Notre prix est l'un des meilleurs de Folly Beach. Mon père et moi essayons de notre «meilleur» pour faire de vos vacances ici sur Folly un moment spécial avec nous.

est un bijou ici sur Folly Beach!

NOUS SOMMES À 100 mètres de la plage, de la jetée de pêche, de l'hôtel des marées et de notre quartier commercial!

VOUS NE POUVEZ PAS DEMANDER UN MEILLEUR ENDROIT ET L'HOSPITALITÉ DU PROPRIÉTAIRE - QUE DEMANDER DE PLUS?

Mon père et moi avons rénové tout le rez-de-chaussée pour faire
"The Wolff Den" quelque chose de spécial.
Il y a deux chambres plus un patio couvert et une zone en béton pour votre usage personnel. Vous pouvez maintenant faire griller vos fruits de mer frais, votre steak, etc. parce que nous avons un tout nouveau gril à gaz pour votre usage. Nous avons également ajouté un four "Oster" petit mais assez grand pour les pommes de terre au four, la pizza, le pain, les légumes. Sur le grill, il y a également un brûleur latéral pour les œufs et le bacon pour commencer votre matinée.

Lorsque vous entrez dans l'unité, vous trouverez notre kitchenette, avec vos appareils électroménagers, réfrigérateur complet, cafetière, micro-ondes et notre nouveau four Oster .... évier pour laver la vaisselle et une grande douche.

Ensuite, vous entrerez dans la chambre à coucher avec un lit queen size, un futon pour une 3ème personne, un nouveau bureau au cas où vous auriez besoin de toucher la base avec le travail, une nouvelle télévision à écran plat de 40 "à installer sur le mur qui peut être déplacée pour votre visionnage avec 200 chaînes n Wi-Fi gratuit fourni par Comcast. Et vous avez votre demi-salle de bain. Nos photos sont très précises et ont été mises à jour le 6/12/2019.

Il y a 2 portes séparées que vous pouvez utiliser pour profiter de votre terrasse couverte pour vous détendre, vous rattraper ou simplement vous asseoir et regarder la 'Folly's' marcher ... quel site c'est !! lol ...
Mobilier tout neuf comprenant une causeuse, 2 belles chaises et une table en verre.

Nous avons également une table à utiliser pour manger, boire et être joyeux.

Nous avons vraiment un endroit spécial ici sur Folly Beach !!

Nous avons de toutes nouvelles chaises de plage "Tommv Bahama" avec des serviettes pour profiter du soleil!

C'EST VRAIMENT UN APPARTEMENT MAIS JE NE POURRAIS PAS METTRE UN FOUR COMPLÈTE EN RAISON DE L'ÂGE DE NOTRE MAISON - VOUS AVEZ VOS PROPRES ENTRÉES, VOTRE PORCHE COUVERT PRIVÉ ET HORS STREET PARKING !!

Awesome stay. You can’t beat the location, it was in the middle of everything and no more than a 3 minute walk to the beach. The host was super responsive and helpful all week. The property was very clean when we arrived.

The location and host make this property an absolutely gem!! Right in the heart of Folly Beach and super walkable to all the fun on the island. Carl, the host was super communicative and welcoming. We had everything we needed for our little long weekend getaway and will 1000% be staying with him again!

Perfect Location

Short walk to the beach and all of the local bars and restaurants. Well kept unit, but compact. Works great for two people who want a small kitchen for quick breakfasts and snacks but not cooking full meals. Very much enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this home. It was just as pictured. Perfect for the two of us. The location was within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental!!

Great Location of a typical old style Beach Cottage

We had a pleasant stay and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived—having a clearly marked parking spot was a big plus in this small, bustling beach town. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the town center, yet it stayed surprisingly quiet at night despite being near clubs and nightlife.The entrance to the ground-floor apartment is a little tucked away but easy enough to find. Inside, we noticed a slight musty smell and some dampness, which seemed to be addressed with air fresheners and moisture absorbers. Running the window A/C helped reduce the humidity.The apartment matched the description, though it felt a bit tight with the amount of furniture for the small space. The bathroom was compact but clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.One thing to note: there isn’t a proper indoor table for dining or working. The only option was a small folding tray table located in the kitchen/shower area, which made eating or using a laptop a bit inconvenient.The TV offered lots of free channels, and the Wi-Fi worked well with a solid connection. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like coffee filters, Coffee Mate, and a full-size fridge with ice. The bed was very comfortable, though the pillows weren’t our favorite—consider bringing your own if you're picky. The rest of the furniture was in good shape.All in all, this was a decent stay in a fantastic location, with just a few minor drawbacks.

Perfect Beach Getsway

Steps away from the beach and Center Street (all the great restaurants), this was the perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Small, but clean and cozy, with all the necessities, making us feel right at home. The patio was also a perfect place to drink coffee in the morning and unwind with some wine at night! We enjoyed walks in the morning followed by brunch, beach and dinners ar night. Everything is walkable. My son’s favorite part was renting a bike and cruising the island. Folly Beach is also really close to downtown Charleston and Shem Creek! Carl was a great host and attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely be back again soon!
