Beautiful!

Our stay at this place was great! We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back! Being right on the beach and having the pool is essential and I love this place for that.

Relaxing beach vacation

The room was exactly as described and the view from the balcony of the gulf was wonderful. It was quiet. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had.

Spring vacation

Property was clean and still under renovation but we expected this. Great sunset view. Very prompt communication from host. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. We will very likely return next year.

We had everything we needed. From the appliances to outside toys. (Chairs umbrella towels ect.)The place was clean and the balcony was supplied with chairs and tables to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. And the view of the Ocean and sand was so beautiful where we enjoyed so many walks on. Pool was heated which was an added bonus. With plenty of lounge chairs to sun in . Enjoyed walking over to santini Plaza or twice a week they had yummy food tents and so many souvenirs to purchase. We love Fort Myers Beach .. we always stayed near town. This would be our first time this far down. We had a great time. Thank you for providing such a beautiful restful place to stay.

Beachfront Condo

Property is well located for beach lovers and clean. It's right on the beach. The unit is fairly small and is best suited for a solo or one couple traveler(s). Because of the hurricane damage on Ft Myers Beach, you'll need a car for transportation. There are no restaurants within walking distance that are currently open. Best suited at the present time for people who want to spend time by the pool or on the beach and are comfortable cooking in or driving 15-20 minutes or more for dining options.

Great property, well maintained, location on the beach was quiet. Well stocked with everything you could need in a condo. Very clean, lots of linens!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Any issues I had with the rental, there was no direct way to contact the owner/manager of the property. Email worked sometimes, provided phone number, "someone will call you back". The main corridor sure could use some TLC as this is the first thing you see when you exit the elevator. Overall though the stay was good. Great location. You are within walking distance of restaurants and a convenience store. Hind sight, I would have asked for a blank contract BEFORE I paid for the reservation and contacted the property for their list of additional rules.

We had an short work to the quiet beach, access to two clean and accessible pools, and an open and inviting villa. Michael provided, not only a clean and spacious villa, but also a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Great escape from a cold November in my home state, Michigan.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property and the condo was a perfect escape from a very cold November in Michigan where we live. The weather in November is delightful. The water was warm and the beach was beautiful though a bit covered with shells. Even though I don’t play tennis, we saw that they have beautiful tennis courts here. The pool was great and delightfully warm.If I have only one word of warning, it is that a tiny biting fly called a “no see um” was present at Sunset near the beach. Overall, our 21 days in this condo were a vacation that we will never forget.

Fun on the gulf

We would highly recommend this condo. You should be aware that the washer/dryer listed in the description is in the building, not the unit. It is also pay for use. We would definitely stay here again!
