Magical home stay, warm and cosy with 5 levels of comfort. This was the most amazing property we have ever been too, that has all the amenities u could want. The owner is so helpful and nice and makes u feel like part of their family. Highly recommend this property ! Walking distance to all the ski lifts and slopes

My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys and my Dad. The property was perfect! Loved how the bedrooms were spread over 3 split levels, so we all had our own space. The big lounge area with a wood fireplace was so cozy! And the big dinning table was perfect for family meals. The house had everything you could need. So close to the village and a quick walk to the slopes. Couldn't have been happier!

Propery was clean and as described. Checkin process was flawless and beds comfy. We had a great time at Thredbo and three bears. It is well positioned between Friday Flat and the Merritt's Gondola/kossy chair.

Fantastic home away from home

Perfect for sharing a week away with friends (4 adults and 3 kids). Brilliant location being a short walk to Friday Flats and the Village with easy car access and parking. Really well equipped home for chilling out and self catering. Loved being next to some open space which was perfect for spotting the friendly deer, wombats and birds (especially Wayne). Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at 3 bears 1 chalet could not have been better! It really did exceed our expectations. On my birthday morning we had a huge dump of powder overnight, and we had a family of deer living right outside our window. It was simply magical. We had so much space for our family of 5 - we had multiple spaces to retreat to when needed - and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area to cook and eat together. We can’t wait to stay again! Thanks Colleen!

Just perfect

We stayed at Three Bears #1 for a week over Christmas, mainly for the mountain biking. It really was just perfect for us. The house is clean and tastefully decorated, but not to a point where it doesn't feel like home. The beds and bed linen are heavenly! We didn't want for anything, it's very well equipped. It's a five minute walk to the chairlift, we're not hikers but thought whilst there it would be rude not to hike to the summit of Kosciusko. The DH mountain biking is fab, we rode the Flow trail and All Mountain Trail. Make sure you've got sunscreen, the sun, added to the wind at the top of the mountain, can catch you out, as it did me! Perhaps cover up on the summit hike. All in all we had a rad time.
