Great location in relation to rockpools, cafe and bowls club. Back deck with TV was great. The kids loved the granny flat with 3 x double beds. Great separated space along with big fenced off yard for dogs.

Great property within walking distance to beach. Lots of room within property and great fenced off area for pets.

Excellent holiday house

We enjoyed our week at Surf Mist very much. The house was very comfortable for three couples. The two best things about it are the location - a short walk to the beaches, and the new semi-enclosed deck which makes the whole place very liveable.

Relaxing place to stay

Very comfortable house to stay with extended family. Huge back deck with tv. Close to beach. Lots of parking space. Secure yard for dog. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic home to share your holiday with family

We loved staying at Surf Mist, there was plenty of room for everyone to move around. It has a lovely big back yard for kids to run around, and a great outdoor deck with plenty of sitting space. The kitchen is well stocked and the oven worked a treat too. Rob was great to communicate with, it was all very easy.

Fabulous stay

This house is great for two families with the outside granny flat added on. We loved the spacious back veranda with indoor/outdoor feel. Nice big kitchen too! Bob is a friendly helpful host who explained everything clearly. Recommended.

Bob was easy to communicate with. The house has everything you need. The outdoor sitting area would be great in warmer months. Still lovely during the day in June. Easy to walk everywhere. A lovely getaway

Weekend getaway

Our extended family got together for the long weekend. This was the perfect place. The rear entertainment deck is the centre piece of this property and where we spent all our time together. Living spaces were all good with the granny flat being a bonus. No internet available meanut that we made good use of the stash of board games. There were a few let downs though. No AC, just ceiling fans-I imagine it would get very hot in summer. The front bedroom heated up during the day. There was quite alot of corners and areas where dust built-up and we found ourselves sweeping up dog hair from the living spaces and rear deck furniture. We had two smaller non shedding dogs who thoroughly enjoyed the backyard but did get excited picking up previous doggy scents. All in all , we had a grest weekend here. Just a short walk to the beach and local amenities.

The property was just what we wanted. Comfortable, relaxing and the dogs loved it just as much as we did!!!! We definately will be back.

Great location and a true holiday house feel.

We enjoyed our stay at Surfmist. Location nice and close to beach, rock pool and walks. Bob was a pleasure to deal with. House is what you would expect given its age and felt like a true holiday house. Back deck was excellent and the outdoor shower was much appreciated. Only minor drawbacks are the lack of dishwasher and Wi-Fi which for similar priced properties would be expected inclusions. Although these did not diminish the enjoyment of our stay.

Cozy place in a fantastic location! It is close to the beach and hiking trails. Communication with the owner was easy and nice. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great house that served our needs perfectly. Spent 90% of our time on the deck that pretty much became our living and dining room all in one. Bob contacted me before our arrival to let us know where everything was etc. Great communication, great house. Can’t wait to go back. George (Sydney)

Really lovely break away!

The house is just perfect as a beach house a short walk to Abraham Bosom Beach and rock pool. It is separated into two spaces each with own bathroom great for large families or two separate families. Loved the outdoor deck which is where we spent all our time.

A very relaxing experience

The property is very spacious. There was only three of us but I can imagine a much larger group would be very happy at this property. Between the house and the granny flat there was plenty of room so even a big group would not be on top of each other. The 2 small dogs we had with us were very happy.They loved running around the big back yard. We would certainly stay there again. I should also mention we had a great meal of fish and chips at the local store. Can definitely recommend them as well.

Wonderful coastal retreat

Surf Mist is a great place to stay with family or friends. The home is located in a quiet street, very close to Abraham's Bosom beach and walking tracks. Bob, the owner, was excellent with communication, and the property - Surf Mist - suited us very well. It was clean, roomy, and the spacious, screened back verandah and the sunroom were wonderful. Being dog friendly was an enormous bonus. It was great having both a clothesline and a dryer, especially given we were there during the recent storms. We'll definitely stay there again. Thanks Bob!

Relaxing break

We had a long weekend at Currarong and have fallen in love with the location. The house was great for our family, has a great outdoor lounge which would be amazing in summer. The house is comfortable and caters well for teenagers and adults. The communication with Bob was easy and efficient from the moment we requested a booking. Thank you so much Bob, we will definitely return and recommend your place to anyone.

Family Getaway

Such a great holiday cottage, with six adults there was still plenty of space we were not on top of each other. The location is fantastic only minutes to the beach and walking tracks, only a short walk to local club or take away/ eat in fish shop but longer coming home due to walking around creek, rock pool and beach just beautiful. We as a family would say STAY STAY STAY at Surf Mist you won’t be sorry👍
