Confortable maison, avec un excellent emplacement pour visiter l'attraction de la vallée centrale, comme Volcans, San José, Heredia, Alajuela, Cartago, la maison ont un espace pour se détendre et profiter d'une belle maison, belle salle de séjour, grand patio où vous pouvez lire, belle salle de télévision, et les chambres sont grandes, avec de bons lits. Près de la maison sont des supermarchés, différents types de restaurants, bars et différents types de magasins. Pour être dans la maison de l'aéroport, vous devez conduire 5 miles. La maison dispose de WIFI, télévision par câble, téléphone pour appel local ou recevoir un appel. La maison n'est pas pour les fêtes.

Host was welcoming and VERY helpful. Greeted by his assistant to show us around the home and give us a tour. It’s close to the airport and great proximity to a few restaurants. Our van was safe in the covered and locked garage. Thankful for this spot for our night before the airport as we had to leave at 3am. Thank you!

Perfect place for our family to stay before early flights out the next day. Property was gorgeous! Huge, and would’ve been wonderful for a group gathering or party. Short walk to great restaurants. Private garage. Very secure and homie. Had a little trouble with the lockbox since we arrived later than expected and I was unable to communicate from road, but Harold was on the phone the second I had my own user difficulties with multiple solutions in action before I just figured out what I was doing wrong. 110% recommended!

This place is great! It’s clean, well furnished, and has a private garage. Up to date appliances and it’s close to the airport. It was perfect for my family.

There are several restaurants within <10-minute walk, but we opted for the Fresh Market, which is a grocery store with many ready-to-eat options.

Close to airport , sleeps a bunch

We stayed here 2 nights- 1 night on each end of our visit to Costa Rica- we arrived on a late flight and departed on a very early flight- so needed a place close to airport for 11 total It is not fancy, but was spacious and served our purpose well for a great price.

Big space

We checked in very late and got out early - but from the short time we were there in the morning , the place is clean & hugeeeee, plenty of space for big travel groups. Private parking is a bonus.

GIANT property close to airport

Wow this place was HUGE!!! This is a mansion near downtown. There ere like 8 beds at least, a giant courtyard inside, everything was clean and the host got the property ready in one day after our previous reservation did not give us check in information in time and I had to book somewhere else. They had it ready so quickly and Ms Cruz was so nice when we arrived. Don’t miss on this place. The only downside is there is no AC, but we didn’t get too hot at night. Maybe adding screens for the doors or widows so we could leave the door open would be nice. I was too scared to let in bugs or a snake.

Great location, huge property, excellent communication

Stayed one night with friends. Great location, close to airport and Marriott. House is huge with a great layout and secure parking. Owner communication and check in/check out were great. Only complaint was a crazy amount of ants in the kitchen by the sink. Imagine easy fix. No AC so if that is your thing then be aware. Overall would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the owner and their hospitality.

We had difficulty finding the place. Driving in and out of the garage was difficult because it is on the main road, with heavy traffic. Other than that it is a great place, great location close to the airport, and the support person was very helpful.

Is important review the information that we provide with the address, when you call me you were looking for the Fairfield Marriott and the house is clear inform that is At la Rivera de Belen on Calle Arbolito, 400 meters west from the Costa Rica Marriott, Additionnaly I send the Waze Address, previuss to your arrival that was not open until you spoke with me, and with that your arrive perfectly. Finally in terms of the entrance, the only that I can comment, is that is the first time, in years that a driver have this kind of problems.

Host was very helpful even offered to pick up a guest from the airport. The home was safe inside. Was not prepared for the additional expenses in renting the home. There is a $15 per person additional charge. We only had 5 people in a place that slepted 9.

Very Spacious and Comfortable

My family of six had LOTS of room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to locations we were visiting in the city. We appreciated the grocery and quick meal options nearby, within a short walking distance. On check-in the cleaning was still in progress so maybe not everything was complete. The floors were swept but not mopped, they were fairly dirty. The table needed to be wiped. Some of the dishes were not fully cleaned from previous use. With that said, we enjoyed it very much and the courtyard was great. It's a very secure property and we felt safe.

Fun Spot for a Group

This location was a great find. Plenty of space to sleep and play. Fun backyard getaway with a bar, as it was a restaurant renovated to a home. Note there is a jacuzzi tub in the master bath, however, there is no hot tub outside. In a great neighborhood with markets and restaurants within walking distance. Gated with large covered parking. Would gladly have stayed multiple nights, but was staying with friends in San Isidro. Felt safe and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Short drive to the airport. Easy check-in and check-out. Host was quick and easy to communicate with.
