The location of the apartment is perfect. You can quickly reach the train. Just as well everyday business. We appreciated the proximity very much. The apartment itself has a nice spacious size. Communication with Alex was always very friendly, accommodating and very pleasant. The check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. Description of the location perfect.

Unclean, in every room. Cooker and stove top old and did not work properly. Mould and rust in Bathroom. Poor quality and dirty hoover and rude host.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location

We absolutely loved our apartment during our stay in Sydney. The car didn't leave the garage once till our departure date. Public transport right around the corner and Westfield, along with great restaurants and shops made it a great holiday. Chatswood is a safe, clean and great location. The apartment had a great sheltered balcony and all the comforts of home. We were very happy with the owners who always communicated promptly with any questions. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Sydney.

Great location! close to every thing. The managers take care of your request quickly and they offered baby bed, baby high chair at no cost. We used the kitchen a lot and that came in handy to. I think they have more variaty of pans and dishes than other long stay hotels. The vacume cleaner was a bit old but I think if you ask they will change it to a new one like they did for pans for me.

Shopping was also close at hand as were a variety of restaurants and food stalls so typical of the Sydney area. Although, breakfast aside, we dined out or ordered in most days, our fully equipped kitchen made cooking an option, and one evening we did prepare a complete dinner at "home."
