Extremely Chill 3 Bedroom Home

Looking for a centrally located place to stay that is still a relaxing retreat where you can get away from it all? If so you've found the place. This three bedroom home features two inside living areas plus two private outdoor covered seating areas, an outdoor electric fireplace, a gas table top fire pit, a barbeque and a six person hot tub. You can wander next door (where the host's live ) to enjoy the tiki hut, waterfall, and koi pond. 20 minutes to LAX, 30 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Newport Beach, 10 minutes to downtown Long Beach.

You have the entire house and backyard to yourself with three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, family room, dinning room and living room, and plenty of outdoor seating to relax and chill. Also you have your own private six person hot tub.

The property also features over twenty fruit trees including lemons, oranges, peaches, plums, mangos and more. Guests are welcome to enjoy those fruits that are in season.

The property also features a small vegetable garden with fresh herbs, blackberries, raspberries and other vegetables. Guest are welcome to enjoy those vegetables that are in season.

Truly an Extremely Chill VRBO

This place was fantastic—everything from the listing and more. Besides the great property itself, the hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly, and responsive, and made sure that we had the best and smoothest stay ever. They even let us tour the grounds a day early, which we truly appreciated! Cannot recommend more! And you have got to try out the hot tub!

Wonderful stay

The house was fully equipped with more than what we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space for the whole family. It was very clean and we were all comfortable staying there. Super chill

This propery was indeed a super chill space. The backyard is awesome! The overall layout of the space is a bit odd with the jack/jill bathroom connecting the bedrooms but otherwise, amazing! Kitchen space is great for cooking with the gas range with a pantry that was pretty awesome. Thanks for hosting us!

The place is as advertised. The backyard is truly an oasis. Functionality in the layout of the house was perfect. We had one very minor issue and the hosts solved it within hours. Safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Friendly

We came to celebrate Mom's 60th birthday in Long Beach where most of her family lives. The owners made us feel very welcome and it was great to have them nearby when any questions came up. The backyard is a relaxing haven to enjoy. My Mom was so happy with the comfort of the home and the location being close to her families home. Such a great stay!

Perfect place to stay

Five of my family members stayed for three nights to attend my daughter’s college graduation. The hosts were amazing! We took advantage of the gorgeous backyards (the hosts’ yard is accessible too) for photos after graduation. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Nice and relaxing!

Although we were busy the 3 days we stayed, we loved coming back every evening a relaxing in the house. We watched movies and chilled out. The place was super clean and had everything we needed to make dinner. Very spacious place too! We all got to spread out. Would definitely stay hee again!

Precruise stay

Host was awesome and accommodating, backyard is a paradise with hot tub, fire pit and lots of seating. Bath room and kitchen well stocked. My husband and I arrived earlier than check in and we were able to put our luggage at the house while we enjoyed Long Beach area.

Adorable house

We recently visited Michael and Jessy’s home, they were both extremely hospitable, accommodating and friendly. So many details and thought went into creating a relaxing space, the outside fire-pit with lights was my favorite. My daughter loved feeding the fish and looking for the turtles. The home is spacious throughout, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back!

Everything we wanted and more

This house was perfect for our family to stay during a 3 day trip to Long Beach to attend a wedding. Well-maintained and stocked, nicely decorated, comfy indoor spaces and outdoor gathering areas. The owner lives next door and was super friendly and welcoming. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub because of our busy itinerary, but we did enjoy visiting the koi pond (turtles too!)

Lovely place

we stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. for 7 people there was more than enough room to sleep and hang out. the kitchen had every appliance we could need. amenities were a great bonus. only thing to be aware of is that if you are tall, one of the showers is very short. host was very helpful and responsive! highly recommended.

Barbeque, turn on the gas fire pit, relax under the gazebo, or explore the common area that includes a tiki hut, koi pond and hot tub.
