Ce STUDIO direct en bord de mer récemment rénové est situé dans le magnifique West Maui le long de la côte nord de Ka'anapali, à 7 minutes au nord de Lahaina. Tout en vous relaxant sur votre véranda privée, vous avez une vue incroyable sur les îles de Moloka'i et Lana'i. Même si ce condo est au 1er étage, il est au-dessus du niveau du sol, vous pouvez donc laisser vos portes de véranda ouvertes et profiter des alizés et des sons musicaux du Pacifique. Les couchers de soleil hawaïens à couper le souffle seront un souvenir durable. Écoutez les sons locaux annonçant le coucher du soleil tous les soirs, par le soufflage des coquilles de conque de haut en bas de la côte.

Les motifs tropicaux de Paki Maui comprennent un étang à poissons koi tranquille et une cascade qui vous accueille pour vous rendre au condo. Le côté face à l'océan du condo / véranda a une pelouse herbeuse d'environ 30 pieds entre vous et l'océan. Il est tout simplement parfait pour bronzer avec des chaises longues et des tables pour vous aider à vous détendre. De la pelouse, il y a 5 ou 6 marches qui vous mènent à des eaux protégées - idéales pour la plongée en apnée et la natation. Au cours de votre expérience de plongée en apnée, vous pourrez voir les magnifiques tortues de mer géantes, de nombreux poissons tropicaux et des coraux colorés. Il y a une piscine chauffée fermée et un espace jacuzzi entouré de chaises longues et de belles fleurs et plantes hawaïennes. Vous pouvez choisir de faire griller vos repas sur les deux barbecues à gaz dans la zone de la piscine / cabane ou d'utiliser ceux au charbon de bois qui sont situés dans la zone de la pelouse, (non fermé). Profitez de vos repas sur votre véranda privée en bord de mer. Beaucoup de nos clients considèrent les nouveaux barbecues sur la pelouse comme le «lieu de rassemblement» où vous pouvez rencontrer et discuter avec certains des autres clients séjournant au Paki Maui. Si vos voyages vous amènent à Maui de la mi-décembre à avril, vous aurez droit à une expérience magique en observant la migration des incroyables baleines à bosse vers les eaux chaudes de Maui. Regardez ces «doux géants» gambader dans le canal depuis votre véranda ou réservez un voyage sur un bateau d'observation des baleines local où les observations de baleines sont pratiquement garanties pendant cette période. Des gousses de dauphins fileurs et de tortues de mer vertes géantes sont visibles toute l'année. Parfois, vous verrez un phoque moine qui s'arrête pour un repos longtemps nécessaire dans les zones proches.

Cette unité (# 102 A) est un studio spacieux. Ce qui est si unique dans ce studio spacieux, c'est sa taille. C'est la même superficie que le condo d'une chambre situé à Paki Maui. Votre lit confortable King Size se trouve très près des nouvelles portes coulissantes en verre. Les bruits de l'océan vous endormiront seulement pour vous réveiller en levant la tête des oreillers pour voir les îles de Lanai et Molokai. Il y a un sol en pierre dans toute l'unité et de beaux comptoirs en marbre vert café. La salle de bain rénovée a une belle grande douche avec une porte coulissante en verre. Le lavabo / vanité est séparé de la douche. Le mobilier est exceptionnel et confortable, nous sommes sûrs que vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, d'un mélangeur à un grille-pain et est remplie d'ustensiles, de casseroles et de poêles, de vaisselle et de verrerie. Paki Maui ne permet pas l'installation de climatiseurs. Cependant, des ventilateurs de plafond ont été placés dans tout le condo, dont deux dans la cuisine spacieuse.

S'il est temps de passer des vacances discrètes, pas de soucis, alors ce condo situé au Paki Maui Resort est l'endroit idéal pour vous.

Perfect Place to Relax

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. The views were spectacular and you got to enjoy the whales and turtles from your balcony. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony at any time and enjoy a meal or a drink and take in the peaceful sounds and views of the ocean. The reef makes it a great place for kids and adults to snorkel and see fish and sea turtles. We look forward to returning in the future with our children and grandchildren.

The view from the room is amazing! We watched turtles swimming in the ocean from our room on multiple afternoons! We enjoyed the sound of the waves crashing all night long. The only complaint was that the room does get very warm in the afternoon when the sun is coming through the window/door.

A dream come true for a life on Maui.

The apartment is located directly by the sea. You have a fantastic view of the islands of Lani and Molokai and on some days you can even see whales from the balcony. The bed is in front of the balcony, so the waves lovingly envelop you at night, with the feeling of sleeping right on the beach. The apartment is beautifully furnished in Hawaiian style and the kitchen is well equipped with everything. There is also a direct view of the sea. You feel at home. Absolutely recommendable.

Cozy Kaanapali Stay with Ocean Breezes, Sunset Views, and Turtle Guests

I stayed in this charming waterfront studio in Kaanapali for 5 nights and had an enjoyable experience. It’s a good spot to relax and soak in the ocean views and sea breeze. Sunsets from the patio were stunning, and I especially loved starting each morning with coffee while watching the first light stretch across the water.The studio was well-equipped with everything I needed for cooking, and there were plenty of fans to help with the heat, which was manageable even without air conditioning. At night, I kept the windows open and let the sound of the waves lull me to sleep. Daytime naps were a bit toasty, but the oceanfront location made it worth it.The beach out front features a lava shelf, but at low tide, a gap becomes visible, allowing you to wade out into shallow waters that are somewhat protected by a second lava shelf about 100 feet offshore. The water provided a refreshing swim.One lovely bonus was the wildlife — every evening around sunset, three sea turtles would come by to graze on the lava shelf right in front of the unit. It was such a special sight.All in all, this studio offered a front-row seat to nature and the ocean — peaceful, simple, and relaxing. I’d stay here again.

Better than we could have ever imagined!

We stayed nine nights celebrating our 30th anniversary (actually 31 years as we postponed last year due to covid) and this studio was perfect! Working with Bree made everything so easy and we really appreciated her getting back to us so quickly for anything we inquired about. You won't be disappointed staying here and we can't wait to come back again someday!

Whale Week

The studio condo was a perfect place to call home for a week. At first glance walking into the room is the view — it’s spectacular! The place was lovely and clean, kitchen nicely stocked with necessities for cooking, and the location was perfect. Paki Maui has a nice grass area for sun bathing or whale watching, plus a nice sandy beach area when the tide is low. It’s also a great place to swim or snorkel in the ocean. Across the street offers two excellent take out restaurants - Fish Market and Okazuya. We ate at both places numerous times during our stay. Oh, and the Whales! We spent many hours on the Lanai just watching the whales. There were so many breaching, flapping and blowing as far as the eye could see. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

AMAZING LOCATION!

We stayed at this property for 8 days in February and had an absolutely amazing time! The bed was comfortable and you can't beat waking up and looking out at the ocean from bed. There is no a/c but with the big doors and fans we were plenty cool the entire stay. You can't beat the location, looking right out on the ocean and a great whale watching site. Having our own private grass and sand beach was fantastic and made the days relaxing in the afternoon from our home base amazing! Easy access to snorkeling, great food and not an overly busy facility so feels very quiet and relaxed. Bree was super easy to communicate with and work with. We will be staying here again for sure!

Perfect Location!!!

This is our second time at Paki Maui and we LOVE the property! It is well maintained and snorkeling and swimming right in front of the property. Yes, it faces west and can get a little warm in the afternoon, but if you close the curtains, relax on the lounge chairs on the lawn, you have the perfect place to watch the sunset! There are 3 ceiling fans, 2 free standing fans, so most nights we were able to close the doors at night and sleep comfortably. We saw turtles and whales breaching everyday. We took 2 boat trips to snorkel and dolphin watch with Pacific Whale Foundation and highly recommend an excursion with them. And don't forget the chocolate macadamia nut pie at Leoda's outside of Lahania.

We love the location of the complex and the rooms right on the water are the best. We spend alot of time on our private lanai watching the ocean, turtles, and distant whales. We love the layout with the bed by the ocean. We do wish the complex accepted recycling. Also, with no a/c it would be nice to have a screen door at the entrance to get a cross breeze. Other units just left there front doors open but we didn’t want to do that. Thanks for a wonderful week on the best island in Hawaii.

Too noisy and HOT!

The positives; yes, its a good size for 2 ppl and the bed was comfortable. When the ocean calm, it was nice, but most of our stay included rough seas and hot weather. We found it difficult to sleep at night with the CONSTANT pounding of the surf on the TWO parallel reefs RIGHT OUT the window. Closing the doors to shut out the sound made the unit unbearable to sleep because of the heat. There were many fans; but one did not even work! It is located in a great area, but you still have to drive to find the beach. Perhaps the upper floors in this building are better for noise. I would never stay here again, not until they install Air Con. Bree was great to work with; on our last minute booking. It was our fault for not noticing the NO A/C note. The bathroom is TINY and the pocket door to the WC needs to be fixed. My wife fixed the sink plug. The kitchen could use a few more items; like only ONE wine glass...come on!? But really, we never cooked ONCE in the Unit...couldn't bear to add more heat to the unit. One of the only ways to cool the unit down at night was to leave the back/hallway door open to get a breeze going through...but then everyone gets to look into the unit as they walk by....and it was 3 units away from the elevator. Love Hawaii, love Maui, sad to write this...love all things Aloha!

Thank you for taking the time and sharing your experience. Overall we have many repeat guests for this condo and some stay a month at a time, so I was surprised upon reading this. This is an oceanfront building, so you do hear the surf and overall most guests enjoy the sound and it is one of the reasons why a guest will book an oceanfront condo. Unfortunately, the condo does not have an air conditioner because it is against the HOA for us to install one. Typically it is only needed during the hottest part of the summer, but even then most guests say it is manageable. But we do realize that everyone's tolerance level to the heat is different. We are hoping that the HOA will be changing this rule and allow us to install an air conditioner in the near future. Our staff did notice that the fan was broken after this departure and it has been already tossed out. There are still 2 working fans in the condo, along with multiple ceiling fans. We normally have 4 wine glasses in the condo, so I am not for sure what happened to them but will get them replaced and also have someone take a look at the pocket door. We would have been happy to bring more wine glasses by or look at any other issues during the stay if we had known about them. Mahalo!

I loved it here. The only thing that disappointed was that the breeze wasn’t cool enough to cool off the apartment, and it made it a little stuffy, regardless of the fans. The good thing is that we were outdoors a lot, so it didn’t affect us that much. The fans helped a lot for sleeping.

FABULOUS you'll be glad you did!!!

Wow from the moment we opened the door and saw our view, we were ecstatic. Not only was the view spectacular, the location was even better. You are close enough to the hustle of Kaanapali, but you feel like you are in a more authentic Hawaiian town. I don't usually go back to places I have been, but we will be returning to this little oasis in the future. You may wonder as I did if you could snorkel right off the beach, and the answer is yes. The snorkeling in between the two reefs was great, and you felt protected. Mahalo....

Location, Location, Location

Our number one priority when visiting Maui is our proximity to the ocean. We not only want to have a view of the ocean, amazing sunsets and the humpback whales we want to hear the surf. You can check off all three with this unit. In fact, the surf was almost too loud at times! Not that we're complaining. The profile photo tells the story. Proximity to both Kapalua (hikes, snorkeling) and Kaanapai (snorkeling, dining, shopping, golf) is great. We also took advantage of the local neighborhood offerings. We picked up fresh fish from the Fish Market almost every night. They have marinades and seasonings for their ono, mahi mahi, monchong, ahi, crab cakes - you name it. You should also check out Bad Ass Coffee, the Farmer's Market and Snorkel Bob's. We did venture from our home base at Paki Maui to catch the sunrise at Haleakala (leave by 3pm and pre-register your parking pass way in advance) and then have breakfast in Kula. We went to the Blowhole and Heart cutout at Nakalele and hiked along the volcanic coast south of Makena Beach. All doable day trips. For the golfer, the resorts are great but I highly recommend The Dunes at Maui Lani, Maui Nui Gof Club and Pukalani Country Club. Bottom line: We'll be back!

Fantastic oceanview unit is a real gem

This is a great place to stay! Really nice unit has everything you need. Spectacular view. Convenient location. Would definitely book it again.

The View was amazing... the unit / pool not so much

This unit has the BEST view. You are so close to the ocean. The unit is old and could use some updating. We found it to be clean and the kitchen well stocked with necessary cookware etc. Suggest adding plastic containers for left overs, foil/saran wrap and chip clips. The bed was a bit firm. Note, the ocean is loud (yes, you are that close) and we couldn't sleep with the doors open. It was a bit warm, but the ceiling and floor fans helped. It was nice having barbecues close by. The swimming pool was very cold.
