We stayed in this wonderful apartment, located one block away from the waterfront for three weeks. It was quiet, spacious, very clean and perfect for a long stay. Check-in was very easy and the host was really helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment is very convenient to the ferry to Valetta and buses, and there were very good grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in, in Europe and I highly recommend it!

It was so great to have someone communicate so effectively. Really nice to have a washer and dryer. Would definitely stay there again.

This Stay was perfect. It was clean, had laundry and drying services and had an all-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect to walk anywhere or take buses and ferries. The host, Marisa, communicated with us, and was very attentive to our requests. Truly appreciate it.

Great Location

A great apartment for visiting Malta. Close to many restaurants and transportation. Marisa was a very attentive host. The self check-in was good as we were very late getting in.

Marisa was an excellent host. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. Ideally situated but unfortunately we couldn't use the balcony due to building works surrounding us. Our view was three derelict houses which I feel for future clients, the building works should be mentioned. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately again, we made the decision to leave a week earlier than planned because of the noise (7am until 7pm) and the feeling if being shut in with no outside space to enjoy. We had booked for 4 weeks but came home after 3. I wish to stress that this is no fault of Marisa, but again I think she should make the building works known.

Thank you for your review Diane. It was very unfortunate that you felt the need to leave early. It's a pity because none of my guests staying before or after you, including long stay guests, and those presently there have complained about the empty houses in front of the apartment. In fact it's a quiet road. The works you mention are not in front of the apartment, but around the corner. Unfortunately there's a lot of construction work all around the island. Clearly a seafront apartment would have been more suitable, where you would have had a view from inside, had the noise of the incessant traffic forced you out of the balcony. I'm really sorry that my apartment was not a good fit for what you wanted. Regards Marisa

Fabulous Experience

Booking the apartment was simple, as was communication with Marisa and Chris. All the directions for check-in were also very easy to follow. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. The additional amenities listed on the site also helped make our stay very relaxing. The apartment is on a fairly quiet street which is only a block away from the Strand, so it is an ideal location. Chris was very easy to contact for any questions and was extremely helpful when it came to suggestions for restaurants, side-trips, and Malta in general. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to any of our friends.

Appartement très décevant

J’avais lu de bons commentaires pour cet appartement, malheureusement nous avons été très déçus. Nous sommes très habitués aux locations, nous voyageons beaucoup. Premier point, j’ai demandé la veille d’avoir les informations pour prendre possession de l’appartement. J’ai expliqué que nous étions en Sicile et qu’il serait difficile d’avoir accès à internet le lendemain matin avant 10 h. Aucune accommodation, nous avons dû attendre avant de quitter parce que nous avons eu les informations vraiment à la dernière minute. L’appartement est bien placé. Malheureusement, elle manque de beaucoup d’amour. La chambre, lit par terre avec drap et couverture qui on vu de meilleurs jour. La cuisine, les poêlons inutilisables, photos à l’appui le four et la plaque pour le four, très sale. Désolé, Je ne suggère pas de louer cet appartement.

De locatie was top, rustige straat. Contact met de eigenaar was top. Konden via een eenvoudige manier het appartement betreden wat overigens ook allemaal prima was!

Great location

Flat was nicely appointed and well equipped. Superb location, just a block or two down to the waterfront. Marisa was a great host and responded to any questions we had. A small "starter" of supplies was greatly appreciated as we arrived early evening. Highly recommended.
