The cottage has art deco vintage charm that we love about Melbourne. The owner has provided everything you could really need. Great coffee shop on the corner. Gym only 7 minute walk. Position is great for road connections. Also cute Gardenvale train station is nearby.

A truly beautiful art deco bungalow in a lovely area. The host was helpful and welcoming and we had a wonderful week.Easy to get the train to all destinations and a lovely supermarket, coffe shop, bakery and restaurants close by. Must try 'ten greek plates', an amazing family owned restaurant with fabulous food and a warm welcome.

Great place to stay

The property was as listed but added touches made it a bit more special such as milk and fruit being available. We had a great stay and would stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

Spacious and quiet!

I had a very nice stay here. Katie communicated well, and the house was very nice. There were plenty of shops within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent base for family trip

Comfortable, clean and full of character cottage -2 bedrooms and large kitchen , living areas and backyard - a perfect base for seeing family in Melbourne. Close to public transport and excellent cafe. Katie met us at check in and was very helpful.

Close to great coffee shops and restaurants. Not far from the beach.

Cute little cottage with a wonderful patio. Nice residential feel, but only a block from a wonderful coffee shop and several restaurants. Great communication with our host! Thanks for a great stay.

Cute cottage - a respite from the city

Katie's cottage is decorated with great charm and style and is extremely comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our retreat from the city and yet it's so convenient to catch the train to get into town.

Gorgeous cottage great location

Thank you Katie we had a wonderful stay and the cottage had everything you needed. Gardens are lovely and beds comfortable. Great location to Martin st and Gardenvale train. Best coffee at the end of the street.

Just Fabulous

Very roomy cottage with everything supplied to make it a wonderful stay. Just needed your own clothes, food and some toiletries. It is conveniently located to shops and public transport and a 1 minute walk to one of Melbourne's best coffee shops. Definitely will stay again.
