3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain comprenant 2 lits king, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen. Cuisine à aire ouverte avec une grande table à manger pour 8 personnes. Grand patio pavé avec piscine surplombant le canal sur la rivière Banana. Profitez du feu de camp en plein air le soir et sortez les planches pour le matin. C’est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des restaurants, des bars et des boutiques. La maison est 1900 pieds carrés.

Owner was super helpful and always quick at responding to questions. The pool was perfect and seeing all the wildlife in the canal was amazing.

We really appreciated the extra amenities (corn hole, bikes, fishing rods, body boards). The house was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and seeing dolphins swim by daily.

We loved our stay. We say Manatees, dolphins, turtles, and so much wild life right off the dock. We saw a rock launch from the dock and it was amazing. Property is so clean and amazing. We keep coming back. Pool is wonderful. Stephanie is am amazing host. It is the best place.

Boater’s Dream was a wonderful house! The house itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Fishing wasn’t great (catfish) but we saw several manatees off the dock. The pool was fabulous! Stephanie was a great host and answered my questions immediately!

We loved the pool and the abundance of everything- towels, dishes, coffee, pool toys, even sun block. The house was exactly as described, the beds were so comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was great, and it was beautifully decorated.

The house was great with an outstanding kitchen and dining area. We enjoyed using the outdoor space and pool very much. It had a great location near the beach, where we were able to catch a morning launch on our last morning. Our only regret was the trip was too short. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had children from 17-7 and everyone enjoyed the property. The pool was warm and everything was very well kept up. House was clean and fit us perfectly.

Nice House in Cocoa Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's house. The house is as described and very nice. It is also within walking distance (around 6 blocks) to everything downtown.

Fantastic house

We just finished a three night. Stay at this Fantastic house. The location is wonderful, the pool and patio are delightful, the house is comfortable and clean and has everything you need to stay in and spend time with family and friends. Cannot say enough good things about this place And the owners who were very communicative.

Amazing setting on the river with open floor-plan views, beautifully decorated and comfortable for families. Close to everything we needed and great communication from host. Highly recommend - already reserved for our stay next year!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

The house was amazing. Very clean and welcoming. The host was very responsive and considerate. The river view brought dolphins by every morning and the water glows at night. Everything you need is within walking distance. My 3 teens said it was the best house we’ve ever rented. 10/10!!!

Wonderful home, great location

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. The house was comfortable and very clean, and the pool was perfect for cooling off and enjoying the views. Paddle boards were a huge hit and led to a dolphin sighting. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Stephanie was an awesome host with excellent communication--she was so helpful. The area is lovely--quiet and felt very safe. We hated to leave and would love to go back!

Wonderful

Very nice place. Have a pontoon boat , so great to be able to dock it at house. Patio was great for hanging out. Had everything we needed for a nice few days.
