Bienvenue dans notre Ă©tablissement Estero Beach et Tennis Club situĂ© au 10Ăšme Ă©tage. Profitez de belles vues directes sur la plage et le golfe du Mexique. Notre propriĂ©tĂ© confortable a toutes les nĂ©cessitĂ©s dont un couple ou une petite famille aurait besoin pour des vacances Ă  la plage. Les vues de votre vĂ©randa privĂ©e sont souhaitables, profitez de votre cafĂ© du matin en profitant de la brise de l'ocĂ©an, lisez un magazine aprĂšs une baignade matinale ou passez la nuit Ă  Ă©couter les vagues. Le complexe EBT est une communautĂ© tranquille avec de nombreux Ă©quipements Ă  offrir Ă  chaque invitĂ©. EBT a des sentiers de randonnĂ©e sur tout le terrain avec un paysage luxuriant, des courts de tennis pour votre usage, une grande piscine chauffĂ©e avec des chaises longues, un barbecue, une laverie dans le hall, un accĂšs Internet dans le hall situĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. Il y a un grand parking avec parking ouvert. La propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© sud de la plage de Fort Myers. De l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue se trouve un centre commercial proposant des restaurants, des boutiques et un port de plaisance. Si vous souhaitez partir Ă  l'aventure dans le parc d'État de Lover’s Key ou dans le quartier de Time Square sur la plage de Fort Myers, vous trouverez un tramway qui vous emmĂšnera.

Notre propriété comme tous les éléments essentiels de la maison. Il y a une cuisine complÚte (y compris un lave-vaisselle et de nombreux petits appareils), une table à manger pour 4 personnes, une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, un canapé confortable avec un canapé-lit. La chambre a un lit king size. Autres commodités dans notre propriété sont wifi gratuit, cùble, draps et serviettes, chaises de plage, porte d'entrée sans clé Smart Home (pas besoin de ramasser les clés) et des carreaux dans toute l'unité. Que peux tu demander de plus. Notre propriété a un emplacement, des prix compétitifs et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites à la plage.

We had difficulty with the TV and sent emails and tried calling the “Tri-Power Emergency” number and that was out of service. Finally after the second day of getting NO response, I basically went through and rebuilt the settings to get it to work. Very frustrating.

Perfect Location

Great location between Fort Meyers and Bonita Springs to allow easy travel to check out other beaches. The views from the balcony were unmatched for sunsets and spotting dolphins pre-dawn and dusk. There is construction at the neighboring buildings and at the beach due to ongoing rebuild following the hurricanes. Typically the construction at neighboring buildings are during the day but the beach restoration occurred 2 nights past midnight and into early morning hours. They keep moving down the beach so if you stay at this unit in the near future they most likely will not be as close to the condo. and

There was a grassy area to relax in sun for people that don’t like sand. I like close proximity of beach the tennis courts were in excellent condition. It was quiet until last two days we were there. Someone right above us was moving furniture around at 7:00am. There was also a string smell of cigarette smoke occasionally. I love that is within easy walking distance of shopping and several restaurants!! Will definitely visit again!

From the pink kitchen to bathroom vanity to the beautiful,gorgeous & stunning pink sunsets this is your unit. Though a bit dated the kitchen was well stocked & clean. We were concerned about the shower door as you had to lift it w/ 2 hands to slide it closed. If you used the handle it came off in your hand. I would be concerned if a child or elderly person tried to close it. It should be replaced. The unit's location was perfect for enjoying coffee on the lanai watching the dolphins to the gorgeous beaches & sunsets. We love FMB & would stay at EBT again 😀

We love this southwest Florida get away. With its 10th floor views of the gulf and it’s easy access to dining, shopping, and activities, this is a great condo.

Beach vacation

We enjoy staying in this unit so much. It is in the 10th floor overlooking the north part of the island. Also you can see the east and west side as the building is in an angle. The view from the balcony is amazing, since it is on a higher floor it is higher than the adjacent building so you can see the north of the island, thing that you can not see from a lower level. We saw a dolphin from the balcony in the morning and another one from the beach. From the balcony you can see a number of birds flying around which is enjoyable. The unit has beach chairs and umbrellas. It has good wi-fi. The beach is on a short walk, the ground are beautiful. Laundry is located on the ground floor for a fee. We contacted the management a couple of time and they answered right away. In short, we enjoyed and liked it so much being in this unit and recommmend it. Having breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the view was priceless. The view of the sunset from the balcony is amazing. It was an excellent choice for us.

The condo was totally adorable! It was totally efficient and very clean! This was my first visit to Estero Island and the view we had from our condo was totally memorizing!!! The grounds of this property were so lush and well manicured. The beach was beautiful and quiet. Enjoyed the bird watching sanctuary!! This was truly my ultimate vacation I've ever taken!

Great View and Beach

Overall this unit was OK. It’s on the beach and has a great view. The balcony furniture was newish and comfortable. The unit is worn (furniture, fixtures) and needs updating. Several items were broken but we worked around them. Next time I would rent a unit that does not face West directly so we can sit on the balcony in the afternoon out of the sun. Being south of the main district, traffic going north was very slow. The trolley helped but next time I would stay further north.

I booked the property from the photos and description. Once we arrived first thing we noticed is the pool enclosure was taken down and construction to the entire pool area with large pile of concrete, the ladder in the deep end of pool had no steps to climb out. The pool was not attended to before we arrived, the water was 58* and was littered with leaves and dirt from no enclosure. I had to clean the pool every morning before we could use it. The "free" WiFi did not work until 2 days before we left and we endured data overages with my carrier. We came back to the rental on Weds. evening to find a strange car parked in the driveway and Tri Power rental company had no explanation for why it was there and we could pay to have it towed. Late the next day a neighbor told us it was the owners car. My husband had to change the burnt out lights on the porch the first night we arrived. The location was great. The house itself was really nice, I think the rental company needed to communicate the pool situation and clean/heat it prior to our arrival. On more than one occasion Tri Power said that we would receive compensation for the pool and Wi-Fi but we have not heard from them in 2 weeks.

WRBO Stay

Needs to be updated. Walls need to be painted. Bathroom faucets need to be replaced. Kitchen cupboards and counters very outdated and the refrigerator should be replaced as is rusty and mold in door seals. Beach chairs should be tossed. For the rent charged, these things should be considered.

The size is perfect for a couple. The unit has been well maintained and clean upon our arrival. I suggest the following to the owner: Replace the bed mattress & pillows and iron dining chairs as they are heavy and squeak while being moved.
