freeway, shopping and public transportation. You can jump on the freeway and be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Be at Disneyland in less than an hour or head over to Legoland in less than 15 minutes. Centrally located to all the reasons one would travel to southern CA. Donât forget Vista is the climatic wonderland of the USA with average temperatures in the low to mid 70âs year round. Vista is also the Brewery capital of the USA per capita!! Vista is also one of the best places to raise a family in the USA. You will appreciate the location the people and the weather. Itâs the best in the west!
Getting Around:
You are walking distance to bus stops & shopping and close to the 78 highway and I-5 freeway. Your down the street from the Vista Court House and minutes to Tri-City Hospital if your a traveling nurse this is a perfect spot.
There is plenty of free parking on site.
Other Things to Note:
The property is located on a busy street but is set back from the road however if you have a dog or young kids youâll want to keep an eye out because it is a busy road. We are currently having private gates designed for the front entry but for now there are no gates. Check out the drone photos on the listing. I stayed with my grandkids and dog and they were just fine but each family and pets react differently. It is a very private property on a beautiful one acre lot with gorgeous sunsets and coastal breezes.
