Superbe maison insulaire avec piscine communautaire. Au coeur de Port Aransas!

Il n'y a rien de mieux que cette maison insulaire! Situé en plein cœur de Port A et à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage, cette maison a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances parfaites. Cette maison sur pilotis a certaines des meilleures brises insulaires de tout le port A. Avec quatre chambres et trois salles de bain, il y a beaucoup de place pour toute la famille. Ce propriétaire n'a pas ménagé ses efforts pour décorer cette maison insulaire. Le plan d'étage ouvert a un salon spacieux et beaucoup de salle à manger pour tout le monde. Fosse de barbecue au propane. Venez vous détendre à Il y a de l'argent dans le stand banane !! Louer avec Cherry on Top situé juste à côté pour les grands groupes. This house was perfect for our two families that totaled 11. There were two king rooms with full bathrooms for each and two bunk bed rooms that also shared a full bathroom that was perfect for all of the kids. The pond in the back was so fun for my boys to fish and there were 2 balconies to sit and sip coffee - 1 even stayed shaded all morning and overlooked the pond. The pool is RIGHT next to the condo which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, AC worked incredibly, and the kitchen had all we needed. We had plenty of towels and enjoyed the luxury of washing and drying laundry if needed. I had an issue opening the door upon checking-in (user error), but I was helped right away when calling for assistance. The ONLY thing that I would add per my preference is more comfortable seating (super cute yellow chairs at the island and table were metal and very uncomfortable, especially for someone with a back/shoulder issue). We loved the Banana Stand!

Always a good time in the Banana Stand

Great and easy check in process! I would recommend letting guests know in advance how well stocked the place is so they don’t bring unnecessary stuff like coffee maker, blender, etc. Good WiFi too!

Great location and fully equipped home.

Took some teen boys for spring break. Lots of comfortable beds and underneath is the perfect place for the kids to hang out, by the pool and fishing pond.

This property is super close to the beach, right on the neighborhood pond, and directly next door to the pool. Made our vacation super fun and convenient.

Had a great time with kids and Grands in our VRBO! Unit looked to be a little more isolated in the pics…ended up in a cluster of rentals and was very loud at night, even though quiet time was supposed to start at 10:00. House was pretty nice…very functional for our family.

Great getaway!

Wish there was better direct access to the beach but if you're just out for a stroll, this is perfect. Too far away though to carry all your stuff with you LOL. Gotta rent a cart (unless you want the salt on your vehicle). Right beside the pool, great for the kids we had along with us.

Everything was pretty great! Just no coffee pot & sand in one twin beds & 3rd bath sink was clogged. But got thru it!

Not bad could be better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was great but when we got there it was not completely clean there was dip bottles left on the porch, we found several cockroches around the house, their was frozen shrimp in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting of odor from fish an shrip. We went to use the pots and pans and I had to wash they were greasy.
