Embrassez le caractère unique et la romance de cet appartement historique de Californie. Un mobilier en velours luxuriant, une architecture espagnole rustique et une délicieuse cuisine originale font de cet appartement l'endroit idéal pour une escapade mémorable dans le sud de la Californie.

L'appartement est niché dans le quartier historique de Wilmore City, au centre-ville de Long Beach. À seulement 1,6 km du centre de conventions et à quelques pas de la station de métro Blue Line et des arrêts de bus de la ville. Prenez un 10 minutes Uber à la plage ou Pike Outlets!

La maison mesure un peu plus de 1000 m², avec une chambre principale bien dimensionnée et une seconde chambre minuscule mais confortable. Le grand salon peut également être facilement transformé en un autre espace de couchage en accédant au lit queen escamotable.

Bien que la cuisine dégage une grande partie de son charme d’origine, vous disposerez également de petits et grands appareils modernes, d’ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle. La salle à manger est petite mais pittoresque et ressemble à un café miniature avec des sièges de style bar pour quatre personnes.

Il n'y a pas de parking dans la rue pour notre immeuble, mais un parking gratuit dans la rue est disponible. Comme dans toute ville balnéaire ou dans le centre-ville, vous devrez peut-être chercher pendant un moment et marcher quelques pâtés de maisons, en particulier à la fin de la journée. S'il vous plaît vérifier les signes pour l'horaire de balayage de rue pour éviter un billet.

Situé juste à côté de l'autoroute 710, à seulement 30 minutes de Disneyland et du centre-ville de Los Angeles, dans un trafic léger. Si vous envisagez de rester en ville et que vous souhaitez éviter les problèmes de stationnement, les transports en commun, Uber et Lyft, vous permettront de visiter facilement l’une de nos attractions à proximité!

Amazing host & apartment!

Greta was an amazing host! She checked in on me, making sure i had everything i needed during my stay. Very attentive. The pictures are exactly what the apartment looks like! Very spacious and has everything you may need during your stay. Will definitely be staying again when i make a trip to Long Beach!

Greta, the hostess with the mostest!

Our stay was everything we were expecting and hoping for! The beautiful aesthetic in the apartment was cozy, chic, and lavish. Greta’s instructions for check-in and check-out were very thorough and easy to follow. The only downside to this apartment is the parking situation. It is difficult to find parking close to this location and although there is a space provided by the host in a parking garage, it is quite far from your stay and would not recommend walking the distance at night. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we would stay here again. Thanks Greta!

Weekend before cruise

Property was in a very convenient place to downtown sites and restaurants. Close to the port and to the Queen Mary and Long Beach Airport. The only issue I had; I have more everywhere I go. I am allergic to "Weed", even second hand. The fumes were coming up through the vents from downstairs. We closed the doors to the little home office and that helped some. We did not use the filter thing on the wall in the living room by the Murphy bed, because we weren't sure if it was a filter. I would stay again though and recommend to others

Surrounded by homeless people

The apartment is old but clean ( except for the bathtub/ shower). The area is borderline in that I had to navigate numerous homeless people and panhandlers to go to get food, coffee or to my meetings. No street people were overly aggressive but it did not feel safe walking back after dark. There were neighbors screaming at each other late at night, people going through the outdoor garbage around midnight, and street racing in the early morning hours. These are problems more related to Long Beach than to the management company. Cleaning the bathtub properly falls upon management.

Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. Make sure to look for street signs for them because I didn't see any and got a ticket. Communication with host was great the night before our arrival since we asked to check in early but not the best the day of. We were exhausted from our flight and the host did not respond fast enough to check in early for 2-3 hours. I enjoyed the layout of the apartment and was able to cook the things I wanted which was a plus.

Perfect, thoughtful, responsive

Visiting Long Beach for the first time for a convention. The location of this rental was about one mile from the convention center, which in the gorgeous May weather, made it a delightful walk. Local and walkable to restaurants, grocery, drug store, night life, beach, aquarium, playgrounds, etc. even with a 2 and 4 year old. The unit itself is MORE spacious than the pictures indicate which was a really pleasant surprise. Kids loved the hidden Murphy bed in the cabinet. FireStick with Netflix, Disney+, etc. in several rooms. Office spaces were a bonus. Kitchen is fully stocked with nonperishable condiments, as well as snacks, tea, coffee, popcorn. Eating nook was cute and homey. Bedroom and bed was comfortable with plenty of closet and shelving/drawers. Laundry room complete with detergent to help manage needs in that area. Bathroom with backups and extras that went forgotten perhaps - toothbrushes, shaving cream, sunscreens, first aid, soap, shampoo, conditioner, razors, tampons/pads, even Tylenol! I felt safe, happy, and enjoyed my stay here with my family. No concerns as a 36yo female walking after dark. Kids and husband had a blast too. If we are ever back to Long Beach, will book again without hesitation. Thank you for a great stay, Greta and Hiplandia!

Notre séjour s’est super bien déroulé ! L’appartement avait toutes les commodités dont nous avions besoin, le stationnement était relativement facile dans la rue. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et les communications avec l’hôte ont été rapides, simples et efficaces.

Beautiful place

The apartment was beautiful. Just like the pictures! We had everything we needed & she gave restaurant recommendations that were super tasty! There was plenty of room & the neighborhood way so nice. Felt like a local in this area. Greta was also very attentive. She checked on us while there to make sure we had everything we needed. She made the experience super simple. Will definitely come back!

Misleading Fees

Beautiful home. Nice location. Confused about cleaning charges when you are required to clean, hand wash dishes and take out trash. Floors so dirty my socks were black. Also charged $45 extra for "updating the itenarary" for adding an adult to the stay when the itenarary was never actually updated.

I'm so glad that you enjoyed the home, but I'm sorry to hear that you found the fees confusing. We did update the itinerary at your request from 2 to 3 guests, at which time you agreed to the additional guest fee that is disclosed in the listing. Renting a home is a bit different than a hotel, tidying up prior to checking out and cleaning fees are standard, so naturally housekeeping always handles the deep cleaning, laundry etc. When we checked in with you the morning after your arrival you had not mentioned any issues. If you had we would have been more than happy to help resolve them.

Welcoming and extremely clean place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greta's home. We had everything we needed to make homemade dinners each evening. The place was very clean and organized! Greta was so helpful a nd welcoming!
