My mates and I had fantastic time at David and Sharon’s house, it has everything you could need and is very relaxing, the communication was excellent and and check in was a breeze, this will definitely by my go to place when I need to escape the city!!

4 days in heavenly Blenheim.

Very spacious and comfortable house. And 2 stunning beaches within mins walk. Most enjoyable stay. Would happily return.

Beautiful home and location

6 nights for a couple with one son and his family. The house was beautifully presented and David could not have been kinder or more helpful. We would thoroughly recommend Blenheim Beach House and hosts David and Sharon

Great weekend

We had a fabulous weekend staying at Blenheim Beach House. Short walk to the beach, big house and beautiful deck. It was perfect for our weekend stay! David is extremely responsive and very helpful. Hope to stay here again!

Vincentia stay.

Five mature-age ex-workmates found Blenheim Beachhouse the ideal setting for a four-day reunion. The driveway entrance was quite steep but overall the layout of the house, the cleanliness, location and excellent host made for a great experience.

Lovely, well equipped beach house!

We had a lovely stay at Blenheim Beach House. David was very friendly and attentive. The house was very well equipped, and so close to the beach - just a stroll across the road, so it was very relaxing! Many thanks for having us!

Has all you need!

A quiet relaxing place to stay… Has everything you need for a range of ages. Access to lots of local places… for us it was a return to the area we used to holiday a lot.. so were lots of memories

Beach House

The house was exactly as listed which made the holiday much better. No stress with check in or out. All beds were made and the house was clean and tidy. If your willing to pay a little more for a place that exceeds expectations this is the place.

Girls weekend

The house is lovely, plenty of room for a small or large group. Very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Having the linen and towels provided was great and beds made was even better. David was very pleasant to deal with and nothing was a bother.

Great place for a weekend getaway

Booked in for a little reunion with some friends at this little beachside shack in the southern tip of Vincentia. Arrival was smooth and easy with the keys easily available. The house was spacious without being too big, and there were ample supplies and linen for our needs. David checked in with us before the stay and provided plenty of recommendations for the surrounding area which were appreciated. The nighttime bushwalking was something else. Would definitely consider booking the same place again.

Great location and property ... but

There is a lot to love about Blenheim Beach House- location close to lovely beaches and bush surroundings. It has a great outdoor living space and plenty of room for our family group of 9. However, one of the reasons I chose the property was the high ratings for cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. We had to do some cleaning before we were able to relax and enjoy the property.

Deborah and her family came over Christmas holidays and we have been in touch since their stay to address her concerns. Unfortunately, Deborah didn’t let us know, of any concerns until after their stay. This was despite the fact we touched base on their arrival day and were actually at the property doing gardening etc on her second day… Nothing was mentioned. Had Deborah’s concerns been brought to our attention, we would’ve immediately sprung into action and sorted them out. We are all human, and sometimes when cleaning a five bedroom home after a weeks stay of 12 guests… in 4 hours…You may miss something. It’s disappointing we never got the opportunity. BUT… really glad your family found a lot to love about echostays Blenheim Beach 🏖️ House 🏠.

This property is excellent. It had all the amenities we could want and is a great location. The communication with the owners was excellent and when contacted he dealt with the query promptly and completely. Thank you for a great stay.

Beach House hangout

We stayed here for a triathlon event. It was a nice property, very comfortable with plenty of beds and well equipped. The second bathroom was small and I had difficulty once with hot water - however many had been through before us. Loved the front deck, the BBQ was good and a good sized social dining table and lounge room. It suited our group of 8 ladies well.

My 4 nights stay

Davis was excellent in communicating with me, and was very helpful with any questions we had. The property itself impressed us with its tropical look and plants around the house. The layout was very convenient to all of us, we were 5 adults and 6 kids. Sitting in the front verandah overlooking the forest between us and the beach was indeed very relaxing!
