Tiffany was welcoming and after a few issues, Tiffany and Ivan took care of all of our questions.

Overall great property and huge to accommodate multiple families. Tiffany was great! Personal opinion cookware needs to be updated and it wouldn’t hurt to add some items, especially with a bigger crowd you tend to go through pans and pots and we ran out a few times meaning we had to empty pan, clean to reuse it for another food item. No coffee maker. Pool is great the patio floor is rough. Cleaning was ok but there is room for improvement. There is some maintenance that needs to be addressed as well. Lastly while we appreciate the extra security with the house alarm and cameras I think the cameras by the pool should be removed… again great property overall just a few things that should be addressed by host/owner that would make it a 10 star home!

Spent an excellent week between Christmas and new years at Tiffany and Ivan’s place! Communication through out the entire booking, arrival and checking process was awesome, very responsive and helpful. The pace had everything we needed and more for six adults, super comfortable and lots of space. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and also made this our home base to explore. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood and a short drive to everything you’ll want to see on the island. Grocery stores and all the amenities you need a short drive away. Was a wonderful holiday and I would highly recommend. Thanks Tiffany and Ivan!

We stayed here in April 2026. This property was not ready to be rented out in my opinion. The house was filthy when we checked in. It looked like the house had been lived in before we arrived. There were men there cleaning the pool when we arrived. There were not enough towels for the 5 of us to even shower. The pavement by the pool was all cracked and broken, unlike the photos. All the balconies upstairs had beehives on them. Four out of the five lounge chairs were broken. The toilet in the bedroom near the laundry room was so wobbly it was about to tip over. Tiffany did come and drop off more towels and had the cleaners come, but we wasted an entire day with cleaners and men there while my family was trying to enjoy the pool.
