La maison du lac de Julia

Cette maison de bord de lac amicale de famille est l'escapade de vacances ultime.
Profitez de la beauté naturelle et de la tranquillité de l'Ozark dans cette maison située au bord du lac, dans le nord-ouest de l'Arkansas. Les deux balcons séparés de la cour et un porche donnent sur le corps principal spectaculaire du lac Loch Lomond et offrent des points de vue relaxants pour se détendre et se détendre du stress de la vie quotidienne.

Julia Lake House est une maison de 4600 pieds carrés avec cinq chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Il est situé à Bella Vista, Arkansas, à seulement vingt minutes de l'aéroport Northwest Arkansas Regional (XNA). Il y a cent cinquante-quatre pieds d'accès direct au lac, avec un quai de cinquante pieds pouvant accueillir jusqu'à deux bateaux de 24 pieds. La pente de la cour douce au lac est à cent pieds de la porte arrière. Il y a deux espaces de vie spacieux avec vue imprenable sur le lac, deux cheminées à granulés, deux cuisines, et la maison est située sur un cul-de-sac. La location de bateaux et de carburant sont disponibles sur le lac au port de plaisance de Loch Lomond.

Ceci est une maison de vacances toute saison avec de bonnes choses à faire toute l'année. Julia’s Lake House propose de nombreuses activités, notamment plusieurs terrains de golf, des courts de tennis, des sentiers de randonnée et des pistes cyclables, la pêche, la navigation de plaisance et la natation. Home away from home

This beautiful house has so many living areas to enjoy, so many places to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and the lake. It is furnished with just about everything you need and more. It’s clean, spacious, and is by far the best place we’ve stayed in while visiting Bella Vista.

Perfect lake house vacation

Nine of us (five adults & 4 children) spent a week in July at this spectacular property. The house is large, immaculate, well-furnished and stocked--and situated perfectly for relaxing days and evenings on the lovely lake. Host Julia is professional, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend.

We stayed for a week with a couple families, younger kids, and had a great time. Toys for all the littles. Lake toys (kayaks, paddleboards, tubes) for the bigs. And plenty of space for all of us. Plus Julia is the best.

Another Awesome Vacation at Julia's Lake House

Ten of us (grandparents, kids, grandkids) just spent five wonderful days at Julia's Lake House in Bella Vista, AR--and wish it could've been longer! The house and property were beautiful, the lake was ideal for both children and adults, and Julia took care of every detail. We also took advantage of two terrific museums in nearby Bentonville. This was our second stay at Julia's. Highly recommend.

50th Anniversary

We had a fabulous time at Julia’s Lake House We had the whole family with us to mark our 50th wedding anniversary. The house is lovely, very clean and perfect for a large group. Julia has thought of everything a family would need to enjoy a week on the lake Our grandkids loved the lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear and big raft. Julia was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house has a beautiful view of the lake. We highly recommend this great place and hope to return in the future.

This property is amazing! We met up with some friends and had an amazing week. Julia has everything you could want in the house and also is super responsive when you have any questions at all. Loved Julia's Lake House!

Who knew you could have an awesome family vacation on a small lake in Arkansas. We were amazed at all the extras Julia puts into making sure her guests have everything they need to have a great time. We enjoyed boating, fishing, swimming, paddle boards, kayaks, adult size blow up rafts for lots of fun on the water. It didn't stop without side toys, there were puzzles, books, games, movies and more. Plus a kitchen with everything you needed ncluding any small appliance you could think of which made cooking together fun for all. Julia goes the extra mile and it shows! Thanks Julia!

Wonderful!

Julia’s was amazing! So much space inside and out. The walk to the dock is easy and short. We spent several days out there and it was a dream. The water is shallow near the dock so it’s perfect for floating, playing and especially for littles. The house was clean and had all the amenities described. Julia clearly goes out of her way to get everything ready and perfect for guests. She’s super responsive beforehand to answer any questions and is willing to help during the stay. We had adults and kids ages 2 months to 14 and everyone had a blast. We would definitely recommend the place and would come back! It would even be great in the off-season!

I enjoy having guests that respect my property, as if it were their own home. It makes owning a vacation rental worth all the hard work it takes running, repairing & upgrading the property. I appreciate that the guests wash the beach towels prior to departure and start a load of white towels. I appreciate guests starting the dishwasher and bringing all their garbage, to the huge, blue, bins provided. I have a fantastic cleaning & bed making team. I’m the owner and I only manager one property. My yard team comes on a regular schedule. I have a few “handy men” on call for repairs. Wonderful Vacation

The property is absolutely gorgeous and Julia was an outstanding host. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional. We spent most of our time during the day on the dock, floating in the lake and kayaking and paddle boarding and our evenings playing games and enjoying the pool table. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The house was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked. She even had extra water shoes in case anyone forgot theirs (which we did)!! We did rent a boat one day and the kids enjoyed tubing and checking out the whole lake. It is very quiet and peaceful without a whole lot of boat traffic. I would highly recommend the property and we look forward to visiting again.

There was 11 of us from 3 states, ranging from ages 5-45. The home was so clean and stocked with everything you would need from water shoes and fishing poles to sweet & low for your iced tea and poker chips and cards for game night! We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the hospitality Julia offers. The mattress I slept on was so comfortable I had to inquire about where I can purchase one for my home. We spent our days swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, and golfing and our evenings were spent with home cooked meals made in the well stocked kitchen and Texas Hold ‘em, Billiards, and Corn Hole tournaments. Thanks for providing a space for our families to come together and make memories Julia!

It was my pleasure hosting you and your family for this special reunion. I appreciated how detailed you were, in keeping me informed, of any needed repairs. This allowed me to get my handyman in and make the repairs in a timely fashion. I am the Mom of 4 grown sons and 6 grand children. My husband and I built our home in Bella Vista on Loch Lomond. We enjoy it so much we purchased another lake front home to share with our visitors and guests.

The fishing, mountain biking, hiking & swimming is excellent. On weekdays you might have the lake all to yourselves. The home is located in a private cul-de-sac neighborhood, surrounded with trees and lake front.

The spectacular views from Julia's Lake House, balconies, sun porch and lake are what attracted us to this home. The house is set in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Our property has 154 ft of shore line. The views are breath taking. At times it feels like you have the lake all to yourselves.This 4,600 sq ft luxury home, with 5 bedroom, 4 baths, allows everyone to have plenty of space. 9 beds available .
Having 2 spacious living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 pellet fire places, gas grill, fire pit, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards, are just some of the extra's. The kitchen is fully stocked for 10-12 people with extra large pots and pans. The family room has a pool table, big screen TV, books, puzzles, games and 200+Lego Duplo's are some added bonuses. The driveway holds 5 cars, boat trailer or RV, with access to 2 car garage.
