Maison de luxe à deux étages au bord de l’eau située sur le "golden mile" à Mulwala.
Environnement paisible et tranquille, idéal pour les grands groupes.

En bas se compose d'une chambre queen, pouvant accueillir deux personnes et une salle de bains. La salle Rumpus a deux canapés en cuir, avec matelas double à ressorts, pouvant accueillir quatre personnes (pas de literie fournie pour ceux-ci).

Extra grande salle familiale.

A l'étage se compose de quatre chambres pouvant accueillir dix personnes. Deux chambres doubles, chacune avec sa propre suite. Une chambre avec deux lits simples et une chambre avec quatre lits simples partageant une autre salle de bains avec toilettes séparées.

Grande salle familiale.

A l'étage a également deux balcons privés séparés.

La maison a une immense cuisine entièrement équipée avec deux réfrigérateurs / congélateurs.

La salle à manger comprend une grande table (4,8 mx 1200 mm) pouvant accueillir 12 personnes.

Le chauffage est assuré par le gaz canalisé dans toute la maison.
Entièrement climatisé, avec deux grands climatiseurs Bonaire.
Grand espace de divertissement extérieur.

Beautiful large home

This house is huge, great for family get togethers. Beautiful view, plenty of room. Had a problem with the heater but owner drove to Mulwala to fix. Would def recommend👍

Great family property

Clean spacious with a choice of living areas. Kitchen has everything you need and more Bedrooms 3 with ensuite so privacy is well taken care of Thanks for such a relaxing weekend with my siblings and mother we used the option of late check out which was great to have to rush mum at 89 years. Amazing property - will be back!

This property is amazing for families. Our large extended family of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids) were easily accommodated with so much space. Boat ramp and jetty were great for boats and for the kids to swim. Lots of chairs, couches and seating outside. Kitchen is fantastic. Lots of little extra touches made our stay really enjoyable and Kaye was warm and friendly in all communication. We will certainly stay again.

Absolute waterfront Mulwala

An amazing experience! The house was beautiful and exactly as depicted online. We had a large group of friends stay and there was plenty of bedding options for all. The home has everything you could need for a weekend away, overall great stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous waterfront property

First class accommodation with absolute water frontage. Property is spacious with all conveniences. Private boat ramp and jetty is an added attraction. Highly recommend

Great, well equipped property

Had a fantastic stay at Absolute Waterfront Mulwala. Beautiful house with everything you could need. We had 3 families, totaling 13 people and there was heaps of room for everyone.
