Great house 5 minutes walking distance for the beach

The house was really well located and was very spacious, updated, and clean. The pool is on the small side and cannot accommodate many people.

Convenient and Spacious

We traveled with 9 adults and 2 kids and this property was perfect. We were able to cook multiple meals with the well equipped kitchen and we loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom. The pool was great and the hot tub needed a little maintenance but we sent a message and they sent someone over within a day. We walked to Manatee Beach, Publix, and the trolley stop throughout our stay. I was concerned the location would feel busy but it was very quiet and peaceful. You do have to cross a busy crosswalk to get to Manatee Beach but other than that I don’t think the location could be more convenient. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful home

This home is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and well stocked. We had 10 of us for the week of Thanksgiving and it was perfect. 3 families in all and there was plenty of room for all of us. We even hosted and had more guests for Thanksgiving dinner. It’s a short walk to the beach and in close proximity to everything you could need. We would definitely return to this property when coming back to the area. Also the owners were very quick to respond to any communication!

One of the most beautiful places I ever been!!!

Three-Rex Birthday celebration

My family enjoyed our long weekend gathering for my grandson's third birthday. The rooms were spacious each equipped with it's own bathroom. That in itself made life much easier. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. I really enjoyed the basketball hoops to challenge myself with my older grandsons. We made great memories and will book again should we decide to stay at that location in the future.

Peaceful paradise

Our scale is absolutely amazing the only thing that I would want next time is a bathroom downstairs in the Is pool area.... I am 70 years old with a broken back injury and it was very hard to keep one up-and-down the steps for the restroom other than that it Was delightful

Fun in the sun

Very good experience. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms afforded lots of privacy. Proximity to the beach and amenities was great. Outdoor area in the backyard was great!

Great Customer Service

This house was as listed, with no disappointments. The property manager was quick to respond, and extremely helpful. The maintenance tech was also very kind and knowledgeable. We had a large (13 ppl) group and there was plenty of space for all. The house is on a quiet street close to all the necessities, and within a short walk to the beach. The only downside is that the only way in/out of the garage is by going outside, which can be unpleasant when its raining.

Amazing location and great pool/hot tub setup

This property was awesome with comfy mattresses and a private full bathroom for every bedroom. The pool and hot tub area was terrific too. The location across the street from the beach was awesome too. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating was the pool lights were burnt out and apparently never replaced. There was also an entire glass shower door missing in one of the bathrooms so water would go everywhere when it was used. Other than those fixable issues, this place is amazing!

Florida family reunion

My extended family and I rented this great home for a reunion after a family wedding in Florida There were 11 adults and 3 children ( 2 and under) We loved that each of the 6 bedrooms had their own bathroom. The home had everything we needed and the outdoor living space was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but also went to the beach - only a short distance from the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Anna Maria Island and will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful. We had 5 couples,no children. 5 bedrooms with their own bath was appreciated for some privacy. Kitchen was well equipped and roomie for many cooks at 1 time. The information board at the entrance was great too. Might want to mention that Uber/Lyft are not reliable on the island. The trolley was usually full,too. Easily walked to the beach most days!

Nice time

The house was large enough for all the couples to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was small but the beach was close. Everyone used the hot tub. So happy we all had a good time.

Thanksgiving Visit

We loved house but a couple of suggestions: Need more silverware, Table not big enough for 12 for thanksgiving dinner , Would have liked outdoor shower to rinse off sand. Otherwise great location and enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time. Great house, great location!

We had a great weekend! The house is big, spacious and very comfortable! It is a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach! The neighborhood is so pretty! We had everything we needed! Many fun activities for kids!! Will stay again!! Fully recommend!!

Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, short walk to beach, nice pool and outdoor area. Roomy so all had their own private space. Pack n play, high chair, sippy cups, beach cart, chairs and more. They thought of everything! Excellent experience!

Family get away

It was adequate for a family of 13, but pool too small, and furniture on the pool deck needs to be replaced or wash too many stains. Rooms are good size but no dresses in 3 of them. Plenty of TV in the house, needs a second fridge for food storage in the garage. You must walk about 3 blocks to the beach.

Nice with handy location

Great location with handy amenities. Wonderful private bathrooms with every bedroom. All appliances were in good shape and it was super for our family gathering!
