Kingston beach is a lovely area. The apartment accommodated our needs and although I didn't get to meet the host, they were very pleasant to book with and were available if I needed.

Host was welcoming. The accommodation was in a great spot. Views to the ocean and views to Mt Wellington. Very spacious and a fully equipped kitchen. A very comfortable stay.

Excellent accommodation!

We loved our stay here. Walking distance to nice restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful beach just across the road. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Tassie!

Kingston beach

We stayed for a week where everything was accessible, great location, our son enjoyed all the board games and DVDs. We had a great holiday.

Awesome apartment

We had such a relaxing holiday. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfy stay and the location was superb with a mixture of sea and Mt Wellington views. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Excellent location for us to travel from Victoria to visit our family in Tasmania. Lovely views from the living room over the water and from the kitchen to the snow covered mountain. On site, undercover dedicated parking is an absolute asset.Despite the cold weather (which is to be expected in July) we enjoyed shopping in Hobart, the Salamanca market, beach walks and coffee at the local cafes.

Excellent location, easy apartment

Very easy apartment with flexible sleeping arrangements. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the beach with several restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance. A surprisingly quiet location and a very short drive to the Kingston shopping area.Just be aware that there isn’t any WiFi. We were traveling internationally and hadn’t planned on paying for data roaming for my teenagers phones given that pretty much everywhere has WiFi these days.

Location was lovely. Unfortunately there was little information regarding the property on the booking process online and there was no information book in the apartment which meant we had no idea on the check out process, no WiFi etc and I had to make contact multiple times but there was no resolve except for where to leave the key when checking out. I made contact with the owners when booking to ask about late check in a they said the door would be left unlocked. It wasn’t unlocked and I needed to call the owner. There were games for the family and lots kitchen items available including a coffee pod machine and an air fryer which we didn’t use but are great assets, the beds were fresh and clean too which is always appreciated and there was an uncover parking spot. The owner was open to feedback and said they would add more information in the booking process for the property which was great to hear.

This property is in such an amazing location just across from Kingston Beach. Peaceful and close enough to hear the waves at night with great cafes and shops within walking distance
