Overall, had a great experience. John was a great host, great communication and fast responses. There was a small hiccup at check-in where the access code was not working which was quickly resolved.The property is lovely. Location right on the beach means getting to and from the sand is easy. No more having to lug everything for the day - being so close means it is easy to head back inside for food, a restroom or anything you may have forgotten.Things to know about the property: This is the middle floor of a 3 story property - you will have upstairs neighbors, which were not a problem for us. Linens and towels are not included - you either have to bring your own or rent, which will incur an additional cost.Overall, highly recommended.

Seamless check in process! John made himself available to answer all my questions. The house was in excellent condition and the location was perfect for us. Enough space for all of our families to enjoy a great beach vacation for the week. The house also has beautiful finishes and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food for the week. Ocean City beach front property

This property was well-maintained and extremely spacious. The location was also amazing since it is beachfront. In addition, the deck with ocean views was a great feature. We really enjoyed staying at this property.

Absolutely Perfect

My extended family take a week in Ocean City every year and we were lucky enough to book this gorgeous property this year. The beach access was amazing having 5 kids and all their gear to tow! Far enough from the boardwalk that it was nice and quiet but close enough that we could hop in the golf cart and do all the boardwalk things. Overall great property, great location & great host.

It was perfect!!

We just returned from John’s property and it exceeded our expectations from the description; quality renovations with new furnishing. This is our first stay “oceanfront” and we’ll be back, amazing view from our deck and living area. With a 2 month old, and 3 year old, it was really convenient to pop back to the house from the beach.

Reunion

Perfect Deck View

The pictures of the house are all accurate. We loved all the rooms (6 if you use the downstairs) but the best part clearly was the view from the deck. It was AMAZING!!! I could hardly drag myself to the beach because the view was so perfect. So peaceful and the location was perfect.

Stop Scrolling and Start Booking

This property has everything you could ask for. The location was perfect, it was steps away from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk. The beach at 26th street had a lifeguard stand which was great for our young children. The views from the kitchen were spectacular and the home was well stocked with cooking equipment. It also had smart TVs in almost every room which the kids really enjoyed.

Fantastic Beach Home!

John was a great host - excellent communication!! House was very spacious and clean. House had everything we needed. Ocean view was spectacular. We had a group of 8 golfers. Everyone had their own space. Definitely will be back again!

Perfect place to stay in OCNJ

My sister and I along with our families have been vacationing in OCNJ for years. We stayed for two weeks and had the best time here. For those in our party who wanted a break from the beach, but still wanted to relax, the deck was PERFECT. And the beach was not overly crowded. The house is spacious and well-suited for two families. The ability to avoid climbing stairs was a bonus! John was very responsive with questions and concerns during our stay. This was the best, most relaxing vacation in OCNJ by far.

We only had 4 guests staying overnight at the house. We stayed at this big house for entertaining family and friends who have places around the area. All of our guests were awed by the location and house. The living and dining areas, including the large deck overlooking the beach are beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked for any culinary purposes. Everything we needed for a great experience.

WOW !! What an amazing experience. This is a beautiful house with great ocean views. The house is very clean and well kept with everything needed for a perfect vacation. The beds are comfortable and the showers are a spa-like experience. It was a pleasure talking to the owner. He responded immediately to any questions I had. I am looking forward to renting this house in the future.

Nice spot but expensive

No toilet paper, no garbage bags but other than that, a nice home to stay in. A little too pricey though, i'd look somewhere else. Also, it's been 10 days and i still haven't received my security deposit.

Communicated clearly that no linens and/toiletries included in rental. You stayed ONE night and was provided the consideration of early entry and extend a LATE check out while the cleaning crew worked around you as they had to prepare for changeover . You requested more time to watch the World Cup... and it was accommodated In no way fair feedback given the time. VRBO controls the timing and release of security deposits .. not the owner. Another piece Of communication spelled out in the terms of rental agreement.

Close to the beach

This house was clean. And short walk to the beach. John the host is easy to get a hold of answers back in a very timely manor. Some minor issues were, the sofa is not comfortable, the master bed is squeeky probably because the bed is half on and half off an area carpet. Upstairs neighbors dumped water off the balcony and splashed all over my husband below while he was working but this is not a reflection on John at all. Besides the minor things We would absolutely stay again.

Right on the beach

The location is absolutely amazing. We have come to Ocean City every year for the past 15 years to visit family and this is by far the best location we have stayed at. There is a unit upstairs that you will most definitely hear throughout your trip but we were very fortunate to have mostly quiet neighbors for our trip (sound machines would possibly help). You also need to bring along ALL of the essentials (which for the price I didn’t expect). I’ve never checked into a rental that didn’t at least have a roll of toilet paper in a bathroom to hold you over until you can get to a grocery store. Just a few things that were a complete oversight on my part that I should have asked prior to our stay that would have made the first day a bit smoother.
