Nos dates de chalets à partir de 1907 et a été entièrement rénové pour offrir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour le week-end parfait loin; feu de bois, terrasse, barbecue, spa et une vue imprenable sur le vignoble.

Les deux grandes chambres font de ce chalet parfait pour deux couples ou une famille avec des enfants. La chambre principale a un lit queen size avec luxe 1000 draps de fil, la deuxième chambre a un lit double, le tout avec le linge Sheridan.


Le salon dispose de deux confortables canapés en cuir, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD et stéréo ainsi que d'un feu de bois. Cette chambre donne sur la cuisine / salle à manger, avec une table à manger antique et une cuisine entièrement équipée, y compris ventilation forcée four, cuisinière à gaz, grand réfrigérateur et micro-ondes.

La grande salle de bains, classique dispose d'une grande baignoire spa d'angle et douche de plain-pied, la toilette est dans une pièce séparée.

En dehors de la plate-forme domine le vignoble, il y a un barbecue à gaz, ainsi que d'un salon en plein air pour vous de tout le jour loin sur, un excellent endroit pour prendre au coucher du soleil.

Prélassez-vous dans le spa de la maison ou vous détendre avec un verre de vin Haute portée sur le pont, surplombant vos vignes.

Il y a un grand parking gratuit pour 3 voitures derrière le chalet.

Plongez-vous dans la vallée de Swan, vous êtes en plein cœur de la vallée avec toutes les brasseries, les usines de chocolat, des fermes de miel, parcs animaliers et des établissements vinicoles de cours.

Vous méritez une pause pour recharger et re-vitaliser vous!

Avoir un long déjeuner paresseux puis flâner au chalet de se délecter de la vue de la vigne à partir du pont, verre de Fizz à la main.
Alors que la soirée attire, détendez-vous devant le feu avec un ami et une bouteille de Shiraz.


Nous pouvons organiser la location de vélos pour explorer la vallée de Swan et / ou réservez-vous pour un traitement Spa décadente localement.

Easter Getaway

Beautiful little cottage with all the amenities you need, for a short getaway. The spa was a real treat. If you’re lucky you may get a visit from the resident dog Indie 🐶 We will definitely got back! 😊

Great hosts and very comfortable cottage

We were well supported by our hosts especially when the power went off due to a storm for a few hours. The cottage was comfortable and clean - a few minor maintenance matters require attention noting the age of the cottage. This did not impact our enjoyment of the cottage. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

The Ultimate Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed the ultimate weekend getaway at the Upper Reach Spa Cottage. Wonderful customer service and friendly staff. So easy to book through Stayz. The Cottage is a delight. Very spacious as well as clean, homely and cosy. Lovely kitchen with everything we needed. The bathroom is very big. Throughly enjoyed soaking in the spa bath after a 2 hour bike ride. Plenty of hot water too. The queen size bed with luxury bedding was so comfortable. Enjoyed a very relaxing movie night, sprawled out on a comfortable couch each, in front of the cosy log fire. Would Highly recommend. Had breakfast at the Broad restaurant on Sunday morning before we booked out, and we're so glad we did. My husband and I both agreed that it was the best breakfast we've ever had. (We eat out alot). The food was sensational! I had the pork dish and my husband had the Broad breakfast. The coffee is also one of the best we've had too. We're taking the whole family back there for Sunday breakfast next week. Our new favourite spot. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the ultimate weekend getaway.

Pop over to cellar door for complimentary wine tasting after breakfast, and you are welcome to "walk off" breakfast through our vineyard down to the Swan River and chill on the jetty over the river. (I find I eat so much at the restaurant I need to go for a bit of a walk before getting in the car!) Thank you for taking the time to review your visit in the cottage- hopefully it helps other travellers plan a great weekend like you enjoyed!

Location is amazing, the property is so nice but could use a serious clean

Cottage was gorgeous location breathtaking but sadly filthy. No log in the fire for the ‘cozy evening in’ as expected. Had to give the spa bath a good clean before hopping in. Shower had mould in grout and hair stuck to the wall. Old food on the floor, makeup on the bed sheets. A little disappointing as if cleaned up our stay would have been 10/10

So private and a genuine gem after our 12 day journey from Broome. Being adopted by the owner's retriever made it more special, as did the wood fire on a chilly night and huge kitchen! We wil be back next time we are in WA.

Great Getaway

We booked two nights at the cottage to enjoy a getaway in the Swan Valley. We felt really relaxed surrounded by the vines of Upper Reach Winery and the cottage contained everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and had high quality linen. The owners of the property were welcoming in their email correspondence. Although unseasonably cold it was lovely sitting out on the deck enjoying the sunset. The cottage is a great option for locals and tourists alike as it makes a perfect base for exploring the food and wine delights of the region.

Wonderful stay, beautiful spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect spot to explore the Swan Valley but also a peaceful spot out of the rush and noise. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the vineyard, free wine tasting, meeting lovely Laura, relaxing in the spa and in front of the fire. Well equipped self contained house with lots of room and even has pantry items you can use. We were able to get a second bed in the second bedroom so the kids didn't have to share a bed. Highly recommended for families or couples.
