Had everything we needed - kitchen stocked with all equipment and basic oil, herbs, flour, wraps etc plus a lovely book selection in the shelves, couldn’t ask for more! The unit is in a great location for access to the city, good value.

We stayed here while our dad was in Mount Hospital. It was the perfect place to stay in every way. Close to hospital, good beds, nice lounge area, good facilities

This was a fantastic place to stay. The apartment was so comfortably appointed and well located. The host was also most helpful, assisting with additional information in case of a late arrival.

Apartment is clean and at walk distance from CBD. Grant is a nice host always available to solve any minor issue. Nice stay and recommended house for a week or more.

Apartment is as described. It was clean and spacious and was a central location for all we wanted to see. Communication with the owner was first class. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to spend time in Perth.

Handy location close to CBD. No issues and everything was clean. Good security. Handy breakfast with a great selection. Used the pool daily for little dips. Great stay

It was clean and welcoming. Please read the instructions for obtaining the key carefully, I did not (my fault) and it took about 10 minutes to get into the apartment. All was flawless! Thank you, if needed, we will be back.

Stayed for 3 weeks after some surgery. Great location with all you need close by. Will definitely stay again.

Wow what a time to be away from hone, Grant is an amazing host. Very available and comforting during this time of uncertainty. The apparement is perfect everything is there. The location ,next to beaut kings park and a short walk downtown. Tennis and pool were à plus. Hope to come back soon without a pandemic in the wonderful ocean air :), Chantal from Canada

Great location

The location of the apartment was excellent. Within walking distance of central Perth and free bus service on the doorstep. Pool was a welcome addition, used it most days. Pool attendant was very friendly. Apartment was spacious and balcony was very big also, plenty seating and BBQ was a nice touch. Kitchen was well equipped, all you could ask for. Few plates and bowls were chipped but plenty others to use. Safe in bedroom was broken so was not able to use, apartment seemed secure so not a great problem. Perhaps a deep clean before next guests, drawers in bedrooms had to be cleaned before clothes were put in, bathroom especially fan above shower was full of dust. I would recommend the apartment to family and friends and if was ever returning would not hesitate to book.

Lovely Apartment!

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was lovely...nicely furnished and decorated. The bed was very comfortable. There were only two of us, but having the second bedroom would make it perfect for a small family. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you would need, although we mostly just cooked breakfast. We enjoyed the patio to sit out with a cup of coffee in the morning and to have a drink in the evening. The apartment is in a good location for walking into town, but there was a bus stop right outside the door in case you didn't want to walk. Having a washer/dryer was a plus. The owner was very responsive and let us have a late check-out. Our thanks to the owner for sharing this great place!
