Thanks for such a wonderful place to have our Bruny Island stay. It exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing whilst the house was so well stocked that we felt very at home. If peace and tranquillity is what you are seeking, we highly recommend this house. Can't wait to return.

This elegant comfortable property suits up to 4 guests, providing beautiful Channel views from spacious living areas. Dennes Point is a charming beachside village facing perfect and safe Nebraska Beach where its tree lined sand and rocky outcrops are delightful for family play. We enjoyed the local North Bruny Wild cafe and community centre; it is inspirational! Surrounding natural bushland is home to a healthy bird population. Bring your own food supplies as the nearest shop is at Adventure Bay, up to 3/4 hour drive away on beautiful South Bruny. We enjoyed a fine lunch at Bruny Premuim Wines.

The house exceeded our expectations in not only the postion and views which are stunning but also all the attention to detail regading fixtures and fittings.The design is lovely and offers complete relaxation plus there is access to a fully stocked kitchen with quality crockery, cutlery and cooking facilities.The bathroom and laundry offer all you could wish for while there is an outdoor fire pit for an evening sit around. So nice. Finally, only two minutes down the pathway is the beach which was great for relaxing strolls.

This was the ultimate stay for rest and relaxation. Was apprehensive about the road in but was absolutely worth it. The sound of the beach was so lovely. The hosts went above and beyond, house had everything you would need, even toothbrushes, and a lovely chocolate as a gift. The views were amazing, loved sitting and watching the water. House was immaculately clean and was very generous in size, especially for the two of us. Would definitely book again.One negative - we didn’t stay long enough.

The view from this house is just out of this world. Beautiful biophilic design and very thoughtful touches. Double glazed windows were welcome during a cold change. Well appointed kitchen too. We loved every minute in this place and were sad to leave. Janet was a lovely and very attentive host who responded to any questions promptly. Would have loved to stay longer.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The weather was wild and windy but we were able to enjoy watching it from inside this cosy and comfortable house. It had everything we needed for a perfect break.

Stunning view, convenient location for the Bruny Marathon and it had all the facilities required with easy to follow instructions. Would definitely stay again! Janet sent an informative text in the days leading up offering the option for early check in too!
