Gorgeous and cosy house to stay in, we especially enjoyed the fire pit and surrounding grounds. The dogs enjoyed exploring the property so much I think they believed that we'd gone on holiday for them :)

An awesome property! The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and we had a wonderful stay. The property is in a great location and the hosts were lovely. Would highly recommend staying here and would happily come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Austracantha Cottage. Close enough to town to head out for meals and shopping, far enough out of town to feel secluded and private. Being able to bring our dogs and explore the property was a bonus. Overall a very relaxing stay and exceeded our expectations! Thanks for having us

We were very pleased with the property. We had bought a whole heaps of stuff for the kids to play with like bars games dvd and stuff. Once we arrived the place had already draws full of dvds, heaps of board games and lots of outdoor games. Kids loved it and kept them entertained the whole weekend. Would definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful relaxing stay we had over 3 days. The home catered for all our needs… we didn’t want to leave! We loved the sunset chats around the fire pit just magic! Especially when the kangaroos hoped past! Thank you Leanne and Paul

Lovely property with amazing views. Everything and more that you could need was there. Great for families with kids and dogs.Also amazing wildlife at dawn with dear and kangaroos on the lawn.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Austracantha Cottage. It was lovely and peaceful with amazing views all round. The cottage was clean and very well maintained. It was also well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen well kitted out with dishes, pots & pans and even bakeware! There was also plenty of entertainment available with board games, puzzles, DVDs and a plethora of outdoor activities. Overall, we were very impressed with this property and wished we had stayed longer!

Felt immediately relaxed as drove up to the house, great amenities, large yard for the dogs to run around in. A quiet getaway that we wished we had more time to stay at.

A fantastic and beautiful cottage, with stunning landscape and views, in Mansfield. The cottage has everything for a really comfortable stay with family. My kids had a rollicking time with so much things for them to do - exploring the vast area that comes with the property, kangaroo and echidna sightings, lots of games to keep them occupied. Will come again if I get a chance.

Another wonderful stay for us at Austracantha. It's such a cute property and well-maintained. Very private, peaceful setting and great spot to recharge the batteries. Comfortable beds for a good sleep, and a highlight is always sitting outside on the balcony with several spots depending on the time of day. The fairy lights bring a magical look at night. Our doggy loved running around the big enclosed backyard. Easy drive into town, looking at the beautiful countryside. Plus always wonderful hosts to deal with.

Despite arriving in the evening, the property was easy to find and clearly marked. The house was clean and instructions on how to warm it up were handy and accessible.Every morning, we woke up to a large herd of kangaroos, that lighten our breakfast. The location was superb and very central to many attractions, including Mansfield and loads of walks. AT the cottage, we found loads of information about local seasonal activities and, if we didn’t want to leave it, we had plenty to entertain ourselves with games, inside and outside the house. We had very cold and wet weather, so the house fire was perfect to create a super cozy atmosphere - one night we had roasted mash mellows! The library of DVDs was vast and covered everyone’s tastes. If you don’t want to watch anything, there is a radio available.The host was very responsive and helpful. They assisted us very quickly when we needed them.At the end of our stay, it was hard to leave! We are intending to come back to the area in the summer and we’ll definitively stay at this cottage.
