Profitez du confort de cette maison de ville magnifiquement aménagée de 3 chambres. Le cadre paisible du lac à votre porte arrière et la promenade facile vers la plage d'Avoca et les magasins signifient que vous avez le meilleur des deux mondes. La climatisation canalisée à cycle inversé offre un confort tout au long de l'année. WiFi connecté.
Les 3 chambres sont situées au niveau supérieur. La grande chambre principale, donnant sur le lac, dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative. Il dispose également d'une télévision et d'un lecteur DVD. Les chambres 2 et 3 ont 2 lits simples qui peuvent être configurés pour des ensembles king si demandé. La salle de bains principale comprend une baignoire.
Le niveau inférieur dispose d'un garage double avec accès interne. À ce niveau, le lac fait face à un grand salon avec un immense canapé en forme de L et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Il y a la télévision et un lecteur DVD ainsi que des jeux de société pour les moments où vous souhaitez vous détendre à l'intérieur. La cuisine a tous les appareils dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris de la vaisselle supplémentaire et de la verrerie pour vous divertir. Il y a des toilettes séparées et une buanderie complète.
Un espace de divertissement extérieur couvert est parfait pour les barbecues et la détente. Un barbecue et une bouteille de gaz de rechange sont fournis. Une grande piscine creusée dans le complexe est adjacente pour votre plaisir. Profitez du kayak double des propriétaires pour plus de plaisir sur le lac. Tout le linge est fourni et les lits préparés pour votre arrivée apportent votre serviette de plage et vous détendre.

Emplacement

Avoca Shores est une retraite paisible sur la côte centrale, à seulement une heure de route sur l'autoroute de Newcastle au nord de Sydney.
Baignade, surf, pêche à Avoca Beach (patrouillé pendant les vacances d'été) n'est qu'à quelques pas. La piscine de roche est idéale pour les enfants.
Les restaurants à la carte, les cafés en plein air et le Avoca Beach Picture Theatre ainsi que le marché local des producteurs sont quelques-unes des attractions de la région.

The house was lovely and had everything you could possibly need for a little getaway. It was quiet, but still close to restaurants, stores and of course the beach. It rained a bit while we were there so we enjoyed the large variety of board games. A wonderful property.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. It was exactly as per the photos, spotlessly clean and had lots of space. Being able to walk across the oval to the lake, cafes or to the beach was very convenient - we didn't use our car at all. We made use of the 2 person kayak and the beach toys and the kitchen was also well stocked. We had a fabulous long weekend here and will definitely stay again. Thank you Felicity

Perfect family getaway

We look forward to coming to Avoca Shores all year. It is a beautifully appointed house with lovely views over the lake. Everything is always so clean and comfortable. The whole experience from booking to the stay itself is incredibly relaxing.

Enjoyable stay for repeat visitors

We really enjoy staying here. The property is perfect for our needs, well located, very clean, good size, with a great feel. It's our third visit. Felicity and Caroline are great, responsive and friendly, which makes for a relaxing experience. Have stayed in plenty of Stayz properties over the years, and this is by far my favourite.

Lovely long weekend in Avoca

Avoca shores is a perfect place for a long weekend. Loved the outlook to the river at the back door, a quick dip in the property pool and a 5 min walk to the beach. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need. Looking forward to another stay.

Our happy place

This is the third time that we've stayed at this property and we will definitely book again. It's a beautifully kept and decorated property in a great position looking out over the lagoon and in easy walking distance to shops and the beach. Home away from home!

A lovely townhouse that had everything needed to make us feel like we were at home! The location was great - a short walk to the cafes, restaurants, shops, lagoon and beach. A quiet and restful week

The whole family loved their stay at Felicity’s property. The teens loved the freedom to explore the lagoon on kayak, and safely and easily wander to the beach and shops. We loved the peace of the lagoon but proximity to beach. The house has everything you would wish for to make the stay stress free. We hope to go back again as there is plenty more to explore in the area.

What an absolute winner ! This property was immaculate and had everything we needed from port a cots to high chairs to kayaks. Everything was simple and easy to navigate and the location was the BEST !!! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property we will definitely be back.

Amazing

Wonderful place for a restful break. Well located, with easy walking access to the beach, shops and cafes. If you want to just stay in - house overlooks a lake and also offers many board games. Spacious place, tastefully decorated, very well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding. Great communication from Felicity and a wonderful check-in process. Highly recommend and would definitely book again. One suggestions, a hair dryer in both bathrooms will be helpful.

Quiet yet close to all shops and beach.

Very pleasant house. Only problem we had was getting very tricky window locks open and remembering to take gate keys with us when we went out as the group of houses is gated. A remote opener would have helped! Otherwise it had all the mod cons you could ask for.

Wonderful in every way!

Everything about our accommodation went like a dream! Just like advertised. Helpful contact with the property manager to facilitate our arrival. House location ideal for beach, tennis, nearby shops - all within walking distance. House is lovely and in pristine condition. Well equipped and comfortable furnishings. Gorgeous lagoon at the back and large play area for the children. Quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Beautifully landscaped. Couldn’t ask for more!

Nice lakeside Apartment at Avoca Beach.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed and more. Had issues with the lighting constantly flickering at times, something to do with the dimmer switches I suspect. Unfortunately the entrance to the lake had been dredged recently, and the water level was very low, and just turned into smelly mud flats at low tide.The apartment complex was quiet and secure. Only about 5 minutes drive or a 15-20 walk to the beach. There is a nice selection of cafes and restaurants in walking distance, Main shopping centres 10-15 drive.

Hi Trevor, Thank you for your feedback regarding the lighting. We replaced all the lights with LED ones about 6 months ago and had dimmers put in the living area as it became very bright. This is the first time that I've heard there was an issue so I will follow up with the electrician. The Avoca Lake, like over 100 others on the NSW coast, is an ICOLL (Intermittently Closing and Opening Lake or Lagoon). The Council opens it once or twice a year to control flooding and improve water quality. Unfortunately, like the weather, I have no control over this happening during a guest's stay. The perfect home away from home

My family (2 adults and 2 young kids) stayed at Felicity's property for one month. We were visiting family in the area for Christmas and came all the way from Canada. Everything about the property and process was amazing. It's the perfect property for a family - spacious, clean, well-appointed and easy walk to the beach. The view out the dining room doors to the lagoon is beautiful. The check in process was easy and both Caroline (the property manager) and Felicity and her husband were reaponsive and kind. We felt so comfortable and at home here that after a month we truly felt sad leaving - as if we were leaving our own home! Avoca Beach has good amenities for a family, but Cole's is a quick drive away for larger grocery shops. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend Avoca Shores to anyone looking to stay on the Central Coast. We couldn't have asked for a better home for our visit. Thank you Felicity!
