Le Sambuca Apartment 5 est situé au deuxième étage des appartements Sambuca, à côté du télésiège du village, près de Hotham Central.

L'appartement moderne est aménagé selon des normes élevées et offre une vue spectaculaire sur Swindlers Valley et le sommet de Hotham depuis son grand salon et son balcon.

Pouvant accueillir 7 personnes, il comprend deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains privatives et une spacieuse cuisine ouverte, une salle à manger et un salon.

Il est idéalement situé pour accéder à la piste de ski du bassin. Il se trouve à quelques minutes à pied des bars et des restaurants de Hotham Central. La navette du village s'arrête à proximité pour vous permettre d'accéder facilement au reste du village.

Vous apprécierez votre séjour à Sambuca 5, discutant avec des amis au coin du feu, admirez les vues spectaculaires sur la station de Hotham ou détendez-vous après une journée dans la neige.

Sambuca 5 Caractéristiques

L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes:
* Chambre 1 pour 2 personnes dans un lit queen avec peignoirs intégrés et une salle de bains.
* La chambre 2 peut accueillir 5 personnes dans un lit queen et 3 lits simples avec peignoirs intégrés et une salle de bains privée.
Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat avec télévision par câble et DVD.

Le salon est ouvert avec des canapés confortables entourant la cheminée et un siège confortable près de la fenêtre. La zone de divertissement comprend une grande télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et un haut-parleur Sonos.
La table à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes et offre une vue spectaculaire sur les pistes de ski.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un four électrique, une plaque vitrocéramique, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, des appareils tels qu'un grille-pain, une bouilloire, un mixeur à main et des ustensiles de cuisine de qualité, du verre, de la vaisselle et des couverts.

La laverie est entièrement équipée avec machine à laver, sèche-linge, planche à repasser, fer à repasser et un séchoir pour votre équipement de ski après une journée dans la neige. Un casier à skis est situé devant la porte de l'appartement.

Best accommodation on Hotham

Perfect location, terrific host and great accommodation. Although the snow and the weather let us down we could not have asked for a better place to stay with a host who will go out of his way to assist and make your stay memorable. Definitely recommend and will be staying again.

The host was amazing, any concerns or questions were answered/fixed immediately. The property is warm with a nice veiw and easy access to hotham central and the busses. The only thing we would have liked was parking.Still the property solid 9/10

Stunning views on the slopes!

What an amazing location, the views are phenomenal! We were treated with spectacular sunrises and breathtaking sunsets every single day! Leave the front door and be halfway down the slopes 3 minutes later, so close to the action but still maintains a peaceful village feel. The place itself was very well appointed and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back next time we visit Hotham :)

Our stay at this property was absolutely outstanding – truly a 10 out of 10 experience. Every detail was perfect, and the apartment was presented immaculately clean. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful extras, including the large dishwashing powder, dryer, toastie machine, ice in the freezer, and pantry staples such as salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee and sugar. The additional beds with fresh doonas, dual dishwasher, generous supply of cleaning products, plentiful fresh towels, and ample luggage space all contributed to an exceptionally comfortable stay.It is, quite simply, perfection and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Also, arriving earlier than expected, Gary was quick to respond - with an early check-in

Cozy apartment with tremendous view

Our family were very pleased to stay at Sambuca 5 apartment at M. Hotham. The location near hotham central dan right beside audi ski run, and the unit itself as what described online and we found it was very cozy. We reccomend Sambuca 5 for ur holiday so u can experience as what we had. Cheers...

Perfect accommodation for our family

Had a great stay at Sambuca 5. Felt warm and cosy. This apartment has all the comforts of home. Comfortable beds & soft pillows, great magazines & well equipped kitchen. Celebrated our son's 25th birthday and it was magical. Thanks Gary - you have thought of everything :) We'll be back!!
