Great property. It was spacious and easily had room for the five of us. The kitchen is well equipped, the heating was great and the fireplace in the evening was perfect. Car parking is such a luxury in Thredbo. Lovely hosts, very convenient property. Loved it!

We could not have asked for better accommodation for our recent family holiday at Thredbo. It comfortably catered to six adults. The well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances allowed us to make most of our meals; we gathered around the outside firepit at the end of each day to debrief; and the loungeroom with its couches, large television and fireplace was where we relaxed in the evenings. And the laundry come drying room was perfect for our wet gear at the end of each day. The bathroom and kitchen supplies were fantastic and plentiful.Located in a quiet side street though only about 100m from a bus stop, it was away from the hustle and bustle of central Thredbo though still provided easy access to it.Immaculately clean and with heated flooring throughout, it was the perfect base for a terrific Thredbo holiday. Our hosts were very good with communication and so helpful. We absolutely recommend staying in Brigitte and Mark's Mountain Chalet "Woodridge" in Thredbo.

Thank you Brigitte & Mark for hosting us in your lovely chalet . We had some initial problems with heating but mark was so responsive and got it sorted as quick as possible ( plus gave us some schnapps to warm us up even more!! ). The chalet is located in a perfect location in between Friday flats and the village . It is very large and suited our group of 6 very well & everything was really well stocked as others have mentioned plus extra treats !! We couldn’t ski due to wind one day but enjoyed staying inside with the fire playing cards watching Netflix while it snowed outside . It’s very very comfy and a home away from home . We would highly recommend and would love to come back if they will have us . Jo

The property was clean and cozy and practical. We enjoyed the fact that it was just a short walk to the ski hill and a short walk to restaurants and shops. The fireplace was nice after a long day of skiing and was well stocked with firewood.

Easter break

We loved our stay here over Easter. The house was perfect for our needs. The outdoor firepit and seating area was a lovely way to end each day of activities. There were plenty of living areas for the children and adults to spread out. It felt like a home away from home.

A second wonderful stay

We enjoyed this property so much 12 months ago that we decided to come back again, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered from last time. Sadly the terrible bushfires and park closure impacted our plans this year, but we were kept safe and well informed by the wonderful hosts Brigitte and Mark. Highly recommend this property and the amazing Snowies!

Winter getaway

Fantastic stay at Woodridge Chalet. We stayed 5 night with a family of 5 (teenagers). The setup of the house was perfect with a large dining and living area. The fireplace was first class and well stocked with firewood. The outdoor fire pit was also a hit. The house was well stocked with all essentials. The beds and bedrooms were large and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home nestled in Woodridge

Our family of 5 loved staying at this property over Easter. It is located in a nice tranquil part of Woodridge. With a stunning new fire pit in the backyard area and outdoor dining we made the most of the warm days and cool nights. The house was spacious but very homely. Kitchen and laundry facilities were great. Brigitte was a great host. We'll be back!

Amazing chalet in great peaceful location

The mountain chalet is just simply perfect for a family. It is beautifully furnished and kitchen is more than well equipped. There is plenty of everything - well thought through as during holidays, friends, new and old, are prone to staying for on for a drink and snack and more after a day’s adventure. The downstairs is one big open plan living, dining and kitchen with big benches. The lounge area has two sitting areas - the nook by the window was a favourite for readers in our family. The views are so peaceful. Toilet downstairs is excellent and laundry was put to good use after our walks. A tip for first timers like us, wash your socks on a proper wash and add some napisan. The snowy dirt is stubborn! Upstairs are two bedrooms, and a lounge/bedroom. Plus two bathrooms - which are beautifully finished. Kids loved that we were seconds from the water slides and the Rockpool at the top of the street was soo refreshing on a hot day. We all loved the biking and hiking trails, which are all wonderfully signposted. In short: Stop in at Jindabyne or Cooma. Bring your groceries (and bikes) to enjoy the Snowys from a beautiful location. Thanks to your hosts everything else is thought of!

Bucket list item ticked

We wanted to visit this unique part of NSW to tick off a friend's bucket list item which was to walk to the summit of Mount Kosciuszko less than 12 months since a heart transplant - which he managed with flying colours! The Woodridge Chalet proved to be the perfect place to rest and recover and enjoy a few drinks and lots of laughs. Very well equipped chalet with a very well stocked kitchen, heated floors, comfy beds and an awesome new outdoor fire pit with quality BBQ close by. We had a slight issue with parking which was promptly dealt with and resolved by Mark. We would all definitely love to stay again. Scott, Judy, Lynn and Ross

Fantastic break at Thredbo

Huge thank you to Brigitte and Mark for a great week at Thredbo. The house is great - modern, clean and with all the home comforts supplied. The location is also perfect - the kids especially loved being so close to the leisure centre. While it rained most of the time we were there, we all really enjoyed reading and playing games by the fire. Brigitte and Mark were very attentive and responsive. Would definitely recommend :)
