Cette maison de ville premium de 2 chambres et 3 salles de bains constitue un lieu de sĂ©jour idĂ©al pour les petites familles ou les groupes de sept personnes maximum. Son emplacement Ă  Frisco, au cƓur du comtĂ© de Summit, est absolument parfait - vous ĂȘtes juste un court trajet en navette Main Street Frisco et les stations de ski environnantes. Et, et il est juste sur la piste cyclable! Vous pouvez faire du vĂ©lo ou marcher sur le chemin en Ă©tĂ©, et la raquette ou le ski nordique le chemin pendant l'hiver.

Le salon vous accueille avec une belle cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz et beaucoup de siĂšges confortables pour profiter de la tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran LCD ou tout simplement se dĂ©tendre et discuter. Les grandes fenĂȘtres inondent cet espace ouvert avec le soleil toute l'annĂ©e. Et juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur le balcon, il y a un barbecue Ă  gaz et de superbes vues sur la montagne.

The best things about this property are its convenient location and outstanding mountain views. It was very quiet and peaceful and right on the rec path. We enjoyed being able to walk or ride our bikes to town or the lake. It was very nice to having the garage to lock up our bikes nightly.

Perfect spot for our family vacation

We had a great experience staying at the townhome for our family vacation. The location was great, we could easily walk to Walmart and Safeway for groceries and to restaurants for dinner. Main Street was less than 5 mins away by car. We also enjoyed being so close to the rec path, we enjoyed walking and biking to Walter Byron park on the rec path with our kids. The house was clean and well appointed. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The furniture in the living room was comfortable and all the electronics worked great. Our little boys liked playing the board games that were provided and riding their bikes in the cul de sac. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Ski Rental

The townhouse was clean and had nice furnishings. We enjoyed the garage which had an 8' door which left plenty of room for our SUV and Thule Carrier. Overall it is well maintained and very clean. There were slight signs of aging but nothing that would prevent us from staying or recommending the place to friends or family. The hosts were communicated well and responded promptly, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated that they came by and shoveled the driveway!

Frisco quick access to all

We loved this property so much. Easy location right off 70 and close to the local ski rental shop. Accessible to many different ski resorts and a quick drive into Breckenridge downtown area. The townhouse was cozy and the view was unbeatable. Even with the downpour of snow, we were well equipped with all the amenities the home provided.

Okay Stay

The unit was alright. The tub in the unit was not usable and was spitting out black residue/ mold even after maintenance came and cleaned it. This was a big disappointment as it was the primary reason this location was selected over others. Also, the check in and out times were later/ earlier to give the cleaning crew, “time to clean,” but they still had a chore list.

Stay Here. You will ❀ it

We were a party of 5. 2 adults l, 3 teenagers. Plenty of room, space for everyone. Great location to Keystone, Cooper Mountain, and Breckenridge. Close proximity to Frisco's downtown area, as well as 2 grocery stores and other restaurants. We loved our stay. Look forward to staying here again.

Very nice, very convenient

The property is super conveniently located, close to I-70, and close to all major ski resorts. The house has a bedroom on the first floor (garage level) and on the third floor. The second floor is the kitchen and living room. The quality of the house and the amenities is good. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great location, beautiful walk to town

Our family of five stayed three nights at the townhome and it was set up perfectly. Lots of extra blankets, games, dvd’s and a well stocked kitchen. There is a beautiful path to downtown Frisco that takes you through the park and over the river — it’s about a 10-15 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.
