Au niveau de la rue, vous trouverez un espace de stationnement et un garage pour les propriĂ©taires et une rĂ©ception sĂ©parĂ©e, et en descendant (tram muet pour l'Ă©picerie) par des escaliers, la propriĂ©tĂ© commence Ă  vous ouvrir les yeux car la vue devient l'atout le plus important de ce manoir de 5 chambres. En utilisant la formation rocheuse naturelle elle-mĂȘme comme un mur dĂ©coratif vivant dans un espace social de 60 pieds de long, nous avons la cuisine gastronomique avec deux poĂȘles italiens, deux rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs doubles, une fibre optique wifi, un tĂ©lĂ©phone, une tĂ©lĂ©vision de 80 pouces. CanapĂ©s confortables en cuir Ralph Lauren et beaucoup de meubles de patio autour de la piscine avec une ouverture de 36 pieds entre le salon et la terrasse, ce qui en fait une maison sans mur entourĂ©e de ... rochers! granit et marbre. Surplombant la mer de Cortez et l'ocĂ©an Pacifique .. Les lumiĂšres de la ville la nuit et les feux d'artifice les plus quotidiens .. Oui! votre rassemblement ressemblera exactement Ă  la Saint-Sylvestre ... toute l'annĂ©e, tous les jours de la semaine ... c'est une balle! Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privĂ©e et climatisĂ©e, des draps haut de gamme. Tous vos invitĂ©s auront de nouveaux lits confortables et de l'intimitĂ©. Mais si vous avez besoin de plus d'action, descendez 3 pĂątĂ©s de maisons et vous ĂȘtes au cƓur de Cabo, pas besoin de voiture, mais cela peut peut-ĂȘtre aider Ă  prendre un taxi la nuit. Commencez la matinĂ©e avec le lever du soleil et marchez un mile au spa et Ă  la salle de gym de Pedregal, aux courts de tennis ou Ă  une promenade plus intense jusqu'Ă  la plage privĂ©e, bien sĂ»r, vous pouvez toujours appeler un taxi depuis le tĂ©lĂ©phone fixe ou mĂȘme rappeler Ă  la maison. Amazing trip!

I stayed at this villa for my buddy's bachelor party, and we had a great time! The Villa is beautiful inside and out. The views on the back patio can't be beat. The pool and hot tub are nice additions as well. We had a few issues with turning the oven on, and finding some light switches, but besides that, the stay was pretty smooth. Gloria was a gracious host, and she went out of her way to shop at Costco for our big group before we arrived, and we were very thankful for that. If I came back to Cabo with a big group, I would stay at this villa again!

Weekend in Cabo

The house was very comfortable, with amazing views and great amenities. It is very close to downtown, and yet you can get away from it all. Great for large groups or big families.

Wonderful Bachelor Party experience!

This place is wonderful for a large group. We celebrated a bachelor party here and we were proud to call this place home for the weekend. Pool area is ideal and the views are amazing. Our host was very responsive and helpful!

Jose was an amazing host, and the house is clean and in the perfect location. Walking distance from downtown, but in an incredibly safe location. The beds were all clean, and Marie came in every day to clean and make us breakfast!

Had a group of guys here for the weekend for a bachelor party and it was rad! The view is unreal and the house is definitely a one of a kind! I recommend it and most likely stay here agin in the future.

Unforgettable view for a bachelor party!

Came here with 12, everything is super walkable and tucked away in a million dollar view of San Lucas. Plenty of space in the 2 fridges and full kitchen. Would highly recommend staying at for anyone who enjoys the security of a place to sleep, while enjoying the town for the nightlight and marina's activities!

What an amazing view of the city and marina.

You really can't beat the view from this villa. I have stayed in Pedregal and Cabo many times and this view may be the best view of the city and marina of any place I've stayed at.

What a great place!

Such an amazing place to stay and experience Cabo! Probably the best view in town. Jose is very responsive and helped with whatever we needed. Very accommodating, even had breakfast cooked for us everyday if we wanted. We had 15 people and enough room. Highly recommend, especially for a bachelor party!!

Good spot for the price in Pedregal

Amazing view of Cabo! Plenty of space and sleeping for 7-16 people.Downsides: pool and jacuzzi heater was broken entire time, so the both were about 55 degrees. That was disappointing as was part of reason we chose this house. The pool table is in horrible condition (pockets all broken and lumpy surface) so it should NOT be the very first featured photo on listing. The house is quite old and very dated so don’t expect a luxury experience. Concierge was helpful with transportation and chef Pedro was awesome!

Million Dollar View

Our group stayed here for a bachelor party and it was the perfect spot. The view is incredible and hard to beat. Jose greeted us and showed us around the property. The property came with a daily housekeeper/cook in the morning. She was awesome! She really made the experience. I highly recommend the villa for large groups.

All About the View

The view here is outstanding and the property has plenty of space to accommodate large groups which met our needs. If you read the other reviews, I can confirm the complaints. A little maintenance would go a long way at the property. We spent most of our time out and about so all the inconvenience was overlooked. If you have an allergy to cat urine, I recommend avoiding the room directly at the top if the stairs. Overall a good value with a great view.nonexistent.

we sterilize with the steam of Peroxide Hydrogen and Chlorine solution throughout the entire home, and nebulae with disinfectant.
we kept the live rock as a natural wall..inside the home, (sealed against water or bugs) just unique in all the way, surrounded by marble, granite, wifi, tv, phone, gourmet kitchen...and a great pool, and terrace for 30 people, we sterilize with the steam of Peroxide Hydrogen and Chlorine solution throughout the entire home, and nebulae with disinfectant.
