4th floor corner - great location. Wish we could have enjoyed the deck more.Deck needs some serious attention. Furniture is dangerous. Very rusty and dirty and beach supplies are very dirty and old. Floor doesn't look like it's ever cleaned.Nice condo decor but could use some updates especially the window treatments. They are very dusty and look dirty. We have been coming to Gulf Place for 8 years......we miss the old Santa Rosa. Soon you will not be able to see the ocean from the condo decks because of the tall homes. not the same without Sunrise Coffee ....... the new elevator is great!!

We loved our stay in Santa Rosa! Great location and a VERY short walk to the beach. Many things to do nearby that you could walk to. It was an Amazing property and great response if you needed anything.

Love this location. Every restaurant was fabulous and close. Condo was cute. Beach access good. Need to fix elevator. Hot water heater is micro. Thank you we had a lovely time.

Loved the view from Condo. The bed mattress was a little hard for our liking. We really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and save from eating out every night. We will be back.

Although the weather was cool for 1/2 our stay the beach days were great! Other days, great shopping nearby. Very close to the beach and several great restaurants! The ocean view was spectacular! Nice condo! (I’d do white curtains though - much brighter!)

Spring Break

Stayed there for spring break with my teen son and daughter. Perfect location and unit. Nice views of the ocean and strip from the balcony. Proximity to restaurants and private access to the beach made everything easy. Great combination of family time, plus kids spending time with their friends that were also there on spring break.

Great location, easy access to everything and close walk to Beach

Really great location and close to restaurants and entertainment. Fairy close walk to beach and easy access from complex. Only complaint was the unit could have been cleaned alittle better before our stay. Master bedroom had a large bed but zero room move around in the bedroom.
