La maison de campagne de Whispering Brook offre une vue spectaculaire sur les 25 hectares de vignes, d'oliveraies et de charmants jardins du domaine au cœur de la Hunter Valley.

Whispering Brook est une belle et spacieuse maison avec 5-7 chambres, un espace de couchage décloisonné et 4 salles de bains - pouvant accueillir de 10 à 19 personnes. Du linge de maison d'un blanc éclatant est fourni et les salles de bains sont dotées de savons invités à l'huile d'olive fabriqués à la main.

Promenez-vous à la porte de la cave Whispering Brook et à la cave (ouverte du vendredi au dimanche de 10 h 30 à 17 h 00).

The setting within the vineyard was awesome and both Susan and Linda have been great hosts. The only major headache we had was with the dishwasher, which had all labels wiped out, keys half functional, and no instruction provided. Took me many trials and errors plus fiddling to get it working. The beds were not great either as we could feel the springs on our back and the mattress sink in the middle. Love the table tennis table!

We loved our stay , plenty of room for all our family and extended family (16ppl in total) . We loved the outdoor entertaining area, using the Bbq and the large outdoor table. Plenty of seating in the longeroom and enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready for my Brothers wedding. Would definitely stay again if we needed accommodation in Broke. We also enjoyed our wine tasting Thankyou

Relaxing

We had a wonderful weekend away staying at the Whispering Brook. We all comfortably stayed in the gorgeous house and then stared the weekend off with a tasting at the Cellar door. Our tour guide was fantastic! He absolutely made our morning, the best tasting of the day, not to mention the delish wine! Thank you for having us, we will be back.

Home away from Home

Overall it was fantastic in every respect with the only downfall being cleanliness…..cobwebs, filthy fan blades and just not up to the standard for a property where the rental cost is huge. More focus on improving cleanliness and dicing all the scented smelly sticks in a lot of the rooms.

A quiet place to stay

We had a great time at whispering Brook including a fabulous tasting with Glen on Day 1. 20 mins drive into Pokolbin but if you’re looking for someone peaceful this house is lovely. The peacock visiting was an added bonus. Ping pong was a lot of laughs! Thanks very much Bree

Wonderful!

Wonderful location, property and owners! Very much looking forward to coming back and spending more time doing the same things - wine tasting, relaxing, spending time with family in a beautifully thought out property. The resident peacock was a hit with the children and dogs too! We’ve decided to call him ‘Stuart’, and hope he’s also still there when we return :)

Very nicely furnished and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Whispering Brook country house. The setting was very relaxing and stress free. We took our older dog and she settled in ok. It even had a Peakcock which was very friendly. Next time I would like to try the wine tasting.

Quiet and tranquil

Beautiful outlook and quiet setting. Some outdoor updates would be a huge improvement but overall, adequate and enjoyable. Beautiful surrounds and great area to explore. All within walking distance.

We loved our stay-perfect for our 16 Hens. Possibly more toilet paper and tea bags provided would have been good, but we were all very comfortable and the fire made the house so cosy! Beautiful, would stay again

Great family holiday!

8 great days under one roof! A few rainy days didn't put a damper on our family holiday. Plenty of space for 19 persons. Table tennis was very popular and the winery tour excellent. Back screen needs some attention.

We had 16 people stay and there was plenty of room. The team at Whispering Brook were very friendly. The house is in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Very beautiful and peaceful.

Relaxing country house

We stayed for a few nights with a big group (13 people). There was plenty of room and the house accommodated us all comfortably. The cellar was amazing and very generous to our group. In the morning we had kangaroos in the yard and olive grove which was lovely to see. The location of Broke is fantastic with delicious wines and food everywhere.

Tranquil and Rustic

Beautiful property in an ideal location. Our group of eight stayed two nights at Whispering Brook and attended a wedding on the Saturday at near by Adams Peak. We loved the house which has lots of charm, plently of room and is warm and comfortable. We highly recommend it and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Great place to escape!

We stayed at Whispering Brook for a Corporate function. A total of 13 adults, and there was plenty of room without getting in each others way. All facilities were perfect for our 2 night stay and catered to everyones needs. Loved the fireplace especially! The winery tour was fantastic! We all learn't something new! Would stay again if the opportunity arises!

Great Weekend

10 of our closes friends got together for a girls weekend away for my 30th. We had the best time and we were well looked after by Whispering Brook. It was the coldest weekend in the Hunter, however we were warm as toast in the house with the fire going. the wine tour was also a great experience.

I love the natural beauty of the Hunter Valley and Whispering Brook where our guesthouse, winery, vineyard, olive grove and cellar door are located. I am passionate about sharing my love of our wine and olive business with our visitors and guests. A stay at our guesthouse enables people to escape for a short or long time to a beautiful destination with a host of worldwide attractions on the door step including gourmet agri-dining at several notable Hunter restaurants, cellar doors and wine tasting, hot air ballooning, bushwalks, bike rides, swimming to name a few. All accessible by a short car trip from Sydney or surrounds with regular flights regional and interstate flights nearby.
