Unité de bain 2 chambres 1 salle de bain joliment mise à jour dans un duplex privé, à une rue du magnifique sable blanc et de l'eau turquoise de Bradenton Beach!

Tropical, décor Beachy dans un duplex soigné et très propre avec tout le confort de la maison sans la neige.

Superbe nouvelle en 2017, piscine chauffée de 32 'x 13'. C'est une piscine dans laquelle vous pouvez nager, pas un bassin profond. Vous aurez également un accès illimité à un bain à remous. Il y a 2 bains à remous intégrés dans la zone de la piscine, donc votre location viendra avec votre propre bain à remous désigné. La piscine est partagée avec les propriétaires (et jamais un autre locataire) d'octobre à mai et privée pour les locataires de juin à septembre. Et la meilleure partie est ...
au moment d'écrire ces lignes, nous sommes la seule piscine de l'île avec un système à faible teneur en chlore. Aucune crainte de tremper dans du chlore toxique. La peau, les poumons et les yeux ne seront pas irrités avec ce système d'assainissement de pointe à base de peroxyde d'hydrogène. Google Clear Comfort pour plus d'informations sur notre système.

Télévision par câble, Internet, blanchisserie sur place, stationnement hors rue. Tous les meubles, la vaisselle, la literie des ustensiles de cuisine, les serviettes, les serviettes de plage, les chaises de plage et un chariot de plage fournis pour un séjour sans soucis.

This Duplex really was ideal for our family for Christmas! Great pool and hot tubs… kitchen had everything we needed for our Xmas feast and the lounge area by the pool was perfect for our gatherings. The best part was the owner who was very responsive whenever needed, which was rare, but is close by. The location is perfect and very close to a private area of the beach and local restaurants.I highly recommend!!!

This was the perfect location for our family. Easy access to beach, a wonderful pool/hot tub. The owner thought of everything one could need for the beach or pool. A bonus was the garage that walks out to pool area equipped with living room area, tv, mini fridge and ping pong table. Our evenings were spent there.Highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back.

Great In Every Way

We stayed in a family vacation after our youngest son graduated from university. The duplex was amazing, the location was even better. The pool, the cleanliness.. all of it was perfect in very way! We will be back and can’t recommend highly enough!

Relaxing stay!

Our visit to Anna Maria Island was wonderful ! Our rental was just as described and could not be more perfect for my family. The house is close to the beach and the pool was so relaxing. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Large Family Vacation

Ages 25-55. We had a great time. We cooked, beached it and used the pool. Rode our bikes to Holmes Beach and Bridge Street. Great location. Jen the host was very helpful. It felt like a home away from home.

Another outstanding stay !

We had another wonderfully relaxing week at this beautiful property. Given what the island has been thru with the hurricanes, this property was better than ever ! The owner is lovely and readily available, but honestly we had no issues. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and accommodations. The lovely Bradenton beach is just one block away, and the owner provides all the needed beach paraphernalia. Definitely will be back !

We had a great week here. The pool is fantastic and the walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes. The beach cart and gear were so appreciated. The owner is very nice and helpful. Loved our first visit to AMI!

Best Pool

Back to our favorite house on Anna Maria for the third time! We love the warm pool and the hot hot tubs. They just make it so easy to entertain the kids and they come in handy if you get a chilly day or two. I am impressed with how far everyone on the island has come since the hurricanes last fall. All our favorite spots were open for business.

Free spirit in my 60's originally from Maine but now I’m very lucky to live I on the gulf coast of Florida.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

It's a pretty building that's been tastefully renovated with a great open concept in both units. It's close to the beach and the bay and Anna Maria is the coolest place to be with so much to do and see. I have installed a decent sized pool with hot tub(s) in the back yard as well a first floor family rec room adjacent to the pool. This was a great property upon my purchase in 2016 and I feel I have made it even better.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Conveniently located between the Cortez bridge and the Anna Maria Island bridge in a safe neighborhood with all that Anna Maria has to offer. There is no public beach parking near this home which means this part of the beach is never too crowded. It's also a pretty drive along Long Boat Key to get to St. Armands circle in Sarasota to shop and dine in style.
