Situated perfectly, Tropical Sands is an easy stroll to the grocery store, pharmacy, and the Anna Maria Island shops as well as Manatee Beach Cafe where you can dine casually with your feet in the sand. And with an Island Trolley stop just moments away, the shops, restaurants, and excursions of Pine Avenue, Holmes Beach and Bridge Street are well within reach.

Tropical Sands is the ultimate in sophisticated relaxation, decorated throughout with the tropical colors of the island. Kick back on the common third floor balcony with seating for 6, or your personal deck off your bedroom. Dine in the poolside lounge area abounding with tropical plantings, or take advantage of the 360-degree views from the main living floor located on the top floor of the 3-story home. The open floor plan is perfect for keeping your group together while preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen with plenty of room to dine in the formal dining room for 8, seating for 5 at the bar and seating for 4 at the informal game table. With the 65-inch TV with a Blu Ray player and seating for all around the large living room, taking in a movie after your long day of adventures is a breeze.

When it's time to get your beauty sleep, Tropical Sands doesn't disappoint. The master suite provides a king bed, TV, side seating, JacuzziÂź tub, huge tiled shower and second floor deck overlooking the pool with seating for 4. One each king and queen bedrooms #2 & 3 provide a TV, tiled glass door showers and private deck. The fourth bedroom has two twins that can convert to a king with a Tempur-pedicÂź topper with tiled glass door shower. Linens provided are all CuddledownÂź premium hotel bedding, for a fresh and clean bed every time you stay.

The house and property were wonderful! So close to the beach. Great amenities at the house! Small salt water pool was just right. Landscaping was beautiful. The property manager was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Amazing place on an amazing Island

This is a real gem for Anna Maria. Not only is it steps away from the beach, it’s steps away from Publix and supplies. No need to “stock up” for the week and wait in traffic to go anywhere. Definitely going back!

A fabulous family reunion!

Harvey's home was absolutely incredible! From the location (literally right across the beach!) to the amenities, our week flew by and we didn't want to leave! We hadn't seen our family since December 2019 and I couldn't think of a better place for all of us to be together. We want to go back to Harvey's house every year!

Perfect location, Well Appointed

Best beach access away from the crowd! Literally just across the street from the house. Also a short walk to Publix which was awesome. Great beach views from balconies. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed inside and out from beach towels to beach cart which made trucking chairs and toys so easy.

Amazing stay

After figuring out the layout of the house it was great that we all had our own space. The master suite was awesome but the shower in master bath was AMAZING!! We loved all the balconies. The view from the top floor was great as well. It was a short walk to the beach & the garage had all our beach needs. It was nice to come back to the pool after the beach. We would definitely rent again!!

Fantastic stay!

We had a group of six of us and stayed for eleven nights. The location of the house is very convenient to the beach and Publix for our shopping needs. The communication with Harvey and Cory was great! We used the beach and pool daily! It was nice to have both options available to us. The outdoor shower by the pool was great for rinsing off when returning from the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed the home!

Amazing House!!!

This property is just one block away from the beach. Has everything you need and more. Will definitely stay here again. I had some issues that were quickly addressed by Casey and Harvey. Oh and did I mention this house has an Elevator? Just Amazing.

Great Home

The house was beautiful! Looks just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were as described. We loved relaxing by the pool. We range in age from 87-22 and we all loved it. According to my mother “she has stayed in many beach houses in her 87 years and this was by far the best”. The beach is about 100 yards away. Harvey was attentive and patient with my many questions before and during our stay. We all agreed we would stay there again.
