Appartement de 2 chambres de grande valeur au coeur de South Fremantle

Situé dans l'ancienne usine de biscuits Mills and Wares, Ocean Sunsets est un superbe appartement entiÚrement autonome de 2 étages.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size (qui peut ĂȘtre converti en 2 lits simples), de la climatisation Ă  cycle inversĂ© et d'un grand espace de rangement. Imaginez-vous monter sur le balcon directement hors du lit et vous asseoir autour d'un cafĂ© et du papier ou simplement regarder la vue sur l'ocĂ©an.

La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit double, un ventilateur de plafond, des stores occultants (ajoutés en février 2018) et une grande armoire.

Les deux chambres sont situées à l'étage et sont accessibles par un superbe escalier en jarrah et en fer. L'une des deux salles de bains est idéalement située entre les deux chambres.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un vaste salon décloisonné, une grande télévision à écran plat avec des salons en cuir, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et la deuxiÚme salle de bains. Sortez sur le balcon, idéal pour regarder la vie dans la rue South Fremantle.

Ocean Sunsets est populaire auprĂšs des couples en vacances et des hommes d'affaires. Veuillez noter que les couchers de soleil sur l'ocĂ©an NE CONVIENNENT PAS AUX ENFANTS DE MOINS DE 8 ANS en raison des balcons et des escaliers, et tous les autres enfants doivent ĂȘtre surveillĂ©s de maniĂšre appropriĂ©e en tout temps.

Good but...

This is a great apartment in a great location. Lots of nice cafe's and restaurants, an awesome bakery, great brewery all within a few minutes walk. The lovely beach is 5 mins walk. The apartment has lots of space and the afternoon breeze was welcome after the heat of the day. Nice firm beds and pillows, great bedding. Good level of quality "infrastructure" - but - if the little things count then be warned, no dishwasher, and other reviews about the TV not loading netflix are real, it doesn't work in the evenings...which is when you want it to work. For the price, its these things which you would expect to top it off. The owners could so easily get this one thing fixed.

Great stay wifi questionable

We enjoyed the house, spacious and well equipped-outdoor furniture, a number of pillows and a good bed and shower. The wifi was exasperating and watching Netflix frustrating. Hopefully something can be done with it as it’s in a great location and a nice spot.

Great value

Really nice property. As advertised. Good value and about a 20 min walk to town. Lots of local eateries close by. Lost power one morning which happens in this area apparently. All in all a fantastic stay and would use it again.

Good property

Location was easy to find with some nice wee cages close. Fremantle around 1km flat walk. Just be aware there is no dishwasher in this property. There was some very noisy renovation going on next door which the property manager had no knowledge of and the train came through at around 3am close by which wasn’t too bad but when the wind was blowing in the right direction it could be heard.

We had a good stay but there was difficulty with the wifi. As we were in Fremantle working this was very problematic. Only one of us could log in at a time

Excellent location!

Walking distance to beach, markets, restaurants, pubs, grocery store and museums. The apartment was spacious and clean. If staying longer than a week, an extra frying pan, working oven and a barbecue on the deck or courtyard would have been nice.

Property as described

Suited our purpose well. Comments following are to help the owner. We have never, ever rented property where if guest stayed you had to pay an extra charge: think this maybe an Australian thing. One set of bed linen for 50 plus nights was a bit mean: I know there is a washer dryer but it would have been better to have a laundry change. The security of the front door is questionable as it can easily be pushed in. Car park space was handy. As I said the above are comments

Wonderful apartment in walking distance to restaurants & beach!

We loved the apartment and easy/clear communication from the owner. Everything was as advertised and the neighborhood was wonderfully walkable with lots of restaurant options. The free shuttle bus looping through Freemantle was very conveniently located if we didn't feel like walking the entire way. Our one issue was noise from the adjacent apartment early one morning --- lots of running around, laughing and playful shrieking by young children starting about 7am. Thankfully it only happened 1 morning of the 3 days we planned to sleep in past 7am.

Lovely staycation

Nice, clean house with a nice view. In a great location only a walk across the street to get a nice coffee as well which was a plus. Allison was quick at replying and lovely to deal with. Would recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment in South Fremantle

You will not be disappointed in this lovely apartment. Plenty of room and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Secure parking a bonus. Alison is a very responsive host. Highly recommended.

Initially a little hard to navigate our way once we were in the car park but once in we were so pleased with the apartment. It had everything we needed. The beds were soft and linen fresh and clean. We loved our week staying here and encountered no dramas. Would definitely go back again
