The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and area round it were perfect. We spent 2 days just playing in and lounging around the pool. Would definitely recommend this property if anyone needs to stay in the area.

The property was well stocked for the number of people staying there. There was enough seating for our group with plenty of kitchenware that made it easy to stay and dine at the property. The outdoor space also great (also with plenty of seating for the entire group). We enjoyed the pool. There was shade if you wanted to cover and there were lovely blooming cacti around the area. There is a very convenient washer and dryer that were helpful with kids swimming every day. The setup and amenities provided worked well for our family.

Wonderful location, close to everything. Lots of sleep options and well equipped. The “game room” was a nice amenity especially for the grandkids. Pool area was lovely and pool and spa were heated. We enjoyed our week in Encino. Terrific location, within a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful to work with. Lots of local spots for coffee/lunch within a mile or 2. We walked to a few spots. Very convenient for getting to various expressways as we visited a number of different places. Great value!

Wonderful all around. Clean house in a nice neighborhood close to everything. Beautiful pool too. Hosts replied to our messages right away and were nice and gracious. We enjoyed the pool with our teenage kids and were able to get to Universal studios quickly. Lots of great restaurants and stores nearby. 5 stars!

Cute house to have a quick vacation down in the valley. Very well maintained and had everything we needed. Especially impressed with the pantry selections. Pool and backyard were perfect to a summertime hang. Francesca was prompt with her responses to my questions and would definitely book this house again!

First time to LA

Beautiful stay, cozy place, and fantastic first time to LA! Our host, Francesca was outstanding in communicating with us and even checked on us half way through our stay. The place was just what we needed for our family trip. Plenty of room for everyone, nice neighborhood to walk our dog (also secure backyard for him, too), and the pool is so invigorating after a long drive, only wish we had more time to play in the pool. I highly recommend this place, it checked all the boxes!

Great house, pool, and location

The neighborhood is really nice - safe and pleasant to take walks. The house is great, it has everything you need and is really comfortable. The only exception are the beds which we found to be old and uncomfortable. But the rest of the house, including the kitchen, were perfect. The pool and tub were so nice and we enjoyed ourselves. The owners were very responsive and even came to help us set up the projector which above and beyond.

Perfect getaway

This is a fantastic property for your Los Angeles area adventures. The property is on a quiet cul de sac, but close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house is exactly as described. It's very clean and spacious -- plenty of room to relax and lounge around. The gem of this rental is the backyard pool area which is large and secluded for privacy. The pool itself is quite large, has a jacuzzi, and is optionally heated for your comfort. We had a great time visiting the Santa Monica pier, Hollywood area, universal studios, etc using this as our home base. Communication with Francesca was always prompt, friendly, and professional. We would absolutely rent this property again.

Our stay was wonderful! The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, just 5–10 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, donut shops, and just about anything else you might need.The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and stocked with nearly every amenity you could think of. Having the pool right outside the back door was a huge bonus, and it was spotless. One of our favorite touches was the "Take One, Leave One" pantry. Traveling with a family of six, we always end up buying more groceries than we use, so it was great to leave our extra items for future guests.Francesca was a pleasure to work with. She responded quickly to our messages and provided all the information we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again on future trips and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay.

Perfect home for a family

Great home in a great location. Well- stocked kitchen, clean home. Nice outdoor living space. Some of the beds are a little older/ sink in, but it didn't bother us. Had a great time.
