Maison élégante avec de nombreuses caractéristiques architecturales uniques, située sur une propriété familiale au bord de l'eau, avec 3 autres chalets en location, une plage de sable et une petite marina.

Cette belle maison, "Tropicasa", a tout le nécessaire pour un grand groupe - cuisine complÚte avec comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable et un bar pleine grandeur! Parfait pour 4 couples ou une grande famille avec 4 chambres joliment aménagées, de taille à peu prÚs égale, chacune avec lits king-size, deux avec salle de bains privative. Un canapé-lit dans le salon et 2 lits pliants peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Cette maison est idéalement située prÚs de MM 100 à Key Largo, à proximité de bons restaurants, boutiques, programmes de nage avec les dauphins et John Pennekamp State Park. Nos terrains sont luxuriants avec un feuillage tropical et des palmiers qui se balancent. La plage est idéale pour la baignade, le soleil et la plongée en apnée. Des kayaks et des planches à pagaie sont fournis. Nous avons également une petite marina, et les impuretés sont incluses dans votre location! WIFI disponible sur toute la propriété. Il y a une cour entiÚrement clÎturée pour les animaux domestiques et une porte pour chien.

Fantastic property and all of the staff around the place are great! It was perfect for our family and the fenced in back yard, was great for the little kids just to be out back playing. Great quiet little beach, with paddle boards and kayaks. Definitely booking again!

Paradise

The house is huge and clean but obviously we weren’t there to spend time in it. The outside is like a paradise on earth. There was 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 kids and we all had the best vacation of our lives so far. We had the whole beach for ourselves somehow. Tiki’s all over the beach area, lots of chars my my is it beautiful. Everything is very well maintained and so clean. The restrooms by the tiki was also cleaned every day, showers to get the sand off of our feet. Paddle boards, kayaks and life vests i mean it was simply perfect. I will definitely go back next year but for longer. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend time with your kids or family, you have the right place.

Fantastic stay

We had such a wonderful time. Our dogs loved the fenced in outdoor area. The amenities by the water were fun for everyone as well- we’d highly recommend - thanks for everything!

Great vacation

Wonderful rental with a great property manager. We stayed here with dogs, extended family and 4 kids. Fished from pier, saw manatees and had a great time. Beautiful property. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing

With how wild the week was that we stayed in the resort, it was so wonderful to have such a relaxed, private place to stay. The beach was gorgeous and the house is just as beautiful as in pictures. We loved having the large dining room table, perfect for our family dinners each night.

AMAZING

Loved this property so much- it’s like a private resort. We had the best time! Plenty of space and a nice big table where we shared meals. It was so nice that the resort had things to do for our teens- they went paddle boarding and kayaking every day, and played cornhole as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Place

The property is beautiful. We loved the sunsets, kayaks and paddle boards. The property manager is very kind and answered our questions quickly. My only tip would be if you have a large enough group to book multiple cottages I would highly recommend it, in hindsight I wish we would have booked at-least two, that way you can make this property your own private vacation oasis!

Amazing!

We’re a family with 6 children and a couple of friends, so a total of 10. This house was perfect! The location offered something for everyone. Our 4 years got to play in calm water at the sallow water ... while our older son could snorkel, paddle board and fish.

Chillin' with the family!

We had a great time on the property, plenty of amenities to enjoy and a fantastic location. The four bedroom house had plenty of room, was clean and the kitchen and dining areas accommodated everyone with room to spare. Juan and Ariana were very personable and do a great job managing the property. Sunsets, fishing, manatees, kayaking/bar hopping...we miss it already! Great value!!!!

Funky fun

We had a wonderful time at the house in Key Largo. To say that the decorations are funky is an understatement. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this huge comfortable four bedroom house with king size beds and everyone. The master suite is something to behold. Three sinks, a mini fridge, a dressing room, whirlpool tub in the room
 You name it, it had it!

An idyllic bay-front large home

We enjoyed the Christmas holidays at this large home. There were 8 of us, so the 4 bedrooms worked out very well. The communal area of the home was large and accommodating for our group. The property manager, Sabrina, was responsive to any and all needs. The beach-front amenities of the paddle boards, kayaks, lounge chairs, etc. were wonderful. We even snorkeled right from the property into the bay and saw pretty fish, manatees, starfish and live coral on our snorkel adventure!

great family vacation

Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 grandkids shared the 4 bedrooms. Very roomy and comfortable. The house has it's own fenced yard with grill and play area. The resort beach and dock was wonderful. Has plenty of toys, kayaks boards and several lounging areas with chairs. The kids loved swimming and building sand castles. We barbecued at the beach one night. Snooks bayside is very close by, great happy hour on the water. Key Largo has lots to do or just relax at the beach. We will definitely be back next year. One suggestion, could use new mattresses on the beds. Amazing house!
