VIE PRIVÉE AU PARADIS avec FOREVER VUES à la fin de las Conchas

Si vous êtes à la recherche de tranquillité et de sérénité dans un endroit paradisiaque qui se sent miles loin, mais se trouve à seulement quelques minutes des restaurants et des services, alors c'est le condo pour vous. Miles de plage immaculée pour profiter ..... apporter votre canne à pêche pour une partie de pêche le long du rivage. Louez un kayak et d'explorer l'estuaire. Ou, tout simplement se détendre près de la piscine ou dans le bain à remous tout en écoutant les vagues frapper le rivage. Le condo donne sur TOUT - regardez à l'ouest et voir baleine colline, au nord pour les lumières du centre-ville, et à l'est tout le long de la rive du Mayan Palace. Le condo a été décoré pour ravir le plus particulier. Une cuisine bien équipée, bar et centre de boissons séparé dans le LR, cheminée romantique, et wrap-around terrasse avec bain à remous privé sont quelques-unes des commodités. M. Br a un lit king-size, Br # 2 a une reine, et Br # 3 a 2 lits jumeaux. Les trois chambres ont accès aux terrasses extérieures, salle de bains et des vues extraordinaires. L'ascenseur dans le parking souterrain vous amène directement dans le hall de votre maison Mexique. Chambres n ° 2 et 3 sont très distinct du maître et de l'espace de vie et ont leur propre service de bar privé avec réfrigérateur undercounter, évier et micro-ondes. Sur le site gestionnaire est extrêmement utile et tout le personnel est très agréable.

An amazing place. Very private if you want a place practically to yourselves and quiet. Beautiful condo, beach,pool and amazing view of the ocean. Warm water and waves if you like. Very relaxing and all the amenities of home.

Amazing beach rental

The view alone is worth the stay in this spacious condo. The condo is well stocked and the owner is easily reached if you have any questions. Checking in was a breeze, which is wonderful when you have inpatient children 😀. I highly recommend and will be booking this condo again in the near future. The beach, ocean view and location are perfect.

Amazing Location

This is an amazing place to stay. The condo itself is beautiful and feels like home. It was very quiet. The staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. The owners reached out to us several times to ensure our stay was going great and that the condo met our expectations. We have stayed is several different places around Puerto Penasco and this was by far are favorite and our new go-to.

Awesome view

We've stayed at Tessoro several times, it is always worth the extra cost for the end units with wrap around balcony. The owner on this unit is great with communications and very attentive to the needs of her guests.

Great place to stay!

This is our favorite place to stay we love the beach being so secluded. The only thing I would have to say that we were disappointed is that Manuel did not allow us to have our friends over. There was not one single person at the pool and the beach is pretty cold for the kids to swim so they wanted to come swim at the pool for a little bit.

Relaxing and peaceful

Beautiful, clean condo with amazing ocean views and sunsets. The unit is stocked with all the essentials. Tucked away at the end of Las Conchas, it was quiet, which was exactly what we sought for the trip. Communication with the host was easy and excellent. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Fantastic condo with amazing views!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was even better than the pictures, gorgeous wrap around views on all sides. The water in the kitchen and fridge was filtered, which was so nice that we could drink the water from there, and use the ice! All the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were beach chairs available for use in one of the closets, as well as some beach towels, we weren't sure about this ahead of time so we brought our own. There were also seasonings available for use in the kitchen, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Overall just a fantastic place to stay, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful week by the sea!

This was such a nice way to start 2023! Breathtaking view - the walls of windows wowed everyone in our family. It was beautiful in all the different times: sunrise, sunset, low tide, high tide, rain, wind, stars, fireworks… we enjoyed it all! We cooked all our meals without any issues- even used up the propane tank and another was brought to us right away- excellent service! The underground parking and elevator to our room felt so fancy and was super convenient! This vacation location was one that made kids, teens, and adults all happy. Thank you for sharing it with us!

First Class property

We have stayed in many different beach-front homes in Las Conchas and in a few resorts along Sandy Beach. This condo rates up near the top of my list! It's a newer property and perfect for VRBO setup in that it has a very large living area, functional kitchen with 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths. The condo is located next to the estuary, and from the wrap around balcony the views are incredible in two directions. Garage parking is a plus, along with semi-private elevator. Owner (Penni) was very responsive when one of the three AC units was acting up and it was quickly resolved. We would definitely return here again.

Stunningly beautiful!

The communication leading up to staying at this property and while we were there was excellent!! I had asked questions and always had detailed answers in the same day. The owners provided lots of information about the place as well as about Puerto Penasco (Rocky Pt.) in general. When we got there the views were jaw dropping and the place looked just like the photos online. There was actually one additional balcony that I did not realize was there. So there is a wrap around as well as a second balcony from the other bedrooms. The door on the master bedroom to the balcony had two broken hinges from salt water corrosion but the maintenance manager had it fixed the next morning which was amazing. The place has a perfect amount of kitchen tools and everything you need to make your own meals at the condo. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was worried about the road to the location but it was way better than it looked on Google Maps streetview. It was only like 15 minutes into town and 35 mph. We had a chief come and cook us a meal and that was a great idea. One note is that the swimming pool is not heated so be aware of that if it is the during the cooler months. But the hot tubs were great! There was a gas grill on the deck that we used as well. I will be going back.

Amazing stay at this too beautiful for words condo. The views were absolutely breathtaking and this condo was by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in rocky point. I have found my new forever stay while traveling to Mexico. By far the friendliest staff and the owners texted me as soon as I arrived to make sure everything was ok.
